Very knowledgeable about smart watches they sell, but stumped them on a replacement for my existing bi-fold wallet with a money clip and rf if protection. Will go online to remedy that.

Went in to get a watch sized. Didnt take long at all, very helpful staff. Mike helped me out. I will definitely be back for some purchases in the future. This location is close to where I work so it is convenient for me.

Staff was very friendly.. the woman that helped me was very patient helped me change out the bands on my phone and made sure I was comfortable doing it myself. she also helped me find the right app to sync my phone to the app to track my fitness... she made sure I liked the product or offered to order it online and ship it to my house.. definately will go back for other products.

I just called to ask about replacing a part on my watch and Michael answered the phone and was VERY HELPFUL! Explained my options for my beloved watch and was a pleasure to talk to! Wonderful!!

Awsome staff replaced my battery for free on my new watch that was a gift that I did not have no receipt for the staff was knowledgeable friendly and I love this fossil store I Shop there three times a year at least and well be going there within the next month to pick up the latest fossil smartwatch

I went in to see about fixing a broken piece of my watch. It was a Christmas gift from my brother that means a lot to me. Shannon took my watch to find it in the display and then she just handed it to me after setting the time. I was just amazed at her customer service and speed. I walked in to the store with thoughts of having to pay to fix a gift that I received only a couple of months ago. It was so awesome to walk out with a new watch on my wrist and a smile on my face.
