I really like this GNC location on Savannah Highway in West Ashley as they really allow you to live well with all of the cool products that they have that can make you feel healthy and be at your peak performance. They seem to always have what I want in stock and have really good customer service if you need to find something. It is a comfort knowing that there is a good GNC here.

The staff was very helpful in answering questions.

Had a “will be back” sign on their door for 25mins now I’ve been waiting. It’s currently Tuesday @ 11am.. manager, whoever is running this thing fire them.

Jacob was very knowledgable about the supplements that I need to achieve my goals! Store was very clean and organized. Overall, great experience!

Very poor experience at this location. Jacob was immediately condescending and patronizing after my boyfriend and I brought our items up to the counter to purchase. Did not respectfully offer his opinions on our products, but instead proceeded to tell us how my boyfriend was paying extra money for an ingredient in a product that is worthless. As an employee at GNC, I expected a positive, respectful attitude from Jacob, and I would have welcomed e his polite opinions and suggestions for other products in the store. Instead, we received a rude, holier-than-thou attitude that left us disappointed and less inclined to return to any GNC in the future.

They had what I wanted. Vitamins for teenage girls.

It took a while for the manager to warm up to me and really discover what I was looking for.

Nice store with various items and supplements for sale. The staff working was very helpful and informational. The only thing I would improve is the size of the store and ammount of variation in the items and supplements.

Its not even 4PM and theyre clocked up. Hours online say 8PM although on the door here someone took off the closing hours for Sunday and Monday. When I pulled and I saw an employee leave and do something with the door, which I guess was locking it. Ive been calling and theres no answer, walked up and down the shopping center to see if he went to grab lunch or something but I dont know where he went. If youre going to leave the store, maybe put a Back in x minutes... sign. Im confused how this could happen.

The store is well stocked and clean! However, I had a very poor experience with the staff. After a class at OTF my friend and I came over to look into some pre-workout products. The associate asked if we needed assistance (✔️) but thats about all that went right. When asking about different brands, and asking if they sell smaller amounts (say, a sample for example) the associate simply said no. Offering 0 guidance (as if we were a total bother for him, while checking his phone). When we asked about a specific product, he simply said that has creatine which will make you put on excess water weight, so youll need to get something that fits your goals. Okay, so creatine, yes, can do that. However, lets talk about the potential advantages of the supplement. Could this associate potentially use some sales training? 🤷 Overall, it was a poor experience. I recognize that people have off days and I hope thats all it was. Overall, I felt we were snubbed by some Bros because we didnt fit their standard clientele. Shameful. No worries, we can get what we need online.
