We stopped by to look at the Nissan Rogue. IAN, the salesperson, was professional, informative, respectful and knowledgeable about the car and what his dealership could offer. If you would like to puRchase a vehicle from this dealer, please ask for IAN!! He’s the complete opposite of the stereotypical “slimy salesman”. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IAN!!!!!
I’ve bought 4 vans here. The last two times I’ve gone there to buy we saw a van online, went there and the van was there, the price was drastically different than listed. Today NV200, online $25K and change but they offer a $500 discount. Great, go there and ask for price. The real price is actually full price PLUS $5000 for market value. I get the market is tight. But be upfront, put the REAL price you’re willing to sell that $22,000 van for online. Don’t mislead people. Waste of time. Bait and switch more or less. Won’t be returning, advised the new salesman to get a job at a better dealer. He was fine, policy of ripping people off was not.
The seal was again replaced, but they did not clean the fluid leaked all over the brake and on the wheel. They did not even button up the speed sensor back to its housings. Was disappointed about the carelessness. There’s no attention to details. Not sure if there is any supervisor who monitors the finished work either.
Nissan Cab/Drop-off service - really bad behaviors by the driver of the cab/drop off service person. He takes you on his desired path even your house is next signal from auto park. He doesnt talk good and even stopped the cab in middle of the road and says if the GPS is showing that a short route take the uber service and warns me that he is not going to pick me, since he feels that i dont want to ride with him...i havent see such a rude behaviors from a service center driver..he not even deserved to be said Thank you.
I came in today and my service advisor Mara she was Fantastic.She made sure everything went smooth.As well has the best customer service and will help you with any issues that you might encounter. The most phenomenal service I have received at any dealership yet. I will be returning in the future.
A very quick story: I bought a car from here back in March of 2016. They treated me very much like a part of the family then. I enjoyed my car and never had any issues out of it or the dealership. Fast forward to yesterday and I had a situation that required me to trade in my vehicle. Zaki took great care in me and my story, made sure he responded well to my concerns and was able to put me in a newer vehicle without any issues. But the praise doesnt stop there. My finance manager Tyler J made sure that I had the lowest rates possible and that I was well taken care of, even after hours (they closed at 8, we didnt leave until 9). The team here at Priority in Chantilly was excellent and I will ALWAYS recommend them for people looking for vehicles. Always. Thank you so much, team, for everything!
Great experience at Service Department wAnthony. Brought our 15 year old Nissan in to solve an electrical problem - and Anthony kept us informed, found and then fixed the problem. A dealership which does very dishonest business, making use of Pandemic crisis to rip-off customers. They provide an estimate well $3500 over MSRP and ask us how much we are ready to pay for the Vehicle, trap for an innocent Customer or a buyer in dire need of a Vehicle. Guys you are not doing seasonal business and hope no plan to close your dealership after the Pandemic is over. Once the pandemic situation is improved and new inventory starts flowing into market, the Customers you are trying to rip off wont forget the way you treat them now and wont come back to you to do Business. Also know, if you are already not aware, there are other dealership in the area which still sells Vehicles for the lowest price possible by them. Everyone stay away from this dishonest business establishment.
We had a very good experience at Priority Nissan. Erick was very patient with us as we made our decision. Everyone we interacted with was professional and friendly. When we finally decided on which car we wanted, we were able to agree on a price relatively quickly. This was our third new car purchase (all three Nissan) in the last year and it was by far the most efficient and pleasant. To make things even better, we had gone into the dealership with a preapproval check from our credit union, but we were surprised to get a much lower interest rate by financing through Nissan.We anticipate returning to Priority Nissan for our next vehicle purchase.

None of the employees were wearing masks nor kept appropriate distance. There was no concern with those who have kids or are immunocompromised. This dealer has never followed CDC guidance, when masks were mandatory, employees wore them as ornaments under their noses. Unfortunately, my mistake was buying the car there and am bound to getting service there.

Brought in a 2013 Nissan GT-R for a four wheel alignment. Dealt with Curtis and Ronnie, they took care of the issue, the car drives perfectly straight now. I Highly recommend Ronnie to work on your R 35 GT-R. He is a professional tech and have a great knowledge about these cars.
I took my car in yesterday for “Express” Service of a quick oil change and expected maybe an hour turn around. After 4 hours the vehicle was finished and got my vehicle back after it had been parked in the lot for at least 30 minutes. The service people were very nice but I would suggest you change the name to “walk in” or “we will fit you in as we can” service. “Express” is misleading.I will go back, but only if I make an appointment.
All of the groups I ran into were dishonest and unhelpful: I had to spent over thousands dollars to recover my brake system that lost all brake fluid after my service visit for a routine oil change. They did whatever without asking me, and charged me. Also, Priority Nissan Chantilly cheated me after all the negotiations for a 4WD Nissan Rogue in 2015; they delivered Front Wheel Drive, and no compensation when I protested. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THOSE DISHONEST BUSINESS.

My son brought the car in for an oil change and a recall. This should have been a free service. He was offered other services which I dont believe were needed and charged over $200. His naivete was taken advantage of. One service was rotating the tires. The next day, the hub cap fell off because it wasnt attached back correctly. He took the car back in for repair and/or replacement and was told the hub cap wasnt in stock. The service person popped it back on again, knowing it was broken. The broken hub cap would need to be ordered and they will call him once ready. This was unsafe since it could fall off again in route.

Took a 2015 Nissan Murano with 53k miles in because it lost intermittent power. Never had a follow up phone call or loaner until the day before my car is supposed to be picked up. I called every day to check on the status. They claim they knew exactly what the issues were, valve body kit. I continued to duct then to the Nissan.org blog which tasks about these symptoms with the Murano. Wouldnt listen. After 5 days and $1500 later, I get stranded with the same issues. A wrecker was sent out and now I have a sub par loaner. Called 6 times and 3 days later, they now say its the alternator. AND THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY ANOTHER $1200. This is how you treat your customers after purchasing 3 cars and 2 leases. Poor customer service. Run! Take your business elsewhere to people who truly earn it and are competent.
My family has used this dealership for the last 10 years. I just got a new car from them over the weekend and from start to finish it was a great experience. Patrick Goldammer was more than helpful and went above and beyond to get me the best deal and was very friendly and not pushy. Priority Nissan was dishonest with me when recently trying to purchase a used vehicle from them. My salesperson Muhammad Noor agreed to my offer in writing correspondence. Then, I ask for a buyers order to be sent and the tune totally changed!Now there were a bunch of hidden fees and nothing was matching up.The manager Jason Ghorbani did call me to discuss, where I read him the correspondence verbatim. He says it must have been a misunderstanding, LOL. It was clear as the day is long that this was a bait and switch. Steer clear of this dealership if you value honesty and integrity. They will not do what they agree to. Buyer beware!
Don’t buy here. They will sell you a lemon, then charge you like crazy to repair it. Don’t find out the hard way getting towed on the side of the beltway. Ongoing issues at this location.

I brought my car here last Friday for a simple oil change. By the time I was ready to go, my car was worse off than when I brought it in. Someone messed up with my muffler, and my car started to make loud noises which wasnt the case upon arrival. Do yourself a favor, Do not bring your car here for any service.
Not sure about other things but please dont waste your time bringing your used car here to sell. They will promise updates, beating prices and you wont hear back from them unless you heavily follow up only to get a call back with a price thats offered lower than the previous day from same group of people. Waste of energy. I hope it helps others.

I purchased my Nissan Frontier at Nissan Chantilly and I can count on their maintenance team to take very good care of my truck -- and have done so for a number of years!
I came here to get a oil change and my service advisor was named Ahmed Alwahb this was not the first time I came here to get an oil change. First off they always find a reason to make you pay extra unnecessary money. My service advisor was very rude and short tempered and not fit to work at customer service in my opinion. The wait was tediously long and when I told him my wait was around 3 hours he argued with me, and after he was so mad that he basically threw the paper on my face and didn’t even apologize. I later checked the part that he was going to charge me 260$ for was 59$ on Amazon I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Well, there were some unfortunate mishaps with my vehicle purchase. But, the Nissan Chantilly staff made corrections and turned a difficult situation into a pleasant experience in the end. Patrick was especially kind and kept a level-head. Hes friendly and has a great attitude. His Boss was instrumental in coming up with a solution to remedy the situation.Overall, the experience was good.

They called me and scheduled appointment for recall however, recall was not performed saying part was not available and they did the regular service. Which was costed me $1470. I felt like it is very expensive and not worth of giving my vehicle for service at Priority Nissan. More over I reported a complaint saying break pedal is making noice and it was not addressed.

I visited Priority Nissan in Chantilly VA on 6/24 to get a quote on the Rogue SV AWD with premium package. I came in hand with a quote from Sheehy Manassas. A manager stated that he could not beat the Sheehy offer but plugged the Priority for Life program. On 6/25 I received a voicemail from the manager stating I understand you had a quote for $800 off and what we are prepared to do is step up another $400 to go ahead and possibly earn your business. I also received an email from the salesman, stating the same. Based upon this, my husband and I visited on 6/25, however the manager provided a quote for a more expensive Rogue and stated that he would take $1200 off the more expensive vehicle. I stated that he said he would match the quote -- meaning same car, same price - and he said that is not what match means. He went on to say that I misunderstood and he only meant that he would give us the same amount off a vehicle but since they didnt have a Rogue with the same MSRP as the quote from Sheehy, he was offering a Rogue with a higher MSRP and taking $1200 off -- a classic bait and switch. I assured him that I didnt misunderstand - that I am an attorney - and match means to equal in essential criteria. After going back and forth a bit, he said sorry we cant do anything else, stomped away while crumpling the quote and threw it in the garbage.The lack of professionalism that the manager displayed was so uncalled for especially considering that they lured me back -- I never would have returned to them but for the promise to give me a better offer than Sheehy. The salesman I think got caught in the middle and was beyond professional and I would have loved to give him our business - especially because I used to service my Mazda at Priority Tysons Corner and loved the service I received. After we left Priority, we went to Sheehy and bought the Rogue that I had received the quote for -- and they threw in leather car mats and a cargo cover. Through this experience, Priority has not only lost out on a sale but potential sales from individuals that I will share this experience with.

Emailed offer to Ron, Priority accepted. We came back at 2 minutes before closing to finalize the cash deal. Priority stayed open and it took under 30 minutes to wrap up the paper work. Ron stayed and tool my wife thru all the features. It is by far the best experience Ive ever had in buying a car from a dealer.
I purchased a certified pre owned nissan about weeks ago. My old nissan, which had 250k miles, had a radiator issue while headed home from work. It would cost more to fix than the car was actually worth. I just so happen to be close enough to make it to Priority and boy am I glad I was. I had a company dinner to be at by 6pm and the time was 4:45 when i got there. I was able to leave the dealership about 6:20 with the keys to a new vehicle. Service was fast, friendly, and the communication was very good also. I will be purchasing all my vehicles from Priority moving forward.
FRAUDULENT SERVICE. So, unfortunately you have to be very careful if you don’t know much about cars and are receiving service. Which tends to be the case, especially for many ladies. Earlier this year I visited this location and paid for a brake and transmission flush service which set me back almost $400. I thought nothing else of it until 2 months later when I went to another Nissan dealership in another state for an issue I was having with my car and they told me my transmission and brake fluids needed to be replaced.I actually thought the other Nissan dealership was trying to rip me off because I had JUST had this service done at Priority Chantilly, and so I asked for the manager. He kindly (in front of me) showed the fluid and color and then said it looks like the technician at Priority only changed the resevoir, while charging me for a complete flush. They recommended I send Priority Nissan the pictures and work it out with them to see how they could rectify because he assured me the complete fluid flush certainly could not have been done. They didn’t pressure me to get the service with them, and I didn’t.I sent the pictures of the fluid to Curtis who showed his manager and they agreed the fluidly did indeed look dark (so indeed a complete flush was not done). Curtis is the only reason I am giving a star. He was apologetic and willing to work out the issue for me with no problem, and told me I could come back any time and they would redo it. I had planned to, but the only issue is I am in a different state until next year, so I recently just paid for the service to be done all over again.Just beware. They really need to drill into these technicians heads that it’s fraudulent to charge folks for services and not do them.
My experience was above my expectations it started with Tyler Jordan who was totally amazing her introduce my wife and I to Eric Cruz Chavez after showing us the new vehicle we purchase. From there we spoke with Maryim the manager who was amazing as we well. We were offered drinks during the entire process which was short and professional. This store should be used for training all car salesmen because they were awesome.
My only comment is the aftermarket person did not mention i had to maintain the coatings. I just found the kit on my passengers seat in front.

We looked for a mid size SUV/crossover at various dealerships (Mazda, Honda, Toyota, Kia, and Hyundai). Should have just started with Nissan. Hassan Abdulgadir showed us the options and let both me and my husband test drive the cars (Rogue vs Murano) at two different times in one day. He answered our questions but did not give off any pushy salesman vibe. When we wanted a different color car than was available they were able to secure it at another dealership and Hassan went to get it for us so we had the car within 24hours! Sales manager Ronnie Cassetana was professional, pleasant and helpful and we feel we got a fair deal on the car. Tyler Jordan who handles the paperwork was also knowledgeable and pleasant in his interactions. I was astonished to read some of the negative reviews, we are not easy to please but had a top notch experience from start to finish. Thank you Priority Nissan!
I took my car for a oil change, state inspection, emissions test and tire rotation. I was greeted and welcomed as i exited the car. Instead of waiting at the dealer, I walked the 1/2 mile to Wendys for a bite of breakfast. By the time I walked back, the car was ready to go! All this in 1.5 hours. Excellent!

I recently had a terrible experience with this dealer. I wish i could give negative stars. They dont have any professional Ethics Especially with sales manager RONNIE CASSETANA and sales consultant Ronald Guitierrez. We had a deal on buying used 2020 Nissan Rogue S from this dealer. I test drove this car and Initial offer I got on this car from sales consultant is 22,800(Out the door price). After a day I got a phone call from manager Ronnie Cassetana in the afternoon he said he would like to discuss about the car. After brief negotiation he offered new price of 22,500(out of the door). I asked him if he can do $22,300. I will come in and sign the contract. Ronnie told me he’s gonna have to discuss with director and will call me back in few minutes. I said okay. After couple of minutes he called me back and informed he’s director agreed to the new offer price of $22,300. Ronnie and I agreed I will come and sign the contract at 7pm in the evening. I drove 40 mins to the dealership to meet Ronnie and buy the car. Surprisingly Sales consultant Ronald Guiterrez informed me that car was sold to some other guy couple of hours ago. I felt mad and disappointed that they didn’t even have courtesy to give me a call and inform me about this. Its understandable if it’s coming from the sales consultant but here how can a manager sell the car to other customer if he already made a deal and scheduled appointment with me. This is really a disappointment and a waste of my time

I AM NOTICING THAT SOME OF THE DEALERSHIPS SALES PEOPLE ARE POSTING 5 STAR REVIEWS FOR THE DEALERSHIP...But about my purchase, they told me my tags would be mailed to me. for 4 day i drove with expired paper tags thinking I would receive the permanent ones in mail. I called the dealership and they had the tags but was holding them for me to pick them up. When i told them how far I live they agreed to send the tags as originally promised. But I should not have to negotiate what was promised. I tried to call Greg in finance and I tried to call the GM and left messages, they do not return phone calls. I was told by one of their employees that people complain about this all the time. This tells me that since the sales people will call you repeatedly before the sale but you cannot get a call back after the sale, to be really cautious.Over all the vehicle I purchase was in great shape and I am happy with my selection. I did have one issue which gained traction after my review, so the service side is still a bit questionable.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Today, I experienced world-class, 5-star service from Steve, Preston, Nathan, James, and the payment specialist. My last two visits to Priority Nissan of Chantilly have been amazing. Today, I had a transmission fluid flush, emissions test, state inspection, and an oil change. The price was fair, and the customer service and the mechanical service was outstanding. The service was pretty fast for a Friday afternoon. I dont normally write recommendations on a Friday night after a long week, but Im thankful to the kind and hard-working team at Priority Nissan of Chantillys Service department. They have a big and very clean waiting room with a large TV area with comfortable chairs. They also have work tables and a charging station. Steve and Preston are always very patient and respectful to me. They answer all of my questions honestly. You can trust Steve, Preston, Nathan, and James with the care of your Nissan. Nathan and James did a great job on the transmission flush, oil change, and inspections. Keep up the good work, and know it doesnt go unnoticed.

I had service done on my car today. I am typically a very happy customer but I was very disappointed when I was there today. Although some employees were respectful and wore masks, there were far too many employees not wearing masks or wearing masks pulled below their chin. They could also do more to encourage customers to wear masks but there is no excuse for employees not abiding by the local requirements. I was particularly upset that my son was with me when it didnt feel like a safe environment.
Why make an appointment for an inspection that normaly takes 10-20 minutes at most?With Priority Nissan I had to wait 2 Hours Plus.
