SUPER friendly staff who saved me money by having me come into the office, instead of scheduling a home visit. Checked old collars for free and even gave me new prongs that will hopefully control my dog better.

Great product and excellent customer service. Had line cut by stump grinders and Bryant effectively and quickly fixed the problem and was patient enough to answer all my questions and teach me how to ensure battery was working among other things. Very professional and a pleasant person all around. Highly recommend the product and company. I tried many DIY products before and none worked.

If you decide to go with Invisible Fence Brand by Clark Associates, be prepared to spend a lot of money should you ever need them to come back to repair a break in the wire (which you almost certainly will). They charge a service fee of $210. You get nothing for that $210 beyond having a truck pull up in front of your house. When the repairman steps out of the truck, the meter starts running. They charge $85/hr labor. They charge $20 each for repair kits that cost $2-$3 on Amazon. I would bet that their cost for these kits is less than $1 each. I cannot recommend this company. I think their products and services are way overpriced. Suggest you consider other alternatives Invisible Fence Brand by Clark Associates

We purchased the invisible fence a little over a year ago when we moved into our new home. We dont have a large yard, so we figured a invisible fence would be a good option. Didnt have any issues when we first had it installed, and the trainer for my older dog was great. It wasnt until I had someone come out to change the zones and add a new dog that I started having issues. First off a new collar costs about $400, so be aware. Since our new dog was added, weve been having issues with the front part of our yard, our dog can now just run into the street, batteries from our battery plan showing up after the current batteries died, and had to drive to the office twice to get the collar readjusted since they cant do that remotely. When we finally had a scare when our dog darted right out of the front yard into the street; we called them to have a technician come out just to ensure things are working properly. I was informed that I will need to pay them over $100 to have someone come out, plus any costs if they need to fix anything. With the amount of money Ive paid a little over a year, I could have purchased a fence and felt more secure about my dogs being contained.

We have had our invisible fence since October 2020. We have had a small problem that seemed near impossible to detect and correct. We had a tech out today that was awesome. His name is Robert. Not only was he able to fix the problem but was able to give me some pointers, and explain a lot about the use and functionality of the whole system. I highly recommend Robert, and if I have any future questions and/or needs I will make sure and special request Robert! Thank you Robert and Invisible fence.

We had Tyreek replace our 14 year old fence because this was the cheaper option to fixing all breaks in the line. He was professional and knowledgeable and came twice to our house because the gas line had not been marked properly. I highly recommend Tyreek

We have had our invisible fence for 4 years. We have had nothing but problems with it. At least 3-4 of what the technician calls a line break where the system beeps constantly in our garage until we unplug it. Each time we call to have it fixed, we are charged a new set of fees. There is no way we have had multiple breaks, as nothing has changed.Business practice and nickle and diming of fees for a system with so many problems is unprofessional. At this point, they should offer to fix the entire perimeter. But are happy to continue collecting fix it fees. So many patches to try to fix by now that the system is probably faulty for that reason.Wish wed never installed. We share with neighbors so they are not also duped by this company.

Got invisible fence installed 6 months ago. Isnt working and they want $250 to fix.

We are so happy we got the invisible fence! It is life changing! The trainer, Tyreek, was amazing with the dogs!! You can tell that he loves dogs and his job! He was very knowledgeable and provided great tips. I highly recommend them, make sure you use the original invisible fence, many companies out there that use the name but you won’t get this level of service. They are extremely responsive and always available.

HORRIBLE Customer Service. Spent a small fortune with this company fencing nearly 20 acres on a farm. Had a fence break so called to get an appt. Arranged for same day appt, which was urgent as dogs were under quarantine by Health Dept, due to rapid racoon found on the propery. Cancelled my appt, despite having urgent circumstances, made ZERO effort to reschedule in a timely manner. Customer service manager is beyond rude. Dont waste your time or money - find another service provider.

Tyreek came out during a recent rainstorm and fixed our wire for the Invisible Fence. He arrived and went right to work locating the problems and fixing our fence. Tyreek was polite, friendly, professional and even greeted our dogs.Tyreek is a wonderful ambassador for Clark Associates.

First they called me to confirm the evening before and then the morning of. My service technician was able to arrive earlier than scheduled. They asked me if that was OK which I really appreciated. Tyreek arrived and immediately greeted me and my dog Ollie. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the business. You could tell he was incredibly experienced and knew exactly what he was doing which gave me great confidence. He was here a good part of the day as we have a lot of property, and he worked incredibly hard and was always pleasant and courteous and kind. Tyreek is incredible asset to invisible fence! We have a 6th month old Australian Shepherd who was darting across the street to play with her friends. We recently purchased our home and the previous owner had installed an invisible fence. We called invisible fence of Chantilly, who installed the original system, and they sent out Austin to inspect our system. Austin was customer focused, very informative and took great care to ensure our puppy would be safe. After repairing several cut lines, upgrading our system and training our pup, we no longer have any worries about her leaving the yard. I would definitely recommend invisible fence to any dog owner - it is life changing and ask for Austin.

Vernell did a great job training our shop dog. There is a busy parking lot at our back bay door and he used an indoor unit to keep her inside the bay. Now we can keep the door open! Awesome!

While filling up at the service station we met an Invisible Fence employee by the name of Bryant who happen to be one pump over from us. We quickly introduced ourselves and ask if we could have a moment of his time. I must say it was a pleasure to meet such a well mannered respectful young man. He was strongly polite as he constantly addressed us as sir & mamBryant not only took the time to answer our concerning questions as potential customers. But also shared his helpful knowledge that we found very positive towards helping make our decision.Like my father use to say: A company is only as good as its employees! And by the impression left yesterday Invisible Fence has to be one heck of a company. They will definitely be hearing from us in the near future. (If only they sold dogs too lol)

We are so happy with our invisible fence from quote, which was very reasonable, to installation.Austin was our installer. He turned up right on time but one man short, not that the short handed ness bothered him, he got right to work and got finished in record time. We were really impressed! Austin was really professional, friendly, and excellent with our dog. So happy he was our installer. And we’re very happy with the invisible fence. Our Husky mix had a bad habit of escaping now he won’t approach the white flags by the fence line. Total win!

Austen came and installed our fence in a prompt manner. He was very thorough and professional when he was working with my dog and he made sure to explain the training process very clearly. James was sent to my house for two follow up trainings since my dog wasn’t really feeling comfortable off leash. James was also the epitome of professional and helpful. I would recommend Clark Associates to anyone looking to install an invisible fence.

I was told a service call was $110. It is ended up being $110 + $65/hr labor. Don’t be fooled! For them to come and do anything at your home to support your installation is $175 + tax. EVERY break in your line is an additional $18. If you mow your grass or have kids...you are going to get breaks in your lines. Then when they did show (which they did as scheduled; and the gentleman was polite and friendly) they didn’t even check the batteries on the collar. Not sure how it is possible the ensure the issue of the collars not working is solved without checking them. I assumed that for $175 I would at least rest easy knowing my problem was fixed....nope. Maybe it’s sticker shock and the fact it doesn’t work on my dogs but the money pit that is my invisible fence brand pet containment was a bad choice!

Installation went well. Happy with the product and I have called once to check on a battery order and one was shipped the same day. We also upgraded the unit in another home and i was able to self-install making things much easier. Our 10 M/O lab loves the freedom allowed by the electronic fence and we only need a single collar when traveling between the two homes.

Coming from a local contractor who pays attention to every detail as a homeowner this company is top notch. From the salesman meeting my fiance and explaining all of my questions to the scheduling into the installation. The technician Reggie came out and i was able to meet him to go over the custom plan for my yard. Although he could have made the job easier on himself, instead he went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I left for work and came home 4 hours later to find every detail of the job installed with perfection. He was very helpful in training our 5 month old goldendoodle and was professional in every way. I would give 6 stars this has been a life changer for me. I have two dogs a lab and a husky. My husky runs away all the time. My dogs have changed so much since we got the fence they are so happy they run around and play all day it’s been amazing plus no more chasing the husky!

I have been with Invisible Fence brand my whole life. My parents had it for our dogs when I was growing up, and now I have it for my dogs. Clark has been so very helpful. They are responsive and up front about all costs associated with the process. We were debating between a real fence and an invisible fence, and the invisible fence was SO much cheaper. The bonus is that, since my parents also have Invisible Fence, we asked to put our fences on the same frequency, and they did. So now my dogs collars work both at my house, and at my parents. No need to switch systems! When my girls chewed through each others collars while playing, they pointed out a collar that is guaranteed, and can be replaced for free as many times as you need. They also set me up with a bite guard for the box to prevent my girls from chewing the boxes up.

We have had the best experience with our invisible fence! We tell everyone to get it for their pets if they are looking for a fence of some sort. The sales rep that we work with, Jason, is the best. I was having issues with some of my pets at home. I heard of Invisible Fence in the past and figured I would give it a try. I called the office and spoke to an associate named Dana and was very impressed. She was very professional and helpful. She listened to my situation and was very understanding. I ended up buying a remote training system for my dog Stormy. I also got an outdoor ultrasonic bird house to prevent my dogs constant barking. My final purchase was an indoor avoidance system with a collar, which I use to keep my cat Mama from trying to run outside. I cant believe how much easier my life has become since purchasing these products. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Dana, and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Invisible Fence has been so wonderful for us! Our home had it when we moved in years ago but we felt our dogs were too old so we never bothered to get them using the system. My biggest fear came true 4 years ago when my fearful 15 year old dog got spooked we believe by deer and ran off. For hours neighbors spotted her tried to grab her but she was to afraid and ran further and was hit and killed by a car. We were heartbroken!Two years ago our family decided to get a puppy and one of my first calls was to Invisible Fence. Kyle Mohr was so helpful from the very start. He assured us what a great product it would be and helped our family step by step to make sure we were all comfortable on zone layout, training and when it was a good time to remove the flags. Kyles friendly manner and wonderful knowledge of the product helped us make a great decision. Our dog is almost 2 and has never had a problem. We love that we can let her out with ease and play with our kids in the yard and we can rest assure she will stay in our yard, safe.

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE!!!! Mr. PETE MASON came to give me a quote filled with promises and service which were not met at all. I was promised the technician would install the fence with no wires exposed and with flags to train my dog, and they would even spend time to train my dog after installation. The tech left wires exposed all over the lawn, which my landscaper then cut a few days later. The technician left an open bag of nails on the ground that my dog could have ate if I didnt see it sooner. The technician spent 5/10 minutes training my dog then left. MR. PETE MASON said they would train me how to walk the dog and spend an ample amount of time making sure my dog and I were comfortable with what was going on. BEWARE dealing with this company!! They will sell you a pretty package and deliver subpar service. HORRIBLE!

Diana Downs went above and beyond today to help me with a break in my efence. Not only was she VERY patient with me as she sat on the phone and helped guide me in taking off the very stubborn cover off my unit, she had a great sense of humor along the way. She also was able to get a tech out on the same day, which I really appreciated so I didn’t have to go any longer without my invisible fence. Diana was a pleasure to speak with on the phone, has a WONDERFUL personality and she be modeled for all customer service reps!!

Diana walked me through the system to find out why our fence wasnt working. We determined the issue was electrical & I was able to do a quick fix by running a heavy duty cord from the transmitter to an outside outlet. We started off with the indoor unit where our pup couldnt get into certain rooms or near the dinner table (no table begging for us!).We live on 3 acres of land and decided to get Invisible Fence so our girl would be able to free roam. The crew came out on time and put in a fence in the front and rear property. They worked well with our dog and We have never had an issue with our fence or our pup getting out. This morning, one of your technicians (I think his name is David, but Im not positive) came out to my house to check out a problem I was having. I want the company to know what a pleasure he is to work with. Polite, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Its obvious he truly cares about his customers and their dogs.

After driving 40 minutes (1 hr 20 min round trip) to get to their shop I was told that Id have to make an appointment and come back another day.Three days later Im at home trying to call this office and no one is answering the phone. Ive left a message and have received no response to that as well. In the end I called the invisible fence in Darnestown, MD and had to drive the extra distance to pickup a new collar.PS. Ive given a 1 star rating to this company only because I cant give a zero.

I recently had Invisible Fence make an installation in preparation to adopting two dogs in our family. It wasnt long that the larger dog started to run through the fence, and several attempts were unsuccessful in solving the problem. Yesterday, IF sent a representative named Bryant who spent a fair amount of time analyzing the situation. and developing a solution. Yesterday, the dog twice tried unsuccessfully to run the fence, which leads us to think that Bryants solution was a success, Had it not been, we had no choice but to return the dog to the humane society which we did not want to do. Thus I want to take this opportunity to thank IF by Clark for helping us through the problem, but in particular to thank Bryant, who spent at least an hour working with us, for his insight in solving our problem. While I recommend the services of IF by Clark, I certainly want to thank and commend Bryants efforts in solving our problem.

I have had the Invisible Fence for just about 20 years now. The system works wonderful and right now I have 3 labs on it. They range in age from 11 years, 8 years to 8 months. Needless to say with a puppy there is a lot of playing and chewing on receivers and other outside items. I have had to add rocks to help protect my puppy. Today, Alan took great care of my issues and even put on a chew guard on the receiver so that it wont be chewed up. Thanks for your great system and how you have taken care of us over the last 20 years.

We recently moved, and needed new fencing installed. Jason Rhodes had helped arrange the install of our fence and training of our dogs at the old house, so of course, I called on him again. Once again, he was timely, professional, and delivered on his promises. Our dogs learned their new boundaries and we are still happy customers. Tyreek is an amazing trainer! I highly recommend the original invisible fence company. Our 4 month old Pitt rescue had some issues with the fence, after a month she started ignoring it... I called and Tyreek came back for remedial training and the problem was she got used to the level it had been set on. Kyle and James have been with them forever and still answer all of my silly questions each time I come in. I have had a lot of different breeds, and my latest, Maxwell - labradoodle, is now old enough to get started. We live on a busy road, with a ton of distractions, and I couldnt imagine what we would do without my Invisible Fence!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My dog’s receiver literally fell of the collar a month or so after the fence was installed. I got to spend almost $300 on a new. This year my dogs broke one of the receivers playing so I had my assistant call for a replacement; no response. So I called, emailed and then texted my salesperson Jason who promised me that his office would call me that same day. This was over a month ago. I have decided to install a new system since the wire in place will work with any of the boxes and the collars for the new system are far more durable as are the collars and they are waterproof. I absolutely would not recommend this company.

Our system stopped working and I was truly impressed with the prompt responsive support provided by Kyle Mohr. He tested the control panel and determined it had been struck by lightening. Kyle replaced the panel and at no extra charge installed a better surge protector that would greatly reduce the risk of this problem repeating itself. Called yesterday to report a break in the invisible fence line which was installed 15 years ago.Our 13 yr old dog had been trained on the system for many years, and he rarely tested it.Recently, he began venturing past our fence line and we became concerned for his safety.Invisible fence is not inexpensive, and the breakdown of some of their charges feels excessive.However, Lisa in customer service, got us scheduled for the next day.Luckily for us, our technician was Bryant .He arrived on schedule, was extremely pleasant and could not have been more professional. He began working promptly and fixed the two breaks he found in our fence. If you care about your pets safety and are looking for a system that works, I recommend these guys!

We have had an invisible fence for 10 months and it works super. Today Noelle DeRosa helped us with our inside problem. Our 80 pound pup Midnight wants cushions for toys. In 2004 we moved to Lovettsville and needed to find a way to keep our dog who had never been contained before off the road, That was our initial contact with Clark Invisible Fence. Over the years we have worked with Dana and found her to be smart, knowledgeable, friendly and most helpful to anything we need to take care of our dog(s). The fence as installed very well and it was easy to train an older dog. Dana set it up for them to come out to our house when we didnt know what happened as it stopped sending the signal. She made sure it got fixed.In 2014 when we moved to Hagerstown, MD, even though we were out of Danas territory, she went to the ends of the earth to help us get invisible fence installed here so there wasnt even a blimp and our dogs adjusted to the move much easier. Over the years when we go to get batteries or other items Dana is always there with a smile, a friendly greeting and she takes time to make us feel special. We have enjoyed seeing her at the shows and really missed her when she is out of town at another show. Dana is perfect for her job as she cares for the clients (dogs) and the clients parents as well. Weve also enjoyed meeting her dog. She is a very caring, helpful person and a true asset to Clark Invisible Fence. A true keeper.

I was having a terrible time with my Aussies but Mario and Rodney came to the rescue and quickly corrected the issues in the most friendly and professional manner. Ive been a customer for 3 years now and they just keep getting better!!! Awesome lot!

The fence worked for five of our dogs over the past 6 years. We have one small dog right now that it doesnt work so well. It might be a collar issue.Invisible Fence is a good product, but they do seem to nickel and dime you.

UPDATE!!- I had a break in my invisible fence where a tree limb hit the ground like a spear!! The service tech came out and checked the equipment. They found the break (I have at least a half mile of wire) in no time and we were up and running. GREAT SERVICE BEFORE AND AFTTER THE SALE! UPDATEThe invisible fence gives our family piece of mind since we live near a 4 lane highway. We were able to fence in way more land than we thought we could afford too(at least 10 acres!) I recommend this to anyone, money well spent!

Tyreek spent a long, hot day installing the Invisible Fence, and was very good at showing the dogs the importance of the flags outlining the area.

We have been using Invinsible Fence for the past 15 years in two different homes and two dogs. We have always been 100% satisfied with their service, especially James. He has always answered our questions and helped when moving from one house to the next and assisting with training our dogs to the fence. Would highly recommend!!

It was such a pleasure to deal with Diana today, as it is rare to find somebody that will take the time to explain all the different options to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Diana has always been extremely helpful whether we were calling with a problem or looking to purchase something new.

I love my invisible fence. Jason has done a great job training my stubborn dogs to the fence. It gives them freedom and the ability to exercise like two hound dogs require.

When we called and spoke with Lisa Ricketts she was so pleasant and she explained the process completely. On the day of installation Austin Ricketts was very thorough showing us how to change the battery supply on the unit and what to look for in the event of a power outage. He also showed us how to check each collar for battery life and how to replace them. He showed us how to change out the post on the collars after the training phase is over. James Rickets, I can not give enough praise for the amount of training he gave our family, teenagers included, on how to train the dogs on the new invisible fence system. He took each dog and showed us how to properly teach them their new fence in our yard with positive reinforcement. We live on 20 acres so this was no small task when they now have a yard. We were very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism of the whole installation. Thank you!

Had them install the electric fence for our Westies. Great service and it works well at securing a safe property for our Westies 10 years ago. Fenced an acre property.

We have had Invisible fence outside for the past year. It has worked great for our dogs; especially for our 80lb. Dobie pup. Today Alan calibrated our indoor invisible fence shield that will keep our Dobie out of trouble inside our home.Thank you Alan for all your help.

Just FYI...if you have a break in the fence there is a $90 fee for them to come out AND $55/hour on top of fee. Plus the cost of the repair kit. A total of $160+ for 20 mins of work. Frustrated that they were not clear that there is a $55/hour labor cost on top of fee. This is really costly for 20 minutes of work. You could probably afford a wooden fence by the time you pay for the cost of the installation of the fence, and several repairs over a couple of years.

James Robertson was my installer....he was honest, respectful and early for my appointment....i cannot say enough good things about him..i had to leave for a Doctors appointment and he followed my instructions to the letter.....the door is awesome if anyone is wondering about this door have it installed....my labradoodle loves it...she can now sneak attack the chipmunk and squirrels!!!
