I had a wonderful experience at Hayden Olivia Bridal! The shop is cute and comfortable and the selection of dresses is beautiful and easy to navigate. The staff was so great--attentive, kind, and enthusiastic which made the process so much fun. With their encouragement, I ended up trying options that were a little different than what I had in mind and I ended up with a super unique dress I couldnt have been happier with!

The way Hayden Olivia Bridal treats bride-to-bes and their guests is the way I hope all people are treated! They made me and my guests feel so special and its everything I could have hoped for in the dress shopping experience. Staff is so incredibly kind and helpful and they go the extra mile to make this a special experience. Hayden Olivia really set the tone for my entire wedding experience!! I had only gone to one other bridal store before my appointment at Hayden Olivia and I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted. I found my perfect wedding gown at Hayden Olivia Bridal. The girls were so incredibly nice and made the experience so fun and exciting. I tried on probably 15 dresses, then we narrowed it down to 3 and did a lightning round so I could decide from those 3. That really helped. They put accessories on me so I could see the whole package and we toasted with champagne. My wedding was in October and Ive gotten so many compliments on the dress. It was very unique and fit me to a T thanks to their amazing seamstress. I love my dress so so so much. I wish I could wear it all the time. I cannot recommend Hayden Olivia bridal enough. I had visited 4 other salons and while the experience wasnt bad - they left me exhausted and without my dream dress. Feeling a little stressed about timing, I made an appointment by myself in early Feb. I worked with Hunter and not only did she do a great job as a stylist, but it was like she also stepped in as girl friend to make it fun and make me feel so pretty! She helped me find the dress I envisioned within my budget. Beyond finding the dress, the customer service and support - especially this year - was so appreciated. The day of the appointment, they let me extend it to have one of my bridesmaids come to give her sign off and take the yes to the dress photo. After Covid came and changed everything, Hunter proactively checked in with me to let me know my dress was on track and see how I was doing. I felt safe and supported for my dress pick up and accessory appointment - and once again they were supportive and patient as I had to video my mom in. Hunter also helped me find a seamstress that could add the finishing details to my dress. Due to some building issues, they even drove my dress to the seamstress since I wouldnt be able to get in the building when it was convenient for me. With all the wedding changes that had to be made - it was a great relief that my dress was an easy part! Thank you so much!

This place is the best hidden gem of Charlotte bridal boutiques! I don’t even know where to begin on how amazing this place this! I have been to several wedding dress shops in Charlotte to find my wedding dress and yes they all do a great job but the experience you get at Hayden Olivia is not comparable! These ladies genuinely care about you, your family and your big day! I am not having a large or traditional wedding but that did not matter to them! They cared what I cared about. When I arrived I did not really know what I wanted and my stylist helped me find exactly what I loved even if that meant I tried on 100 dresses! Never did I feel rushed or pressured that I had to choose a dress which I have felt at other places. Their selection of wedding dresses are best I’ve seen in any bridal boutique in Charlotte! They not only have the classics but the contemporary and modern selections they have are nothing I’ve seen in other places. The designers they have do amazing work! Hayden Olivia is definitely the place for the modern and todays bride! One of the best things I loved that was so different than the other bridal shops is charlotte is how their staff work as a team! Other places I was paired with one person and that was it. At Hayden Olivia, I was scheduled with Gretchen (who is fabulous if you are able to request her!) But as I tried on each dress I received input/feedback from each person as they walked by, or pulled other dresses for me. I felt like a had a team working to find me my dress! There is something very special about this place! From their dresses to their team I highly recommend! I hope you ladies never stop doing what you do, thank you for helping me find my wedding dress!

Our stylist was awesome, the atmosphere was wonderful, and after visiting 4 other bridal shops my daughter finally found a dress that made her happy. It was beautiful and in budget! I left my favorite water bottle and they offered to ship it to me without charge. This was a great experience and I highly recommend any bride try this shop before buying.

This place is stunning. The fitting rooms are huge and the girls that work there are all amazing and make you feel comfortable when trying on the gowns. I did say yes to the dress. The designer of the dress is Hailey Paige! They also carry several designers as well. All brides must come and experience this bridal boutique!!!!!

I cant thank everyone at Hayden Olivia enough for all theyve done! Id recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. I checked out a couple bridal shops beforehand, all of which felt too overwhelming and felt like I was just a number. The team at Hayden Olivia were the exact opposite. From the first time I stepped foot into their gorgeous boutique, I felt at home and knew Id be well taken care of. They were so easygoing and super fun to work with, from the first time trying on dresses, down to the last fitting. They even helped me accessorize with a sash and veil :) Ill never forget trying on my dress with them for the first time and getting a tear in my eye...thats when I thought not only was I choosing the perfect dress, but I had chosen the perfect place to find it! Mai did a fantastic job on the alterations, too; she was able to make the straps on the dress removable, so Id be more comfortable dancing at the reception. Shes so talented and was very helpful throughout the fittings! Bottom line, you wont be disappointed if you choose them!

Hayden Olivia is the place to go! The consultants are so laid back, fun and effortlessly professional. My mom and I felt like wed known Hunter forever and the atmosphere she cultivated was so intimate and made me feel so special. The gown selection was perfect--large enough to really help me narrow down to the one (which was the first I tried on) and cultivated enough to not be overwhelming. I honestly do not write reviews but from having such a great experience at Hayden Olivia Bridal it is hard not to write one. When I first started looking for a wedding dress I knew what style and designer I liked. Hayden Olivia carried a lot of the wedding dresses I was looking for (most inventory of Hayley Paige I have found) and I decided to make a dress appointment there. This was the only bridal salon I have been to and I would not waste your time looking elsewhere. Hunter was my consultant and is truly gifted at what she does. When I decided on my dress, Hunter styled me from head to toe and made me feel like a princess. You really get that one on one attention with her. She picked out my veil, beaded belt, hair piece, and jewelry. Those accessories made the entire look even more gorgeous and really complemented the wedding dress. I love detail and Hunter knows how to add details to your look without overpowering it. I would have never been able to do that myself. She is also really great to work with and will never pressure you into buying something which I really appreciated.So another important thing that makes Hayden Olivia so great is their in-house seamstress, Mai. A lot bridal salons do not have an in-house seamstress which I find weird and for such an expensive purchase it is super important to have someone talented like Mai to alter your gown. This made my experience better than I could imagine. I knew I would need a lot of alterations because I am only 51 and on the petite side. My dress had a high-neck front and lower open back, so for it to hit just right Mai knew exactly what to do. She even sowed on my belt to fit the lower back of my dress which I loved. She is truly gifted and very time efficient. I am pretty picky about things and I can say Hunter and Mai exceeded my expectations when it came to details and fitting of the dress. I seriously recommend going to Hayden Olivia for your wedding dress! I promise it will be a great experience and you will not regret it!

I had a wonderful experience at Hayden Olivia Bridal. I met my mom and sister there without expecting to find my dress that day but I found one that was perfect for me and our wedding. I especially loved working with Shay and Hunter--they are as sweet, knowledgable, funny, and bubbly as can be. I thought the dress shopping process might be stressful (body image! money!) but the whole afternoon was truly playful, light, and so much fun. I had a few moments of doubt (and honestly, tears) during the fitting process but fortunately I ended up being really happy with my dress for the big day.

I had an incredible first-time dress shopping experience with consultant Hannah! I could not recommend her at Hayden Olivia more! The salon was SO accommodating to me and my guests during these crazy times (COVD-protocols and all). My mind was immediately put at ease after having no idea what I wanted for my wedding. Hannah heard my ideas and pulled a dress with every element I imagined! I havent purchased my dress yet because it was only my first store but I will definitely keep Hayden Olivia in mind. Do not hesitate to make an appointment here! They have a great selection and even better customer service. If you ever watched Say Yes to the Dress, Hayden Olivia essentially recreates that whole bridal experience here in their beautiful Charlotte location. It was the bridal dress experience every girl dreams of.

THE STOP in Charlotte for your wedding dress. I had the best experience possible at Hayden Olivia and had the pleasure of working with Shay as my consultant - she is a dream, btw. After going to 3 places in NYC (Kleinfelds, Gabriella, and Pronovias) along with another place in Charlotte and STILL not finding the right dress/being extremely stressed out about the experience, I had a friend recommend Hayden Olivia. Thank goodness they did! Here is why:-The process: at Hayden Olivia, you are able to take your time, drink champagne, and put your hands on all of the dresses while they are on the rack and leave clips on the ones you love. The dress I ended up buying was thrown into the dressing room by one of my bridesmaids. This would not have happened in most other places as many other places keep most dresses in the back.- Pricing: I feel as I had a very customized/high end experience at Hayden Olivia and I was still in the lower price bracket that other places have. Example: Pronovias low-cost market is $3500 and I spent $2600 before alterations. They also included a $600 veil with the purchase.- Consultant: everyone was easy to get in contact with and Shay made me feel very comfortable. It is not always easy stripping down in front of a stranger and squeezing yourself into countless dresses. Shay made it feel like no big thing!Thank you all again for making this experience amazing.

My experience at Hayden Olivia was absolutely wonderful! After going to multiple bridal salons in NYC and CLT, I had to make a last minute change with my dress and came into Hayden Olivia in October, needing a dress for my February wedding (talk about a panic!!). Hunter was the first person I spoke to over the phone about my predicament and she was so kind and calming about the whole process, scheduling me in last minute the next day. Understanding the time constraint, Hunter helped me pull a few dresses that fit my simple and elegant aesthetic and we ultimately landed on a beautiful Sareh Nouri gown. What I respected most about Hunter was her ability to understand what I was looking for and to help guide me to a dress that was flattering to my body type and reflected my personality. Many of the salons I had been to focused more on what I thought I wanted in my head instead of helping me find a gown that was the most timeless and flattering on my personal figure. Hunter has a true gift!! She also texted the designer of the gown personally to make sure that it would arrive in time for my wedding- thank you!!! Finally, I would recommend doing your alternations in house- my fitting process could not have been easier and they even helped me move an appointment due to a last minute work trip. Finally, it rained the day I had to pick up my dress and Hunter even ran the dress downstairs to the car to help me avoid getting it wet. From first interaction to last, Hayden Olivia is wonderful. I would highly recommend them to any bride and they work extremely hard to make the dress process one of happiness and excitement vs. some of the other less fun stresses of planning a wedding. I am SO thankful I found Hayden Olivia Bridal. Prior to dress shopping, I knew I wanted a Hayley Paige dress and after some research, found that they have SUCH a big collection of HP dresses! They were so welcoming from the start of my appointment to beyond. The queen of sparkle, Shay was my consultant and is now one of my favorite people ever. She understood what I wanted and was so great at helping my make up my mind with a dress before I showed my entourage. They let me walk around the whole shop in the dress I chose and stay in it as long as I wanted. Shay was also so great on constantly updating me on my dress status and making sure it came in plenty of time! Now heres another BIG reason I love Hayden Olivia so much. I did bridal portraits 3 weeks prior to my wedding and realized my dress was a liiiiittle too low cut. After speaking with Hayley Paige, she recommended ordering fabric through Hayden Olivia. I worked with Hunter in order to do this and she is INCREDIBLE. I probably texted her way too much, but she was so diligent in making sure this extra fabric got to me from NYC in enough time to get my dress altered. I ended up getting my extra fabric within a few days and had my dress adjusted in plenty of time for my wedding. I cant thank Hayden Olivia Bridal enough for their incredible customer service. I am forever grateful!

Hunter and Shay were also great to work with in the months leading up to my wedding - so helpful and responsive. Hayden Olivia has an incredible selection of dresses, veils, accessories and can also accommodate custom requests in conjunction with the dress designers - I had an additional layer of material with shimmer added into the skirt and they also ordered additional lace for alterations I wanted to do on the bodice. My experience at Hayden Olivia was better than I could have imagined. I was nervous about dress shopping and not entirely sure what I wanted. From the moment I entered Hayden Olivia I felt comfortable and at ease.The staff and space are charming. The dresses are all gorgeous. We had plenty of time to wander the store and look at dresses before starting to try things on. The first dress I tried on was my dress - and it wasnt even one I had picked out myself! I still tried on a few more but we all knew I was going back to the first one.I appreciate the staff for putting me at ease and knowing what kind of dress I needed and wanted better than I knew myself. Once the dress came in I had it fitted and hemmed right on site which was so convenient. I only had to coordinate transporting the dress once. For me, I was coming from Alaska and pretty much only had 1 day to find my dress. Hayden Olivia was our first stop and our last stop! Hunter was so helpful in helping me realize that I really did find my dream dress when I did! (I cried when I tried on the Anne Barge Olmsted dress, and that was the dress that I chose and wore on my wedding day, and did a million twirls in and felt like a princess bride in!) For those gals who change their mind a lot, it was so great to talk through each dress with Hunter. I also had a couple family members with me since coming from Alaska is a big trip. They welcomed all of us with open arms and offered us mimosas! Thanks to Hunter and Hayden Olivia I felt so amazing on my wedding day in my dress!

I moved out of town after I purchased my dress and they were so accommodating with my schedule changes for fittings etc. My dress was beautiful and unique and I would recommend Hayden Olivia to any bride-to-be.

Heather was wonderful and so easy to work with. Heather helped me find an Anne Barge dress that fit my personality and was perfect for my Charleston wedding in December. Hunter was amazing as well and assisted me with alteration appointments and fitting appointments. Heather and Hunter are so knowledgable about the wedding industry and I felt stress free during the entire process. They are so amazing and wonderful people! Not only are the dresses (and shop) gorgeous, but everyone at Hayden Olivia Bridal is absolutely amazing! I shopped around at a few bridal shops when looking for my dress and no experience came close to the one I had here.Hunter was SO sweet & after the first dress I tried on, she was able to pull dresses based on everything I liked/disliked and thanks to her, I found my dream dress! I was between 2 dresses (same designer) and she even called the designer as I had it on to see if we could combine the two. I ended up selecting just one of the dresses, and could not be happier!They had a GORGEOUS veil collection, and after trying on a few, she helped me find one that goes perfectly with my dress.Dresse ... veils... accessories ... it’s all beautiful.The girls here ROCK. They know their stuff!To top off the incredible customer service I had already received, they had to move my first fitting back a couple of days and are paying for my alterations because of it!Seriously .... go here. There are so many beautiful dresses, which makes it hard to pick just one; however, with the help of all the talented ladies at HOB, I found my dress. I visited a handful of bridal boutiques and Hayden Olivia was HANDS DOWN my favorite. It was the first boutique I went to and every single dress I tried on after that I compared to the first dress I tried on at Hayden Olivia. After going to the other salons, all I could think about was the Hayden Olivia dress. I finally went back and met with the same girl who helped me in the beginning, and she showed me an even MORE beautiful dress which I immediately fell even more in love with. Great experience from start to finish! From picking out my gown to my final pickup it was definitely a five star experience. The head of alterations was very impressive and was able to make quick changes during my fittings. My final fitting was about a month before my wedding. I tried on my wedding dress a few days before my wedding and realized it was too big. They were able to fit me in and have my dress altered the next day. Very grateful for these ladies and their expertise!

I had a great experience with Hayden Olivia. I thought I was going to be overwhelmed with the whole process of buying a wedding dress, but the minute I walked in I felt comfortable and relaxed. The selection is large enough (and good enough!) that you feel like you have a lot of choices, but small enough that its not cluttered and intimidating. Everyone is so friendly. Hunter helped me find my dress and she put me totally at ease and made it so enjoyable and easy. I loved working with Mai on the alterations. The gown fit flawlessly...she does absolutely beautiful work. I even brought the wrong pair of shoes to my final fitting and was in panic mode and together we figured out how high mine were and she pulled some options for me that were the same height so that I didnt have to come back another day. All-in-all, a great experience and I highly recommend!!

I had the best experience ordering my wedding dress from Hayden Olivia Bridal! Their selection and customer service surpassed the other two bridal stores I visited. They were welcoming, patient and helpful! Hunter was our consultant and she was very friendly & made the process seamless! Their in house seamstress did an amazing job as well. By the time my dress came in I had lost wait and had to have the beaded top taken in 7.5 inches and she did so quickly & perfectly!

I found my wedding dress at Hayden Olivia Bridal and recently received photos back from my wedding this past summer. I am SO happy with how the dress looked but more importantly, how it made me feel all night. I was so comfortable in it and it will truly be a detail from that day that I will remember forever.The bridal team at Hayden Olivia bent over backwards for me. They always welcomed myself and my family with open arms (even when I would call them and schedule an additional fitting just to make sure the dress still fit), they always understood.I went to bridal gown stores in my hometown of Louisville, KY initially and regret even spending the airfare to do so because I knew immediately when I walked into Hayden Olivia that I would find the right dress for me there. They have a vast inventory of dresses, and book longer appointments with you to truly accommodate you.Finding the right dress can be crazy amidst all of the other wedding planning you are doing, but if you want to make it easier on yourself I highly recommend shopping here.

Cannot recommend Hayden Olivia enough!!! Not only is the space beautiful but they have a great selection of any style you could want without it being too overwhelming. They were also respectful of budget and opinions.I had tried on a bunch of dresses and Hunter was able to pull a dress that combined all of my favorite components that I never would have picked out on my own and it was absolute perfection!!! I am indecisive and told her I still wanted to sleep on it and she was completely understanding and not pushy at all and even gave me her cell if I had any questions.I also got my alterations done there and Mai was able to get the dress to right where I wanted, it fit me like a glove.I went to a bunch of great local dress shops in Charlotte but nothing compared to Hayden Olivia!!

Hayden Olivia is wonderful. I went in, this was my first time shopping for a dress, just to look and bring my grandmother who was down for Thanksgiving. I was fully prepared to leave without a dress and without a clue what I wanted. I was so wrong. The ladies at Hayden Olivia are so welcoming. They say only bring a few close friends/family but they graciously accommodated 11 of my friends and family. (yikes) Hunter was a gem, she didnt mind I wanted to try on a million gowns. The atmosphere was so glam and made me so excited to be shopping for such an exciting day. Other bridal shops can be snooty or pushy, and the ladies at Hayden Olivia were none of that -- just reasonable, down to earth women doing all they can to put you in the perfect dress that works for you and your budget! That said, you wont find Davids Bridal price points, the dresses are high quality. They have a great selection of dresses to try on in a variety of modern and classic styles. They walk you through all the steps to getting your dress and what you need to bring to the fitting, and what you can expect at the fittings. They have a seamstress they work with regularly who does a great job. All in all, just an amazing, easy, and stress-free experience buying my dress from Hayden Olivia.

Y’all Hayden Olivia is the best place to find your dress hands down. I needed my dress that day and to have it fitted in basically a week and they killed it. Hunter was AMAZING and super helpful. They are the best bridal salon. The whole experience was very enjoyable!!

This place is AMAZING! I have never experience better customer service. Nor are the sales associates pushy. I could not have asked for a better dress buying experience. Elizabeth helped me through the entire process and truly made everything magical. The dresses are a little more pricey than other dress shops in Charlotte, but you get what you pay for. My initial experience with Hayden Olivia, specifically Hunter, was amazing. The choosing and sale of my dress went perfectly. After that, the ball was dropped massively by the bridal consultant. She never checked up during fittings done by a seamstress brought in by the company. I left my final fitting visibly upset after arguing with the seamstress and being told my body and the material were the reasons for my dress being virtually destroyed and she didnt bother to confront it, she just let me leave almost in tears. I spent the rest of the day crying and trying to figure out how to get a dress two weeks before my wedding. I ordered a new dress online and took my original dress to a new seamstress hoping one of the two options would work out. On sight, the new seamstress all but ewed the job done by the professional at Hayden Olivia. She basically reconstructed the entire dress in under a week and worked miracles on my beautiful gown. My suggestion to anyone using this bridal salon in the future is to research your seamstress and dont just take their word for someone. If you have someone you trust, go with them. And be more vocal during your visits and fittings since apparently I wasnt enough and I got dismissed and did not feel nearly as special as a bride should when she gets her gown. Very disappointed in what I had heard was the best bridal salon in Charlotte.

I’ve never actually visited the boutique because I never was given the chance to. I live in Virginia and I am planning a trip to Charlotte in three weeks and I was looking into bridal salons to visit while I was there and Hayden Olivia was one that I took interest in. I filled out the appointment application online and received a call the next day, but I am a full time college student and wasn’t able to return the call until a few hours later. Since then I have called three times and have left two messages and haven’t received a phone call back and it’s been a week. Very disappointing since I see their salon has great reviews, but obviously it wasn’t meant to be and I was meant to take my business and wedding dress experience elsewhere.

Could not have dreamed of a better way to start my wedding planning experience!
