The staff in this location are fantastic and went above and beyond my expectations. As soon as I walked into the store I was acknowledged by an employee, he helped me find exactly what I needed and even installed and made sure that my car issue was fixed before I left. Amazing customer service!

My wife is out of town and stopped in to ask if they could assist her in adding a quart of oil that she wanted to purchase from this location. The woman who worked at this store was extremely unpleasant and refused to help her. This is quite out of the norm as I frequently buy wiper blades for example and other AutoZone stores offer to replace the blades for me without hesitation. It’s not like she was asking for help with replacing the motor in the parking lot. It was a very simple request. Good customer service and a pleasant attitude goes a long way.

Stopped by a couple of weeks ago. Nice young man changed my headlight bulb. And was kind enough to check my husbands phone nbr in computer so I got a nice discount too👍

Customer service here was amazing. We had just come from Advance where employees were absolutely unhelpful. Patty asked what we were replacing on my car and gave perfect recommendations. I will definitely make Auto Zone my first choice from now on.

Im not sure what happened, but Google made my review a 2 star even though I clicked 5 stars. I went to this AutoZone after purchasing a used vehicle to get some new windshield wipers. The staff was extremely helpful and offered to look up the right size wipers for my windshield in the brand that I was interested in. Once he found the right size, he offered to install them for me and to remove the old, busted pair off the car I had just purchased. The staff made everything very easy and simple, I highly recommend this location.

I came in for the free check engine light diagnostic. Especially for a free service, the staff member (sorry, I wish I got his name) who I spoke with was incredibly helpful and kind, and even went to my car with me to show me how to use the diagnostic machine. Would definitely recommend based on the great service I received, I can only imagine how great they are to paying customers. :)

We came here today to rent tools and to by tools to fix my friends vehicle ... After purchasing and renting these tools, we started working on it in the parking lot. The parts manager I think it was a female, came and told us we were not allowed to work on the vehicle in the parking lot and she was very rude . We asked her well you rented us the tool and allowed others to work on their vehicle .. So why cant we ? If you notice in pic she/he is actually working on one of the vehicles .. To me this is not manager behavior, this person does not need to be working here because the rest of the employees are very nice . Not sure why she doesnt like us ... Dont shop here if you are planning on working on your car in the shore lot,

I knew what I needed, but didn’t know where they were located in the store. Found everything I needed myself and then an employee did ask if I needed help. I respectfully declined as I found it already. Cashier was nice too.

Clean store. Fast friendly service! Well organized store! I was quickly able to find what I needed, and I was out the door in less than five minutes.

The the female employee was pleasant to deal with and was real knowledgeable about the parts that I need it.

Extremely helpful and friendly service!! We needed a new headlight bulb and the manager, Stanley, came out to the car and removed the bad bulb, provided us with the new, correct one and even installed it and made sure it was working properly. Great level of service- would definitely recommend.

Went in there for some carburetor cleaner for 2008 Harley with issues. Staff was topically (on the surface) helpful, but thats where it ended. They seemed more interested in the tasks they had been assigned versus helping us find a couple of items we needed.

I had trouble putting my cab filter in my car while in their parking lot. they were fantastic in helping me out

The man behind the counter acted lazy and didnt care that I wanted a dash light test done. Instead of getting his tester he just guessed and said thats what the problem is and told me to Google it. Wow how do they sell anything. Im sticking with advance I could have understood if they were busy but they werent and he was literally sitting and doing nothing.

Detroit was very helpful in recommending a product that would turn the weathered plastic bumper on my vehicle dark again. It looks like new!

This AutoZone is SO much better than the one in Mt Pleasant where customers get ignored by management and it trickles on down. All of these these gentlemen really know their stuff and are extremely helpful!

Our Praise Shout Out is for Chris M. Who was working the evening in Thursday, May 23, 2019. After a long day of getting my daughters family ready to move, with a 3 month old baby and 90+ degree temps, we found out that the pull behind u-haul we had was sitting too low in the front and could not make a 4+ hour trip like that. Chris FaceTimed with my husband who was not in town for the move, to work towards a solution, tools needed and helpful suggestions. Im new to DIY car repair. They were VERY patient with all my questions...they even noticed I was attempting to buy the wrong socket sizes for the job I was trying to attempt. Excellent customer service. If they didnt go the extra mile, I would have wasted money, and ruined someone elses equipment.

Auto zone is my go- to for info about Any mechanical task I may attempt auto or lawn mower. If it has an engine large or small, theres someone to assist.
