The Fossil Store in Chandler AZ Outlet Mall has terrific people that are IT smart and very helpful! I bought a cute smart watch in 2020 and it has so many features that I am not an expert at dealing with and all the complicated features. So these awesome guys Nate and Joe have been so gracious to help me setup my smart watch to perform all the great features it has and if they can’t then Joe will give me a new watch free! How great is that?!!! I love my watch and so do others that compliment on its stylishness. I was hoping Joe got it working and BINGO, Joe did!!! Amazing guy! Now I have all the bells & whistles with my smart watch. Heart rate, steps taken, calories burned and other helpful healthy information. Go see these guys if you’re in the Outlet Mall in Chandler, AZ at the Fossil store! I got a super good deal on my smart watch in 2020! LOVE Fossil! Purses are high quality and excellent as well.

Ask for Jo and it will be the most pleasant fossil experience he is the nicest person and so fun to work with helped me pick out watches for my dad and grandpa as well as my younger cousin so helpful and showed me different options and was patient as I made decisions highly recommend especially if you feel uncomfortable purchasing watches for the men in your life!!

This location as well as fossil as a whole company is hands down the BEST customer service Ive EVER had! Nathan at the fossil outlet store in Phoenix was amazing! I walked in today on June 22nd. 2021 for a battery swap on 2 watches including my Nate hybrid. Nathan swapped both batteries in under 5 minutes. After the battery swap was complete I had a hard time getting my hybrid watch to connect back to my phone. After numerous failures to connect He concluded that the watch was defective and asked if I wanted to exchange the watch for a new one so I accepted. He then showed me the Garrett smartwatch and I was sold. He helped me set up the new watch after the exchange and was extreamly helpful and professional the entire time! With all seriousness tho, Nathan you are the man! I will highly recommend you and your store at Phoenix premium outlet anytime! Shout out to fossil for hiring intelligent people who actually care about customer service these days! Yall are awesome!!! 5 🌟

Had a phenomenal time at the outlet fossil location, and it was all thanks to Jake. He was awesome and took care of us. Great customer service; make sure to go see Jake at the Outlet Fossil store!2 weeks later came back to the store and Donovan helped us out; he was awesome and was very patient on picking out our perfect Christmas presents. Make sure to check out Jake and Donovan! They take care of business!Several months later, came back in and Joe helped us out. He was awesome, and it was a great experience! Love the brand and the products. Staff isn’t that great. Asked for my watch box to be double bagged since it’s heavy and cost over $100 and he decided to ask his manager instead of just doing what I asked. They use thin paper bags so it felt pretty ridiculous. Plus they always seem to be wanting to talk to each other more than the customer which kinda sucks but whatever. I’m still going to shop there because I love the brand itself and you can’t beat the deals!

Update: downgrading the rating since 2 of the 3 watches I purchased stopped working in less than 3 months. Shocking!!!!Nice store, good price, great service(5stars)

The location was clean and the employees were very nice. But there were very few watches iut for review. I was at another Fossil store a couple weeks prior, looking for e new sport smartwatch. Neither store had it. But the other one had several more watches out where you can interact with them. All-in-all, if you just need a place to go and ask questions or get service, this is certainly an option.

Admittedly expensive, I will say that I found an AMAZING sale at this location; and despite the higher pre-sales cost, it is still cheaper than comparative products I have searched out at other stores and online. The store itself has great staff who were VERY helpful and patient as I looked and asked questions about multiple items.
