I stopped by this location this past Sunday and today in an attempt to upgrade my phone. On Sunday, I was told that I can bring in my phone and upgrade it after the employee checked my account. I returned Monday for the upgrade and was told that I need to paid off my device. I was ok with that however, My issue with this location is this misinformation. This is not the first time I was told two different stories from this location. If I was informed about the device payoff on my first trip, then I would not have wasted my time. In addition, Another employee told me that was throwing off the people counter. He saidT mobile uses this counter to measure how many people come in and out of the store. In turn, they use that number as a sales quota to determine how many phones that store should sell. He told me if I could stay inside that would be great. I would not have been there in the first place if I was given the correct information to begin with.
DONT EVER COME HERE. Terrible customer service. Met this CS Rep (name on name tag Min Su). He kept interrupting when I was talking. Did not let me ask questions, did not let me finish asking questions. Very argumentative (out of nothing). And he was like that even though there were other customers around. He simply did not care. Very very rude. Will never come back.
The staff was friendly and professional. Foyez helped me and he made the process of exchanging my phone easy. He gave me his full attention and provided me invaluable insight to make sure I maximized my phones capabilities. I can not recommend him enough! The other associates at the store were also helpful and I noticed everyone pitched in where needed - great teamwork! Thanks again! Highly recommend this location and company.
Terrible experience at this store. I was there to upgrade my iPhone at around 8 pm and when the manager found that I had to get the phone tonight and other stores are closed, he told me, I have to buy an additional $60 accessories in order for me to get the iphone. They never told this to me before. That to I have to only get screen protector for $40 and an adapter. Cant buy my own choice of accessories like a phone case. This is NOT any T-mobile policy and the manager just wanted to take advantage of my situation. Pretty bad customer service.

I was very impressed with the service and professional manor today at the Chantilly location. Both gentlemen took care of EVERYTHING like a one stop chop shop. The manager and sales associate both went out of there way today take care of everything I needed and actually saved me a lot of extra steps and headache. Good Job fellas! Just WOW! These people really know their products and promotions. I came in on a snow day cause i wanted to get a new phone for my fiance and because Ramie was so kind and helpful, I ended up switching to tmobile myself. I look forward to saving with these guys as well as having more pleasant experiences like i did today

I went 3 times after I purchased my phone to make sure the I pad is free the manager said yesHe is layer I told him if it has any behind charge I don’t want it he said not at all.Then he said no charge for 2 months buy the second month t mobile start to charging meAnd even I went to the store the new manager was rudeto meI hate their serviceThey are not professionalThey want just sell they don’t care about Coustomer.I called Coustomer service and complain about that store too.Don’t go to this store they are awful
All the representatives at this location are awesome. Lauren is amazing. She was very helpful and patient. She explained to us the process and made sure we knew all the necessary details before helping us convert our 3 existing lines from 2 other carriers on to T-mobile and getting us the best rebates. She went above and beyond in helping us with all our concerns. Ive been to so many wireless carrier locations before and never had such a pleasant experience. There was an issue with online submission via their system and she made sure to call the helpdesk and she waited with them on call all along to make sure the issue is resolved before we left the store.
The Asian guy helped me out and told me all about the amazing promotions. They were so professional thanks to the team here

The team at this location did a fantastic job helping my family and I switch to T-Mobile, consolidating from two different providers! We worked with Jesse primarily and he was very patient, explained every step clearly, and made the process incredibly seamless (rare). The rest of the team supported along the way as well and they were all really helpful.This was far and away the best experience I have had at a cellphone store which made me that much more comfortable making the switch to T-Mobile.

Came in to check out phones and potentially open a t mobile account.Ramie, the store manager didnt know as much as what we already knew.Wasnt that friendly or the least interested to help. Asked the phone sizes difference and he straight up told me to compare it myself with my own phone, which I would happily do that myself to take my phone out of the case without being told when my screen isnt shattered. So there were chances where he could be helpful but did not. Well not going to give them my business now.

We had excellent customer service from Max, as he helped us navigate the different billing options and replacing a phone screen protector. Really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to us! The manager was very accommodating, and we are very happy with the service provided.

I was your basic walk-in customer with requests for a new carrier from Verizon. Ive heard great things about T-Mobile (no experience with them prior), and so I gave them a try in a desperate situation. Ive had very long day with a broken phone, lost data, etc.. and a tired young one. The rep here named Ramy, displayed outstanding customer service. As soon as I walked in, he was on point; professional, knowledgeable, courteous, kind, and most importantly attentive to my best interests as a consumer. Your rep gained a loyal customer.. if I could provide a 10-star rating I certainly would. Your rep displayed consummate skills and I was eternally grateful; particularly that day. Thank you!!
Staff don’t know anything about what they doing. Went there to get a duplicate SIM card under my account and holding my physical ID, and yes I’m the account holder and they couldn’t help me because of some non sense reasons.Went to another store and Literally got a SIM card in 2 minutes.

Ramie Is a star. Ramie went out of his way to guide my iPhone purchase to a phone with less data storage than what I thought I needed. He introduced me to an app that would store my photos on the cloud, and guided me on how to remove a zillion photos off of my old iPhone. Then he showed me how to set up my new iPhone. He hand-wrote instructions, or a “recipe” to follow, so I could do it myself and learn what was going on.For me, an old person and a non-techie, his help was invaluable. Ramie facilitated me by giving me his personal number so I could text message him with questions.Besides just outfitting me with a new phone, Ramie saved me money and taught me new skills.
HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. We drove from west virginia to 3 stores before we landed here. Sam and Ramie ARE AWESOME. They went above and beyond. They personalized our experience, and stayed way past quitting time. Believe me I will never patronize another store. I will drive the distance to get the experience.
I cannot stress enough how helpful these employees are. They went out of their ways to ensure that I had made the absolute best decision for myself for now, and years into the future. Ramie, Sayra, and another employee (whos name has slipped my mind. sorry!), acted with absolute best interest in the customer and could not have done a more impressive job. Not a single detail was left out, and I could not have left the building more satisfied with their service. 10/10 I will definitely be coming here again for any of my phone needs. :)

Every time I come to this store the waiting period is more than an hour, there’s no sitting arrangements for customers, they need to hire more employees. No one even greets you, very bad service.

I went to avail the T Mobile Tuesday offer at this location couple of times. (Once for hat and once for glasses on 2 separate occasions). Jennifer told me that they hand out the glasses and hats one per account. I opened the T mobile Tuesday app and showed them the clearly written regulation that it is one per PARTICIPANT. Sam told me the leadership has designated him to give one per account !!?? Really ? When asked to show me where these new rules were, he said it is not written anywhere and he has just been informed to do so. So I find this store a bit fishy on operations and framing their own rules to dupe customers of their rightful stuff.

Cannot go lower than 1 Star. Absolute disgrace of a customer service.been in the store for close to half an hr and they do not bother to acknowledge you and 2 reps are working with one customer trying desperately to convince them to add additional lines for kids who are no more than 3-4 years of age even though the parents are not keen on it. The store manager does not answer his phone either.
Be very careful with this store! I went to buy a phone, and when I was ready to pay I was told I had to finance the phone. They wouldnt allow me to pay it for all at once as I wanted to. They said I had to put a down payment and could only pay it off completely after 30 days. I told them no thank you. This sounds like a scam to me. I think this place may be 3rd party owned, not owned by T-mobile. I went to the T-mobile store in the Dulles 28 Center and paid for a phone upfront without any problem. Beware this store! They also tried to charge me for a SIM card even though I had my old one!
So they have stolen money from me three times now and there a mix guy in there that even made a comment i dont pay my bill others do and now my money just gets pulled from my bank and not for my account but long story short dont go here i rather write a letter then ever step foot back in a t mobile

Worst service ever !!! Store says to open at 10:00 a.m it was 10:15 a.m and doors were closed. Someone finally open when he saw me standing outside.He was holding his cell phone talking to someone while I waited for him about 5 minutes for him to help me. He finally decided to ask me for my phone number while he was still on the phone on his personal call. YES PERSONAL! I heard his whole conversation I guess he didnt care. On top of it i didnt get a positive answer.

As a T-Mobile customer I had so far bad experience in stores whenever I walked in but recently when I went to the store near my house that I wasn’t aware of provided me with a great service . Majid and the reps were really helpful and helped me with my issue I was having in phone . I’ll be back soon for bussniess with them and recommend this store to all my friends and family .
Terrible experience. I would give 0 star if I could.Long wait (stood around the store for an hour). They did take down names, but served another customer that came after us. What was the point of taking down our names & time?Now the worst part, we specifically said we want to add 2 additional lines to an existing plan, and transfer our old numbers from AT&T over to them. We gave them the main account phone number and PIN. They activated 2 new SIMs, charged us the money for them. They told us everything should complete in 2 hours, so we went home and wait.On the second day (over 24 hours after the fact), one of the number did transferred over. The second number would not transfer. After many calls into T-Mobile corporate, we found out, they had opened 2 new plans, one for each line, and the transfer request was not done correctly by the store. It had to be resubmitted. Who on earth that has an active phone plan, would want to open new plans for each of the lines they are adding? I have no idea how they screwed this up.Tmobile corporate finally fixed the transfer number for us on the 4th day, but it was too late to cancel the new plans. Our bill was almost 3 times higher than what it should be.Kudos to Tmobile corporate for owning up to this and promising to escalate this to the highest level. They also promised us to refund in credits in the next billing cycle to make up for our losses (because of the new lines). We will see if this is true.

Just switched to t-mobile. Majid got me a great deal for my parents 60$ for 2 lines everything unlimited and got buy one iPhone $700 credit and another iPhone 8.
No stars AT ALL!!, rude staff, completely unfriendly staff, no manners on how to talk to customers!! I went there to pickup my Tuesdays deal and I was asked to stay out and people were going in to store already.
Marcio went out of his way to not be helpful. He told me that I had to pay for the sim card that was already paid for, but if I went to the store 10 miles away they could give it to me for free. Curious.
