When they have deals they are great! The quality is great for bugers and dogs...my family stocks up on them.

I caved for the overpriced convenience. I ordered two surf and turf meals for relatives this Christmas. The first arrived as expected. The filet thicknesses varied widely in the package, and the (7 oz.) lobster skewers are minuscule. Combined, they might make up one decent sized lobster tail. The second was delayed, first by one day (I was appropriately notified), but then didnt show up on the day they said itd be delivered. As my relative was leaving town on the expected day of delivery, theres no way for him to get the perishable package if/when its actually delivered. Omaha Steak refused a refund, instead suggesting that someone else pick it up. Sorry, not expecting someone else - during COVID - to pick up and properly store perishable food for two weeks.While it was quick and easy to order (and pay), Im afraid thats all you get - convenience on the front end. The food quality isnt commensurate with the price, delivery is suspect, and customer service was lacking. I wont fall for this again.

Waste of time. Come prepared with bar codes and package selections from online or you pay the store their individual rate. Will stick with online. Waste of a 30 mile drive. Not interested in store feedback!! Have package deals available. I don’t want to google search deals while someone breaths down my Throat. Its like a bar who has no beer menu and a waitress who doesn’t know what is on tap. Stupid.

I am disappointed in the customer service given by the older woman working today. Unfortunately did not get her name. No where on the website, google, or the store doors does it indicated that it is curbside only. She waited till I got to my car to say in a condescending tone, “we haven’t let people in this store for two months now ma’am.” Due to the novel covid 19 virus, I am well aware that stores have been closed and limiting customers in the store. I hate to say I will no longer do business with store again nor should you. Want better customer service, there’s a Harris Teeter across the street.

Omaha Steaks used to be great quality, great cuts and great prices but that no longer is the case. 2 steaks for $200 is absolutely ridiculous even if they are 20 oz. Sides are just okay but are priced like that of the best food youve ever eaten. Recommend you keep driving to The Butchers Market. More variety and better prices.

This was our first time in this store and it was so nice. Lisa was great! She was very helpful and explained all of the sales and promotions. We left with some really great deals.

I placed my first order due to local meat shortages. It arrived on time. However, I found the baked chicken breast (prepared per package label) to be rubbery and the seasoning was horrendous. I was suspicious when I saw the chicken breast is about 1/4 inch thick NOT as pictured online. I just hope the other items are better but I doubt it. The raw breasts are super thin and the filet mignon looks a little fatty. I will avoid Omaha Steaks in the future and suggest you do the same.

Just tried the Hungarian paprika chicken. Crock-Pot meal and it was delicious! Bought two more that I cant wait to try. They were on sale for $7.99 which is super amazing and wont see that deal again anytime soon. Also tried the bacon wrapped fillet mignon. So delicious! I have a bunch of other stuff I cant wait to throw on the grill. They may be pricey but tend to have good sells and everything taste fresh so far. Susan at this store is super friendly and helpful!

Whipped potatoes were horrible, sirloin steak chewy, fatty, tough and we threw it away. Pork chops and tenderloin were good. Apple tart was very good. How do I get compensated for horrible potatoes and sirloin steak?

Ive been to the store twice once cursive and once inside. Both times the service was excellent and the food taste great.

I like the concept and the steaks, but more organization and honesty will go a long way.

My husband is going to be away on Father’s Day and so the adult kids shipped Omaha steaks to be delivered today for a grill out tomorrow. When the package got here, two of the three most expensive items were left out of the packs with check marks near them indicating that they knew they were not in there prior to shipping. They were the 2 Prime ribs ( most expensive) and 4 burgers ( thirst most expensive item). The seasoning packets were also missing. All that was received were 2 Filets, 4 potatoes au gratin, and a German chocolate cake. When we called, we said just credit our daughter’s card for the full amount as they would not get them here until Thursday and we would be gone and we would now just have to go out to eat to celebrate Father’s Day as there was not enough food for all now. Ashley and The Supervisor, Krista, were extremely rude and unprofessional and said that they could only refund what was missing. We asked them to come get the rest and take it back and refund as we didn’t want the rest because we couldn’t have a complete meal. She said we could drive to the nearest Omaha steak and that it was a human error and that was all they would do. She further told me that she wouldn’t talk about it any longer and would not talk to us any further as we were not the buyer just the recipient. I will never do business with this company again. It seems like they have poor customer service skills and don’t take accountability for their mistakes nor do they try to fix what they did to satisfy the customer, I have never dealt with them before and would never going forward after this experience.

I ordered that crock meals and they were not good at all. For the price they should be better. Got a roast hope it better

Have ordered Omaha Steaks for several years, their packages make good Christmas gifts for older friends/relatives, and normally everything is good. Hotdogs are the best I have ever eaten, although everything even on sale is still expensive, but wanted post a warning. I just ordered the beef jerky and sausages for the first time. NOT GOOD. Dont waste your money. Beef jerky is like eating shoe leather without much flavor and the sausages werent much better.

My first purchase with Omaha Steaks was 10/27/18. The alleged steak burgers was bland/tasteless. The food and shipping cost is overrated. The shipping company they used, per the email, place my meats on the truck at 8:30 AM but the meats were not delivered to my home until after 4:30 PM. The shipping company and Omaha Steak customer services has no ideal when the package will be delivered. UPS just stated by end of day, whatever that means. Omaha Steaks are not worth the money. My first and last purchase for this company. I will stick with my local grocery store and meat markets.

I tried (For the first time) Chicken Fried Steak Fritters, I was disappointed as they were chewy and possessed allot of what seemed to be grizzle. I could not get it to the point of swallowing. I found it hard to believe it came from Omaha Steaks. Everything else I have received from Omaha has been GREAT. I will say it is my first disappointment in all the years ive been ordering from Omaha. I will continue to order from them and continue to recommend them.

All food is frozen and old. That’s why we get such a discount. No flavor, No taste, Go to your local meat counter and get what you want fresh. Not frozen!
