They sell fake AirPods. When I wanted a refund because I thought they were real, they refused. Like it was somehow my job to know the AirPods would be fake when I was buying a real iPhone at the time.

This location is a complete rip-off, dont buy phone here. They repackage the return items and put them on the shelf and resale them as NEW. You wont even know if you are getting a second-hand phone. The phone dies after few months using it. The owners here are the worst crooks and very unethical. Stay away as far as possible. Its more trouble than its worth.

I chose this location based the ratings. I went to open 3 new accounts and a new phone for my daughter. This young guy who works there was playing really loud music, too loud to hear anything else. He turned it down little later. I asked him about opening a new account and also switching our service to MetroPCS. He seemed really reluctant and was irritated I interrupted his free playing time in the back, whatever he was on, TV or his phone. I told him I will look at the phone and he bolted back to his device in the back and turned the music back on. He seemed not interested in selling services at all. We just came out from the store. We will visit the other location to get our accounts setup. Whoever owns this location, you lost 3 accounts and possibly 3 new phone sales.

I have not seen such way of customer service she just arrived from some third world country welcome to USA horrible customer care .

I purchase unlocked phones from this place.The employees are friendly, and I feel comfortable to talk to. Im not a fan of MetroPCS my self, but the staff are always nice to me. Thats what I like.
