Convenient but pricey
This one time... I was getting subway, right? bc I was hungry... and well... I go up to this lady at the counter and she talks so softly I cant even hear her... Then she gets upset with me when she has to continually ask me what type of bread I would like... Anyways, long story short, she ended up purposefully squishing my bread on my sandwich and that made me very sad!
I’ve never had any issues with customer service here, the staff is always helpful and friendly. There is a nice range of products to choose from aside from Subway, with my only gripe being the prices of some items are pretty high, but no one forces you to buy these items so it’s up to you.
Poor customer experience at Subway!
Your Coffee machine is always BROKEN, and it usually stays BROKEN FOR WEEKS. Please improve this service.
