Very, very clean . Good selection had really good experience getting our flu shot which made me decide to order my food there. Pickup was fast . Only problem was bags packed to heavy for old ladies

Clean store. Good selection of regular dry foods and excellent selection of fruits/veggies. Good bakery. I got my sons bday cake from here because the online ordering process was so easy and simple...compared to other big grocery stores right across the street. Manager helped bag my groceries and even offered to walk them to my car for me down in the parking deck. Apparently this time of morning (0930-1030) is perfect cause this was the least crowded Ive ever seen it here.

Made an appointment for flu shots for my mother - law ( 98) and myself (73) and she was wonderful . I had not filled in the paperwork right. and she called me to correct . We had a 1 : 00 appointment and was at home by 1:20 . My only problem was not being able to stay and shop because the store is so clean and beautiful ❤️ but Jenny was 😩!!!

The Publix was super nice. The concept of a multi-story Publix is super unique, but not as cool for the workers... As a fellow Publix employee I could not imagine bringing loads of carts up and down the elevators all day.Otherwise the store was clean, the service was great and friendly as always, and the layout of the store as I said is very cool.

Im going to be honest here. I am an Aldi regular customer, but if need to go out of my way this is the place to go. For me the best customer service ever. I dont really know what its that make a huge difference between Publix and Harris Teeter. They are both on the higher side about prices, but if Im spending my money at your store I want to be treated the right way. At Harris Teeter apparently they train the staff to be nice with white only. Never a problem at Publix. I feel welcome and appreciated every time I go there!

My husband & I were staying locally in South Park & wanted to get some dessert to bring back to the hotel. This Publix had a parking garage & elevator to go up to the main Publix floor, it made us feel like we were in Switzerland again with the parking garages when you go shopping. Very clean & huge Publix, nice presentation.

I wanted to find some chicken Wingettes for dinner but was underwhelmed by the meat dept. There was such a small selection I just walked away. I was able to find exactly what I needed at Harris Teeter. Publix can you improve your poultry dept.

Complete selection of groceries and helpful, friendly staff. They make the best cakes in town. They provide helium for balloons.

Everything is super clean and organized. They have plenty of parking in the deck attached to the building. I wish they would improve the software on their self check out registers. Its constantly telling you that you didnt bag an item and not letting you scan the next item. Really slows down check out when youre in a rush.

Publix just keeps setting the bar higher! I am in love with the staff and the cleanilness of the store. I love this location the best, soon I will know everyone by name :D Location is great simply because this shopping center near by is filled with so much RETAIL AND FODO.I just wish the King, the homeless man out back, could be relocated, regardless of the matter. Its not a good look!

Prices are high but I have always enjoyed my shopping experience until a week ago. I wanted to play the lottery prior to shopping. The was a young man or boy at customer service who was too busy on what appeared to be a personal call to even acknowledge me let alone wait on me. After waiting over 5 minutes I finally gave up and left and went to Harris teeter.

Courtesy service and very clean store. Wish theyd get rid of the plastic bags and use paper like Earth Fare, Whole Foods Market, Harris Teeter and Fresh Market stores!Way too many plastic bags used and it destroying our planet!I bring my own BAGS!!!!

I have never seen a grocery store with an elevator and I was just blown away. This place is absolutely exquisite, nothing out of place everyone is extremely kind here.

My First visit.This review is entirely about the chicken tenders. Tried the chicken tenders at a different location and wanted more of the same.Chicken Tenders: over cooked, dry, breading falling off. Not suitable for reheating as already dry.Potato Wedges rung up as Sweet Potato Wedges, however these were slightly undercooked.Service? Excellent. Felt great about it while ordering due to the excellent customer service of the deli server. Got home and qas disappointed that I had bought extra to heat up for dinner later, knowing they will be dry.

Makes shopping for groceries a relaxing experience. Produce is the freshest here and they have odd items other supermarkets do not carry

This store is very very very clean, customer service are very helpful satff are amazing price I would say not the best there is, but the quality of products are really good . The aisles are very wide and everything is stacked in a very good way .

Pros: Great fresh bread, very nice seafood (except fresh shrimp is uncommon), excellent meat selections.Cons: Produce section is relatively limited compared to HT.

This place is amazing this was my first time but i and my grandson loved it they have an elevator inside and plenty of ridding carts for those who need help getting around and that is a plus

Today i met the most brightest personality in the Deli dept. Ms. Faye. She was great and helped me to her fullest. I have never had anyone go out of their way to assist me with something that was not shelved. It was her and the Manager Jeremy that helped make shopping at Publix an experience for me.

Publix is great but I struggle with the setup of the store. It is very difficult to find things - although the team there is super helpful! I usually just abandon what Im looking for and go somewhere else.Bakery is fabulous and again - people are wonderful.

Love this location and product but customers beware of (ema or eda) from deli department she is far from pleasant almost seems like she dislikes her job .She needs to be more professional and not emotional at work...I wish I can give the store 5 stars and the deli lady 1 but it doesnt allow you too..hope you guys can teach her some customer service and tell her to leave the rude comments at home.

They always look at me funny here. They also act like I never used self check out. Lucky their chicken is good.One lady kept telling me I can go to the lane with the cashier but there were self checkouts open. Since I got pushed into the register with an employee. I was sitting there waiting now. The lady that told me to go to the register with the employee then says pick what ever lane you want to use. So I stayed in the line with the employee and waited almost 10 minutes to prove a point about bothering people. Maybe they thought I didnt know how to use self checkout again, right? Or that I was going to steal.

Publix was very well laid out which made it easy to find everything.The deli has a wide selection to choose from and my husband loves the curry chicken.The bakery, wine and the dairy I love.The store was very clean as well as the restrooms.

The deli department at this particular location are incredibly slow, always 25-30 minutes behind time on expected pickup. Compared to the south blvd location there is absolutely no comparison. They never apologize for the very long wait and seem to have no consideration of time efficiency. They should really be re-trained or something. Something has to change. Mood killer for sure. BTW, not even on a busy day...

Its really nice to have a parking garage for rainy weather. The garage also has many ways in and out so I never have to wait.

They are selling day old food for the fresh and hot price. The fresh sushi is about as artificial as you can possibly make it. They sale the sushi at a premium and it really isnt worth it for the scant portions that it is. I can go to a real authentic sushi joint and get way better for less. The fresh seafood really looks gross and I wouldnt recommend buying it. Once again it.is not fresh and looks sick and they sale at a premium price. EVERYTHING is way over priced because of the affluent neighbor it is located in. I have seen fresher meat at a Mexican sidewalk market! If you are looking to pay a premium price then just drive the extra few miles to Whole Foods, a least you ll get organic and fresh. You wont find much of either at Publix.

Love Publics. This is a large store easy parking and shelves are well stocked. Publics is a little more pricey but worth it.

I love this Publix. First off the ladies restroom is immaculate. It looks clean and smells clean. The store is very well organized. I never have a problem finding any item. Every employee is very friendly and helpful. This Publix also has a few self check islands and always has someone on standby in case a customer is having any troubles with the checking out. I think this Publix sells really good quality items. I would rather pay just a little more for good quality & healthy foods. The deli sells this unbelievable Boars Head Londonbroiled roast beef(domestic) that is out of this world. I cant express how I appreciate the quality in the customer service that Publix employees give to their customers and THAT is the main reason why I shop here. They just have good old fashioned excellent customer service. They definitely ask you to wear a mask and they uphold All sanitary requirements of Covid 19 required by law. I give this Publix 5 star. Oh, Id feel bad if I forgot to mention that their seafood and meat depts. are 5 star in quality of the foods and the customer service skills, always friendly, polite and informative.

All of the employees were really Pleasant. they were dressed up in holiday cheer. They also were very knowledgeable about the layout of the store when I was asking for specific items. Picked up some Lamb chops and shanks for a lamb stew...

The store was very clean with LOTS of varieties unlike the average grocery store. Great parking. The only thing was that the prices were higher than any other grocery store ive been to. Im a discount shopper so Im not sure how often I would go back to Publix to shop. But if you can afford it then I would absolutely recommend this store.

They have pretty much everything you could want or need, but its also expensive. I do my main shopping at Compare Foods, which has a large selection of peppers and things you wont find at major grocery stores, plus its family-owned, or Food Lion, but I go to Publix for specialty items that the other stores probably dont carry.

Clean, in a great neighborhood, lots of parking, friendly and attentive staff. I purchased fresh fried chicken as I was dealing with repairs in a unit I am helping a friend settle into and am unable to cook at this time. The chicken was healthier and better than eating fast food, obviously. I like this Publix in Southpark. The selection of fine cheeses, wine, pastries and freshly made food is always a plus. It’s reasonably priced, and my go to grocery store for now in this neighborhood.

I love this Publix!! The store is incredibly clean - when you enter, there’s staff there to greet you with freshly cleaned baskets and authentic smiles, which is a nice warm touch. I’m always pleased with the quality and large selection of produce - it’s some of the best I’ve found in any store around town... Whole Foods and TJs included (though I still visit those for different selections!). If you’re looking for a low key store and love a parking deck for when there’s inclimate weather, then this is absolutely the place to go.

Beautiful, clean, well-lit, new store in Cotswold. The staff are very welcoming and friendly (maybe because its brand new with a lot of corporate folks in the store, but maybe not). The bakery, seafood, meats, produce, floral and other departments are similar to the Harris Teeter across the street. The drawback at this Publix is the parking garage and traffic getting in and out of the store.

Great experience with on-line grocery shopping at our local Publix. First of all, Publix has a great variety of stock from which to choose and an excellent bakery. Their website is very well done and user-navigation is easy and intuitive. Photo images are well presented so you know exactly what you are ordering. In the search box, my occasional slight misspelling of an item was noted with a correction prompt. If an item wasnt available or out of stock, (only one item of my choices) the image was faded and there was an out of stock notice. Review of my order and checkout was quite simple. Pickup time at the store was very convenient. In my case, less than 45 minutes after I placed my order, I received a text message advising my order was ready. Upon arrival at the store and parking in a reserved pickup space, I just clicked a link on my cellphone advising of my arrival and identified my vehicle so I could be easily identified. Wait time was negligible; within minutes, an associate arrived with my purchases and loaded them into my minivan. No person-to-person contact which is appropriate in this Covid-19 time. And, the associate refused my offer of a tip which I felt was well deserved. Recommend giving this a try. I certainly will shop this way again with Publix!

Charging $1.49 per pound for cutting a whole chicken but earlier it was free, almost 50% for cutting cost add up alone. Publix is famous for its chicken but they brought a terrible policy of charging which pushed me to another Charlotte’s best retailer next to this store where cut is free. Will never buy whole chicken from here. My morning shopping mood was completely spoiled.

Love this location the most out of the other Publixs in the area. The staff is friendly, the store is calm, the shelves are fully stocked, and the produce is fresh. I typically dread food shopping, but I shopping here makes it more enjoyable.

The store is very clean and well organized. Quality is great especially compared to Harris Teeter across the street. That store is filthy and their fresh produce and vegetables are nasty! Most items at Punlix are more expensive than competitors. I would like to see them work on that. We would prefer to shop here exclusively.

Best grocery store in town. This is the mercedes of grocery stores. Prices are a little steep but you get what you pay for.
