Good evening to Rob at Beltone and to all of us that have hearing aids or perhaps those that are experiencing some degree of hearing loss. I just completed a second hearing appointment with Rob at Beltone Charleston SC as a part of my lifetime Beltone service plan. Rob is very knowledgeable and treated my needs professionally. He conducted a new hearing test, loaded all the data for programming plus made adjustments after two weeks to best adjust my hearing aids to my hearing difficulties of speech sounds. He answered all of my questions and educated me supportive of my new Beltone hearing aids. I was encouraged to contact him anytime with questions or concerns. Based upon my experience with Rob Shilot I would highly recommend Beltone at Charleston, South Carolina to anyone in need of hearing assistance.

Beltone in West Ashley has the best staff. Mr. Shilot, Stephanie and Beth went above and beyond for my mom. They were honest and explained everything up-front. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. Six stars if i could give it!

Absolutely amazed with the quality of the hearing evaluation as well as the products and service. I can’t believe I waited this long to take action. After being tested 3 other places I’m glad I found Beltone. The national network makes things easier for when we travel we know there’s always a location nearby. They worked with my supplemental and were able to make things very affordable. Don’t make the mistake I did and wait too long!

My husband received his new hearing aids earlier this month. He has worn hearing aids for the last 20 years but his hearing had gotten progressively worse to the point we could barely have conversations. Rob at Belltone took the time to really test his hearing and explain his deficiencies. He is not only hearing better but now has an expert to assist him as there may need to be adjustments. The office staff is also super friendly and accommodating.

Wow, what a thorough hearing evaluation! I try to be an educated consumer before making decisions. Hearing aids are a big decision but I was blown away by how comprehensive of an exam I got from Mr. Shilot at Beltone. I have wore hearing aids for years and previously had aids from Miracle Ear and Costco and the quality of care and clarity of the devices I received from Beltone was head and shoulders above the rest. I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you have trouble hearing - dont make the same mistake I did and wait too long. Get your hearing checked, they do it for FREE here and checked my insurance and worked with me to tailor the fitting to my specifications.

Convincing my uncle that hearing aids were something that maybe he should consider took me almost two years. He was not receptive and struggled with the day to day. After visiting Michael and Ellis the amount of comfort and care given to my uncle made the entire process very informative, thorough, and eye opening not only for my uncle but myself as well. I didn’t realize how easy it could be and now my uncle is born again. His outlook on life has changed with his new aids. He wants to do more and be involved more. It’s fantastic!
