We recently visited the FedEx Office store in West Ashley. They were extremely busy. The employees were doing a good job meeting the expectations of the customers. One employee specifically stood out, Norman. Norman not only has the ability to multitask, but also was acknowledging waiting customers. Just a friendly “hello” and “I’ll be with you shortly” while making eye contact made us feel important and not ignored. When it was our turn for service, Norman was very helpful and patient. Norman handles himself with extreme confidence and professionalism. FedEx is very fortunate to have an employee like Norman. Thank you Norman for excellent customer service.

The AGM (didn’t catch his name) was so nice! I was very impressed. It looked like it was just him working. He started up a conversation with me while we waited his computer (I got there right at noon on a Sunday). He was very helpful and I would come back to this location just for him!

Absolutely a waste of time. I jammed two copiers and got no help. If you want them to help you there is about a 30 minute wait. Totally understaffed. An embarrassment to Fed Ex.

I got super ticked with the post office and started carrying my business to this location.Everyone in there is super friendly and helpful. The lines are never really crazy either (in comparison to USPS) and shipping in my current case scenario has been cheaper with them versus USPS. Definitely glad to have made the switch. If youre in internet sales like me Id suggest getting a business account with them its super duper convenient.

Just wanted to give props where props are due. Went in to this FedEx in shambles, needing to ship some oddly shaped things, for which I did not have any supplies and Jesse sorted everything out easily and painlessly. His impeccable professionalism and top notch service made this trip too easy. So, thanks Jessie, for making this one less thing I have to worry about. You Rock!

I had to fedex a package to Germany and Evie was working on Easter Sunday and was extremely helpful, patient and kind !!!! I appreciate the great customer service I received from her !!! People like Evie are good for a business and the company as well as the customer !! Thank You Evie !! 😃

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on Orleans Road in West Ashley is a great place to take care of your many office, printing, business, and shipping needs all in one place. When you need to take care of several tasks all at once they know how to do it all and take care of you. I have been impressed with all that they have been able to do over the years and also the quickness and efficiency of their work. They make things very simple for their customers and all of their services save a lot of time and are well worth the cost.

I was there on monday Oct 5,2020,not knowing a clue on how to do what I came to handle Chelsea at the West Ashley location on Orleans road helped me every step of the way!She made me feel very very comfortable and welcome coming at that location!!

I use this place daily to send samples for work, it’s always crowded and understaffed, it’s annoying to come in with my packages all ready labeled and ready to ship, only to have to wait behind 10 people for one clerk to simply hand over my packages. Get it together.

Printed my wedding invites through this location. Chelsea was so helpful and patient as we tried a couple different font color and format changes! End product was gorgeous! Incredibly happy!

This place has been on point. Never a long wait. Someone always glad to help. This last time, Kalea?, was perfect. Walked me through everything that I needed done. Did work out front while I was trying to get situated in case I had any questions. Always had an answer, never heard don’t know how or we can’t.Place was clean. Machines up to date and in good working condition.

Amazing staff! I do a lot of business here. Matt the manager is very friendly and knowledgeable and always helpful. Ali the other manager is also pleasant. Paula is always so kind.

Paula was pleasant and professional. She greeted me immediately when I entered, attended to me right away, and made it easy for me by handling all the shipping entries. I sent the package with minimal effort and very quickly. I will be back to get more of this good treatment.

NOWSHIP uses the Kubox Trunk for small long distance and international moves with FedEx as our transport company. We had a few kubox trunks dropped off at this location and the team there was so very helpful. Our driver was able to get in and out in less than 10 minutes. I have used this location many, many times over the years. My Daughter copied papers for school and my Husband had a sign for work made here as well. I have made copies, used the fax machine and had photos printed. My favorite is the canvas picture made from a photo off of my phone!! I was lucky because the canvas pictures were on sale. Patrick and the rest of the Staff have always been great!!!

I dont know what happy vortex Im in but I have never had a bad experience here and everyone is always super helpful, especially matt. Yes, sometimes you have to wait in line, but thats life people. Patience is indeed a virtue.

Visit location in daytime only. Night crew typically have sour attitudes lacks knowledge and capability of morning crew. Ive never seen such half hearted, looking for any excuse not to help or actually work and i hate my life so im gonna take it out on customers group. On 7-28-16 made up my mind to never spend a dime again at this location. Will drive an extra 50 miles if i have to, to another retailer for my needs.

I had the worst experience ever at Kinkos West Ashley. I was quoted a price. I paid for the job and left the material for the job to be completed. I received a phone call from Matt later that evening saying the clerk who quoted the job pricing accidentally quoted me the wrong price, and it would actually be an additional $600.00. Matt was not willing to make this right. I called customer service and Matt and the clerk who quoted me the price both lied to customer service to avoid having to rectify this situation. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible service.

There is a long line and only one person at the counter. The lady at the counter keeps calling for help but no one is coming to assist. Another lady looks over and sees the long line but doesnt seem interested in helping. The lady at the counter has had enough and walked over to demand the other lady help. Very poor service.

0 Star. I Instantly understand why alot of people leave 1 star when I open the door to go inside the store. The short with black hair Fedex lady gives extraordinary long times for the customers in front of her. Only 5 customer in lines and she took more than 20 minutes for each of them. The other girl and me only need to drop-off the package but that slow lady make us wait about 20 mins while serving other customer ( she waited very long already)while handling other customers phone call (one the phone for 7 mins, first priority). I just need to drop off the package but she is not scanning my package same time the other girl.Bad customer service. Bad communication, slowest handling in anything, I have no idea why she is here. Why should manager here hire her? She cannot do her job properly and should be fired as soon as possible. Alot people out there need jobs and do more proffessional than her.

The worst store experience Ive had in a very long time I waited for 15 minutes before the Assitant Manager Matthew decidided to help me print my Resume Im on the way to job interview and no assitance was giving Paulia is the worst everytime I come their she takes her slow time, as if were not their for business I swear I hate going their its always hit and miss.

This is the slowest and worst fedex I’ve ever been to in the whole United States of America, this place needs more employees and also needs tremendously faster and better customer service!

Quiet, Speedy and professional. Went in to print a resume and application- only took 3 minutes to get to a computer open email and print.

The store itself was clean and all of the shipping supplies were stocked. Went closer to closing and the employee was extremely helpful with getting a package shipped out overnight and was not frustrated with my many questions about the various options available.

The representative was extremely rude and the scanner that they had did not function properly so I had to scan and save 16 pages individually. When I asked her why Adobe Acrobat Pro option that they had listed that allowed you to scan multiple pages did not work, she responded rudely letting me know that there were two options, scanning them individually or paying for a thumb drive and paying .89 page for them to scan them... I wont be back here!!! Worst service ever.

Tried to make us fill a commercial invoice for dog toy sent to South America. Sent many times to Colombia without one. Fools in this office. AVOID!

The line was 8 people long...whittled down to 7 after a good 10 minutes. Couldnt justify wasting the rest of an otherwise beautiful Wednesday evening.

I stood at the printing counter for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged until I finally asked for help or asked if I was in the right place...which was directly under the huge printing here signage. When the guy finally came over he was not at all helpful and almost put out that he had to ask what I needed. Unfriendly staff...too many other choices I can take my business to.

I worked wth Paula and she helped me get my job done. I know there are some bad reviews below, but I got the feeling that things are improving.

Worst service I have ever received. Stood in front of the counter for over 20 minutes and not one of the 4 associates helped me. Instead they stood around chatting with each other.

Not a very efficient store. There were only 2 employees helping customers so we waited for 35 minutes and then we were told that their system was down! Very frustrating especially since no one acknowledged us until we interrupted and we asked for assistance. Also, none of the self-serve work stations would take our credit card and did not have signs that the system was down.

Absolutely zero help received... awful customer service.

Dont waste your time, drive to the one downtown instead.

Absolute worst customer service. If you are trying to print something I don’t recommend this place. They charge you for everything including when their printers are not working. Then the one employee just ignores you when you need help.

So slow. Waiting for a prepaid printing order for 15 minutes without being even acknowledged.

They were there in my time of need but I only had to come because the fed ex driver refused to drop off my package to the yard, but not their fault..

Customer service lacks and moves very very slowly! If you are ever in a rush...don’t go here!
