Customer service was great. Although Advance Auto Parts dont carry the item I needed, I was referred to another location by the customer service associate. Thanks for your help and I was able to get what I needed.

Girl with all the tattoos has no place being there. No knowledge of an automobile at all. Useless. I found my part on the sales floor with help from another store. But returned it. Way over priced. Auto Zone had it $8 less. Horrible store!

Did an online order and realized later they didnt have all the small items I paid for in the bag. Really helpful after close to complete the task.Edit: Went back and reviewed my order. It appears they cancelled off of order so at least I wasnt charged for them.

Needed a bulb for the left tail light and they helped me replace it with a speciality tool. THEY ARE ALWAYS READY TO HELP YOU. OTHERS WILL NOT I HAVE ASKED. I will only get my stuff from them.

Brittany the supposed to be manager was horrible my boyfriend did Curbside because he had the kids in the car this girl have the nerve to come out there mind u he has a truck she could’ve put it on the back of it …first she wanted him to comeInside after he called the The curbside number Obviously he had the kids in the car that why he did curve side she caught a attitude comes out side and trow the ramp that he order on the ground and tells himHe can pick it up himself some kinda of manager she is and I want to know who above her cause she is to rude to be some manager

Great Place to get stuff for you car

Ive posted on here about Advance Autos all around the tri-county. They all have their downside, but you can get ok parts, decently priced, on alot they sell. The people are knowledgeable in most cases, there have been some real duds too. You dont know who or what youre going to get from day to day. Its like a miniature Walmart. All in all, if you need truck or car parts, not a thing wrong with shopping there. Just be prepared to possibly have to visit multiple stores, and to possibly have someone whos wealth of car parts knowledge is about as big as your lil finger. Other than that, go get you some parts, and get your vehicle running

Door clearly states must wear mask...employees not wearing mask and when asked where are your mask the guy with the long hair says we burnt them. is this a customers only thing. Before you enter please drive by the front window, if they arent wearing mask take your buisness to a place that follows the mask mandate.

The staff here is always ready to help with finding the part you need, changing a battery, or wipers, & very knowledgeable.

Russel was awesome. I went in requesting a car battery, he offered to check my battery first. He also checked the alternator and starter. We decided the battery was just low. He told me drive it around for a while and it would charge back up. If not to come back and he’d sell me a battery. Thank you for the honesty and great customer service!

I went there in a very rainy night needing a taillight bulb replaced. they graciously loaned me the tools I needed to make it happen so I wouldnt go home risking getting a ticket. The only reason I didnt give them a fivestars is because there was nothing exceptional about the experience they just did their job.

The guy that came out to look at my car gave me some Great advice.

I like Advance as a company, but here in Charleston we have 3 locations too close to each other, and none of the 3 stock enough parts to do simple jobs. Perhaps they could either consolidate all in to 1 bigger location, or each location could specialize in a group ie 1 does Chrysler, 1 does GM and 1 does Ford.Simple jobs like front pads and rotors on an Escape or a tune-up on a Cherokee shouldnt require driving to 2 or 3 different locations.

Theyre pretty much all the same store wise but this place right here has some pretty nice guys working and they will help you out with whatever you need so I definitely recommend this car parts store
