We are so happy we chose The Model Home Look to remodel our laundry room, it is everything and more than we could have hoped for. Mike and Kristine were easy to work with and took care of every aspect. We should have done this years ago!

Working with Model Home Look was the best decision we could have made. Mike came up with ideas that we would have never thought of. Small spaces are tricky and he made it seem easy. Professional and creative. A class act!!!!!

We asked Mike to completely remodel our Master Bath and upstairs Hall Bath. He also did some remodeling of our laundry room. Mike and Kristine (project manager) and the entire crew were very pleasant to work with, as were all of the vendors he recommended to help us make our selections (tile, plumbing fixtures). I greatly appreciated that when things did not go exactly right (and you have to expect that in construction), or if Mike himself noticed things that were not up to his own standards, he was very willing and insistent on making things right. The project timeline ended up being much longer than we all had planned but the end results are really beautiful! We hope to use The Model Home Look for future projects.

This place is great. They have a great selection of tile at reasonable prices. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I will recommend them to all of my contractor friends.

The bathroom remodel looked great but couldnt move a tenant in as they werent finished when they said they would. Fast forward to early this year when the bath drain started leaking and flooding the basement/garage. Spoke to Mike and he assured me he would call me back real soon to have someone look at it. Long story short, he never called me back, I tried to call him several times and spoke to his office manager who assured me he was getting my messages. So lesson learned, dont pay until the work is done. Never using him again. All I needed was a call back saying he was too busy to look at it. I didnt expect to get it for free, but I had to get the work done by another plumber.

We used The Model Home Look for our master bathroom renovation and house painting in Oct. 2018. We are very happy with the results and love the new bathroom! They even had an idea to expand the master closet using some previously unused space. Seven months later, we decided to sell the house and it was under contract in less than 36 hours, at more than our asking price. This was in great part due to the excellent work Mike and his team did during the renovation.

The Model Home Look did a complete remodel of 2 baths in our home in Reston, VA. They were terrific! Mike and his Team were very helpful in the design phase and helped us come up with a number of great ideas. The rehab and construction was very professional and timely. The subcontractors were all part of the Model Home Look Team and were very experienced. We also got great customer service after the work was completed.
