Could not be happier with how our cabinets turned out!! They look better than we ever could have envisioned when we signed on for this, it has completely transformed the look of our kitchen! 10/10 would absolutely do this again versus painting or full on rip and replace. They were able to build up our existing upper cabinets, along with adding a built in around the fridge! Great company all around.

This was an extremely smooth process. I had dark cabinets with dark granite and dark hardwood floors. We chose to have white refacing done, and it is breathtaking! My husband and I contacted three companies for quotes to have our kitchen cabinets refaced. We chose Carolina Cabinet Refacing based on our meetings with John Murino and comparison of the products and processes to be used by the other companies.Everything went according to John’s timelines - measurements by Dom, product delivery by factory, installation by Dom and Nadine. The entire process was seamless. John Marino was attentively responsive and efficient. The installer (Dom) & assistant arrived on time working hands-on with the installation process the entire eight hours of the (2) days. Their work area was privately set-up in a manner that did not interrupt the flexibility for us to move throughout the house. What a fantastic job!!! From start to finish. When I first met with John, he was incredibly knowledgeable about all the steps in refacing. He did such a good job in the design process of blending new refaced cabinets to all the existing counters, floors and wall colors etc. Next Dom came out and measured everything and told me the next steps. Eight weeks later (2 week earlier than he said) Dom and Nadine came out and began work. They hung plastic everywhere to contain the dust. Then they worked their magic and transformed my kitchen. These two are exceptional at what they do. Each night they cleaned up and when they were done, it looked like a professional cleaner was there. Thanks guys! John did an excellent job of explaining options and the process. Dom and his wife did an amazing job on my cabinets. They were very pleasant to work with, were in and out quickly and left the house pristine. Their time estimate was right on the mark which made it easy to plan around the construction. I had the kitchen and both bathrooms done. I mostly had facing done, but also had two drawers replaced, and the new drawers are incredible. The maple is beautiful. I am so glad I made this investment!

Carolina Cabinet Refacing just finished my new cabinets on 1/2/18, and they are beautiful. My bathroom cabinets were 20 years old and showing wear. Ripping out the old cabinets and installing new ones was not an option since I had added granite counter tops within the last couple of years. My refaced cabinets look like new, high-end cabinets, and I could not be more pleased. Amish craftsmanship, soft-close doors, and a beautiful finish--I could not have asked for more.

Update 9/2018: We have since done our secondary bath and they just finished our master bath with new cabinets here in 2018 since we first had them do our kitchen last year. We have now remodeled the entire house with Carolina Cabinet Refacing, and we are so happy that we chose them from the start. I was contemplating between cabinet replace vs reface for my existing kitchen that had all white cabinets. I liked the existing layout but was looking to have a different look (wooden cabinets instead of white). When researching for companies that specialize in cabinet reface, I came across the Carolina Cabinet refacing. I called them up and explained them what I was looking to get done.John Marino, the owner asked me to send pictures of existing cabinets. I emailed them and met him at their showroom in Charlotte where he explained to me and my spouse how the refacing process would work. We chose the wood that we wanted for our kitchen and he promptly provided me with an estimate, which I accepted. In a few days, Dominic from the cabinet company came home and took measurements for custom making the cabinets. He was quite confident in his work and presented us a couple of good options for cabinet pullouts that we were initially unaware of. The cabinets arrived a month after the measurements and Dominic installed it over a few days. I recently called for a quote for cabinet door replacement. When I first called, spoke with an individual who covered windows...he was decently friendly, but was not very knowledgeable about anything that didnt have to do with windows. Received a call back from John...who seemed to have even less customer service or professionalism. He kept cutting me off when I was speaking with him and was telling me what they did, rather than listening to me. When I simply asked if he could provide cabinet doors, he told me they would only sell doors with an install and hardware package. It soon became very clear that he was only after my money and that my needs were not important as a customer. FYI, I found better customer service at Cabinet Door World......As you can see from the owners response, he is a real gem to work with.

A+. We just completed a fairly substantial project with Carolina Cabinet Refacing -- about $38,000, and money well spent. Across the board first quality. Dom and Nadine are really outstanding, not only because they are excellent at workmanship, but also because they care and go the extra mile. It wasnt just refacing for us, and it extended into a butlers pantry and our family room. They changed a desk area into a set of cabinets. They reconfigured one row of cabinets to accommodate a double oven where there had been only a single oven. Dom figured out a way to install a microwave into a very difficult space. In key ways he corrected poor design made by the original cabinet company 20 years ago. He replaced entire large drawers where needed to make them operate more smoothly. If a floor has settled over the years as ours did, Nadine can beautifully line up the door and drawer fronts so that its no issue. The Amish-made doors and drawer fronts really look good, and when a couple didnt quite meet Doms standards, he had them replaced. John Marino, the owner, was very flexible in working with us -- for example, when we needed extra time to pick out our hardware. Overall, I know we saved some money over new cabinets, and just as importantly for us, the work was done quickly and efficiently, and we didnt have a dumptster and a job-johnny in our driveway. We also were pleased with Imported Stone that John mentioned to us for our counter tops, sink installation and back-splash. The companies worked together well.
