The eBike Central location in Charlotte has a great selection of products and it was super easy to schedule a demo online for a 1-on-1 consultation when I visited. The staff is very knowledgable and will take the time to answer any questions you have. You can also take an easy demo ride around The RailYard area to test out different models. Unfortunately, the biking City of Greenville has very little in the way of resources to maintain and service my e-bike. (Disappointing) I found these guys online and was not disappointed. Terry took great care of me and change the brakes, bled the brakes, replaced a stretched chain, and did the basic maintenance my e-bike required after a year of ownership. Thanks Terry! The bike rides great.
