This is hands down the best total wine I have been to. The staff is always willing to help. If you walk into this store, even if you know a lot about wine, talk to a staff member!!! They are incredibly knowledgeable and always happy to recommend a beer wine or something similar to your favorite.This total wine helped me pick our wedding wines. We bought over 100 bottles from them, and they were able to keep it in UNDER our budget!!I can’t say enough good things about this store. They make your buying experience a pleasure every time.

I could spend hours in this gigantic store! So many items to look at. Rows and rows of wine, beer, and complimentary items for every cocktail. The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. It is the ONLY store that carrries my son in laws fav beer. Well worth the visit!

Very impressive store! My husband and I just moved from Connecticut. The staff isknowledgeable, helpful and friendly. In our two visits we bought enough to fill our wine fridge before it arrived with the movers. Will return very soon!

Extensive collection of wines. Spanish, Bordeaux, American.. etc. Also, these guys have some really really rare smoked german beers that which are really really hard to find. Their collection sometimes reminds me of going to a museum. Their staff is really experienced and they guide the people correctly in choosing their wine.Try their wine tasting.. which is affordable and the conversation you have with them is awesome.

This place is amazing. Its the biggest wine store I have ever been in, in my entire life. I visited this location because of their availability of a particular wine that I was purchasing in my local grocery store. So when I went to their website I found that they had the wine I wanted; however I expected it to be more expensive than what I had been paying. To my surprise, it was actually cheaper than what I would have paid at the grocery store and in fact it was the same price as what I had been paying at Walmart, which was a total shock. So I will be visiting Total Wine & More again to pick up my favorite sangria.

Total wine is Totally the spot to go when you want a good bottle of wine. My favourite is Happy Camper ( merlot, cabernet). Servers are knowledgeable which makes it a total plus.

It was the only place that sold the CENSE wine endorsed by Weight Watchers...only 3 points...it was worth the long ride.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They now want to force you to wear a mask, regardless of whether or not it will cause physical harm to you. The SC mandate says that if you have a health or religious reason for not wearing a mask, you are exempt, but Total Wine doesnt care about the law. I’m done shopping here, and anywhere else that would force me to wear something that causes me physical harm.

We have been doing business with total wine for almost 4 years. We purchase a keg about every month. We are part of the keg club. We went to get a new keg and they were out of stock. So we went to frugal to get a new keg and they took the keg with no problems. We went back to total wine today to get a new keg and they refuse to take the keg core back. We told them we wanted to get a refill didnt want our money back. The manager still refused even though the deposit that we paid for was at the location. She told us we would have to pay for another core, even though they still have our original core deposit. We drove there from Lake Wylie for nothing, wasting time and my gas. Very disappointed and will not go back to that store. A core is a core, dont know what there problem is. They lost my business.

Great selection of wine and beer. One of the biggest selections you will find in the area as a matter of fact. They have a growler station also. On Saturday, they have free wine tastings. Cant remember the time it begins and ends but I believe it is 12-5.

This is the closest Total Wine to my home, but I still give then my business! About once a month I select my faves online and pick up here - curbside pickup. Excellent selection! Kudos to the sales associates!

Completely sarcastic “service”, not appreciated.I’ve been shopping this location for over 5 years, and considered it my store of choice, and am a club member. This passed Saturday 2/8/20 I came in to pick up some beer. I found what I’d come in for, but recalled that there is a limited release/specialty beer that is marketed around this time of year. So I approached two employees who were chatting between themselves and asked if they had any on hand. The response caught me off guard:“That’s a good joke! Best joke I’ve heard all day.”To which I replied, “It can’t hurt to ask.”, and then retreated while the two employees enjoyed their demeaning chuckle, at my expense.They did not offer to assist me in finding an alternative, nor did they offer anything that resembled an offer of service, they just stood there amused.I hope they enjoyed the ‘joke’.Joke’s on them. I won’t be back.
