Unprofessional staff. I have visited this store once previously, to buy several charms for my bracelet, and that visit was ok.When I went into this store this last Saturday, I stood waiting for five minutes while employees tinkered around the store, and ignored me. Needless to say, I wont be back.

I recently bought some items online from Brighton. I had a reason expectation that my order would ship the next day. I was shock to see that Brighton had taken 4 days to package and ship my order. Then shipped it to slow possible way. Now Im being told my order is only 42 miles from my home and it will take another 4 days to deliver. So it total it will take over 10 days to deliver my order. Save your money, this company only care about maximum profit first and customer service last.

This was my first experience with a Brighton store. First of all, the sales people are remarkable. Nobody is pushy, and they help you the second you need it. The merchandise is beautiful. We shopped, left, and then went back to buy another purse. I highly recommend this shop.
