I would highly recommend My Stone Keeper to anyone looking for new stone in their home. They were very knowledgeable and professional in every step of the process. They helped us pick the type of stone and helped us design the new dimensions. They even recommended the waterfall which is the first thing everyone mentions when they see our new kitchen. When the guys came to install, they wore booties and put drop clothes on the stairs. They were constantly cleaning behind themselves and left our house cleaner than it was when they arrived. They were very friendly, completed the job quickly, and made sure every detail was perfect. My Stone Keeper gets an A+ from my wife and me. We couldnt have asked for a smoother experience or a better result!!

Excellent - by far - one of the best contractors and installation teams I have ever dealt with. Bagi is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and able to identify any little nuances that (usually) come up. Everything on time and schedule. His installation guys, and construction guy (yes- there were a few changes that needed to made as identified by Bagi - before the work started) are terrific and have a can-do attitude. Fantastic experience with My Stone Keeper. They had a beautiful selection of countertops available and expert advice on each one. The price was reasonable and the turnaround time was short. They had 40 sq ft of counter top and backsplash replaced in 1 day and just 2hrs the very next morning to finish grout (had to allow time for the mortar to set).We had a slight engineering challenge with our kitchen involving a tight space and a dishwasher cabinet end panel but they gave us great advice and worked it out immediately. Workmanship was excellent. They handled everything to include reconnecting all the plumbing and were very thorough to monitor for any leaks. Very professional and explained everything along the way.I would highly recommend this company and if I have another project come up in the future, Im giving them a call.

My Stone Keeper installed new quartz countertops for my kitchen. I cant recommend them enough! Great communication, friendly staff and the price was almost half compared to local big home improvement stores. I messed up after they measured by moving a base cabinet and told them its okay as it was my fault. But they went out of their way to go back and bring another piece that fit perfect. Will be using them in the future for a countertop in the bar area.

Thank you Mystone keeper for changing the looks of my entire kitchen. I was looking to install new plywood cabinets and granite counter. When I was looking up for countertops installers online, I happened to bump across them. I contacted them and asked to give me an estimate. Since I work until 6 pm, I told them to come in the evening to give me an estimate. The owner Baagi and his partner Shah came to our house around 8 pm all they way from Virginia to Baltimore. They came twice to address all the concerns I had to my house. They got door and granite samples with them. Once we selected the color they did a rendering of our kitchen. Since I did not know them, I asked them for references and they immediately obliged. After checking the references, I felt very comfortable and signed a contract to demolish the old cabinets and countertop, install new range hood, plumbing and backsplash. Once cabinets came Shah immediately contacted me and we set up a schedule for the installation. Initially I was told that it would take 5-7 days to finish the work so our kitchen would be out of commission for a week. However, Shah decided to work long hours and finish the whole project in just 3 days. He worked until 2 am on the final day. He meticulously installed the cabinets and countertop and paid attention to every detail. The end product was a great looking kitchen for 1/3 the price of home Depot and lowes. I would definitely recommend this company.

We hired My Stone Keeper to update the kitchen in a house we purchased. Bagi came to the house, measured the kitchen, and showed us many samples of granite from which we could choose. He also gave us advice regarding material selection and color matches.They were able to install the new countertops and backsplash a week later. The job took about 2-1/2 days to complete. It turned out spectacular!We highly recommend My Stone Keeper on all counts: service, price, selection, timelines, and installation. Their attention to the little details, like reinstalling the outlets in the new backsplash, is an example of their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

The countertops are nice however the service is terrible.  First the wrong sink was installed. When the correct sink was installed later the replacement countertop is a different color from the other countertops they installed.  The replacement countertop was manually cut with gaps.  The workers showed up twice without advance notice nor an appointment.  I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get the issue resolved.  Someone claiming to be the owner called today from the office to discuss all the issues and still refused to replace the countertops.  Asked for his last name and was informed knowing his last name was not important.

Well. After being recommended to this company by a friend. I tried to set up an appointment. They give two hour show up windows and called with two minutes left the first day to reschedule. The next rescheduled day they never called or showed up. I called to see if they were still coming and was told they would call me right back. Never heard back. My Stone Keeper JUST completed a renovation of our kitchen, and we could not be happier! From beginning to end they were professional, responsive and did a fantastic job. We had our old counter tops replaced with granite, installed a new tile back splash and had additional plumbing work to upgrade our sink/disposal. My Stone Keeper took care of all demolition and left the kitchen clean at the end of the day. Granite and tile installation looks perfect, and our very old kitchen looks brand new! The overall cost was very budget friendly, and we will use them again when its time to update our bathrooms. We definitely recommend.

We found My Stone Keeper through our contractor and couldn’t be happier with their service. We got new cabinets and granite countertops from them and the whole project blew our expectations. We had also purchased new appliances and they installed those as well (for an extra fee) but made sure they all worked before they left. They are very detail oriented, I.e. they have high tech tools for precise measurements for cabinets and countertops, they made sure the entire kitchen was usable when they left, even if it meant to stay later on the job. I met them three different times with different crew and all the crew members are extremely polite and helpful.

The prices are good but they never showed up on time for example they said 4 pm showed at my house 8:15 pm, then another time they said 9:00am showed up 10:30am .The people installing the cabinets didnt speak or understood English very well.Then my Island wasnt put in straight it was off by 8 inches. Then the boxes my kicthen cabinets came in they left all the boxes and trash on my drive way . My kicthen came out beautiful with me staying on them to make sure they didnt mess up and that shouldnt be.

Renovating my kitchen was quite stressful process. However Bagi and Megan made it much better-wonderful experience. They came on Saturday evening to template and measure and on Thursday the countertops were installed! Just like that-no drama, no issues!Initially I ordered my countertops through IKEA since the cabinets are from there a snake wanted to make it easy...or I thought it will be easy. Nope-they said they can’t template since my cabinets were not perfectly leveled. So I canceled my order and looked up a few countertop places in Rockville area. All said they need at least 14 days from template to installation and they will have to cut the larger piece which I was not quite happy about. But not My Stone Keeper-they had no problems making seamless countertop for my kitchen. Love it and am very grateful to Bagi and Megan! You are guys are the best!

REVIEW - 5 out if 5 **Several weeks ago (April 22nd), my husband and I decided to upgrade the 17-year old kitchen in our Beach town home which was up for sale. We had SS/black appliances installed two weeks ago and realized that the granite we had chosen was not going to work. We also became frustrated with quotes we received in our local area. We decided we needed a counter with a lot of white.While looking on-line for granite/Quartz dealers, I came across a family-owned business in Chantilly, VA, My Stone Keeper. I decided to call them even though their website said they only serviced VA, WV and MD. I called Bagi on his cell phone about 5 pm on Sat, April 22nd. He was on hIs way to Ocean City, MD, to another client but said he could come to us afterward but it would be late - 10 pm. We said fine; he actually got there at 9 pm. After taking measurements, he brought in samples of his products. He suggested Pelican White Q Quartz to downplay the black; we decided to go with Bagis suggestion. He said he would order it on Mon, it would be in Tues, they would cut it on Wed & Thurs and could install it on Sat (April 29th) - 1 week!!!! We were elated we could get it so quickly. The installers arrived at 11 am on Sat, April 29th, right on time. (Note: They had already installed the job in Ocean City before us!!) They were very careful removing the old Formica countertops. (We were concerned because my husband had done tile work and were afraid it would be damaged during the removal. NO problem at all! They did a beautiful job.)From beginning to end, the entire process was exceptional. Everyone involved was very professional, polite and thorough. They are very reliable, meticulous craftsmen.
