Love this store. Staff is helpful and they always have the type of bird seeds we prefer - plus a ton of fun accessories to keep our feathered neighbors happy

My fiance and I stopped by on a whim on my birthday yesterday to continue a new tradition of adding a bird feeder to my garden each year and we had a fantastic experience! This is not the place you go for cheep products this is where you go for fairly priced high quality products. The staff was very informative and helpful even reanswering some of my same questions over the phone today. Less than 24 hours later my new dome feeder (on left in photo) and bell shaped fruit and nut feeder have already attracted new birds to my yard. We also purchased two bat boxes aka batchelor pads and look forward to placing them to help with our bug problems.These guys and gals are now our go-to bird supply store!

If you plan on spending more money than you would anywhere else to feed wild birds, then go to this store and feel the repression of joy. This terrible store kicked out some loyal shoppers based on false idols and fear. Discrimination is illegal. I hope they shut down and never reopen.

These guys are outstanding. I am new to bird feeding, and I had a ton of questions about technique, food types, and how the hobby works in general. They made it clear that their genuine priority was getting me to a place where I was happy with my feeder setup. The proof? I’ve returned items from that initial trip 2 times. They were gracious about returns and helped me pivot to different feeders. You can tell these folks legitimately enjoy their work - even behind their masks, you can tell they’re smiling and enjoying applying their deep knowledge to your specific birding problem. Worth the drive from Durham :)

These people were great. My son made a bird feeder at a birthday party and we wanted to try it out without investing in a huge bag of bird food. The folks at Wild Bird Center were kind enough to sell me a 1 lb bag for less than $2, which is exactly what I hoped to invest in this endeavor. Very friendly service, will definitely return if the feeder works out. Recommend!
