I would give 0 stars if I could. The delivery men scratched my brand new engineered hardwood floors. Needless to say, thats hard to do. Plaza Appliance said they wouldnt fix it b/c the delivery people were not their employees. Although, I paid Plaza Appliance directly for a delivery fee. They never even as much as refunded us the delivery fee. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! if anything goes wrong, they will not do the right thing.
