BEWARE this gas station has broken equipment - avoid this place at all costs! Gas pump #5 failed from stopping, resulting in gas overflowing and getting all over my car. When the owner failed to return my call or respond to my complaint, I stopped going but tonight I gave in and stopped by to use the air pump and now I am waiting for roadside assistance. My tire was at 40 psi and I meant to just refresh it to 45 but it took all of the air out because of a faulty pin. When it started decreasing I went in to ask the employee and they said that others had used it just fine today so I tried again and the air just got lower and now I can’t drive my car at all. Since the employee was clearly useless, I flagged another customer to give it a shot and he pointed out the broken pin, resulting in the air loss from my tire.

I usually work 3rd shift and get off at the latest 4:30 am. This gas station is VERY convenient and on the way to my house. Ever since new years theres been a handwritten sign in the door stating the doors would be open at such & such time because of stocking the cooler since its so unpredictable when the doors will be open ill just stop coming here all together and continue to take my business elsewhere. They may not be as close or on my way home but at least i know for certain their doors will be open

We love this Circle K! We are here almost every day for the coffee and the staff are the greatest. They really care about their customers and put in the effort to make their store great. Special shout out to the manager, Mike, who is extremely kind and keeps the ship running smoothly, but all the employees are nice.

Best Circle K in town (and possibly in the entire state!). Mike, Jackie and the rest of the staff are so friendly and caring. Its mind-blowing to see any negative reviews about this circle k because, well, at the end of the day this is a gas station, and it doesnt get much better than this. Thanks yall!

Today was my worst customer service experience i have ever had in my life. This particular guy, works in this gas station like he owns it. I just came to get some diesel for my 26ft truck, and decided to get some coffee. Once i got the coffee, i realized that the coffee was not hot but warm. I kindly asked him, to take note of that. He then told me that its gonna takes him quiet some time to make another because he needs to change the coffee that was in that machine. OK, i understands that part, but then he told me to take my coffee and pay for it (of course, i was gonna pay for it!!), and if i want it hot i should warm it in a microwave.Damn, i dont have time to warm up my coffee in the microwave. That was his responsibility, to make sure customer get hot coffee whenever they need it. I know most of the gas station they will even give it to you free for wasting your time.!!!. There was even a point at which he told me that i deserve bad customer service, just because i told him to focus on his responsibilities.He was just sitting down there doing nothing, and then when i went back to my truck, he went outside next to his blue Honda civic and started smoking, as if he didnt care.Please, whosoever this may be concerned, especially the managers and supervisors your workers need more training. Teach them how to treat customers. We dont deserve this in return, just because you try to correct someone.

Junky place. There was barely any inventory. Not a welcoming place at all.

Their 3rd shift worker is never there. I been waiting 20 minutes to get in the store and it’s 11:21 . They switched from 2nd to 3rd at 11:00. I won’t recommend anyone to go here if your looking to go by a quick stop

Manager was rude, bordering on confrontational because I complained that they are always out of stock of a popular product (and apparently the regular employees have no access to the stock room, so they have to turn people away). I just wanted to voice my complaint and have it heard, but she started arguing with me. I told her Id be happy to shop somewhere else and she said, thats fine. Guess which mediocre gas station / convenience store is never seeing another penny from this guy?

Farm workers of FLOC are asking Circle K and Kangaroo Express to take Reynolds American e-cigarette VUSE off of their shelves. FLOC has sent multiple letters and phone calls to Circle Ks corporate office with no response. VUSE is a product of Reynolds Tobacco and I am boycotting VUSE until Reynolds American guarantees the rights of farm workers within their supply chain. Farm workers deserve better – therefore, I am leaving a 1-star rating until Circle K decides to take VUSE off of their shelves.

Horrible customer service, the lady behind the counter had a terrible attitude, I spent a lot of money at this location and I wont be going back.
