The worst experience I have ever had. I was told to proceed with cancelling an order because it did not arrive when I was told it would and that I would be refunded if I ordered directly from the supplier instead. 30 days later I noticed the charge was still on my account and kept calling everyday for a week straight only to be told I would receive a call back and instead kept being ignored. I finally got through to the manager Todd and was told never mind we cant do that because their vendor changed their mind. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. We are wrapping up a home renovation and have been asked by people where I would recommend, this will definitely be one I will warn friends to stay away from.

Quick and easy with great customer service. All of the choices a designer could need to do a 5 star design on any budget.

Im updating my review. There seems to have been an issue with one employee in particular, who soured my perception of this company. The regional manager reached out to me and we had a good discussion about how things were handled poorly on their end. I appreciate the communication and I will make sure to give more stars once I pick up my cabinets and all looks good. Thank you

AJ was not only professional but also personal.....he understood not only our needs but went the extra mile in getting the carpet that we ordered here quickly. Ordered 1/2 in thick flooring, got 3/8one.. even though they charged for more expensive one. Salesman promised that they will refund me the balance. Aftwr going back and forth for 5 months, they are refusing to do so...I will not do business with them again.

We had the pleasure to work with AJ at ProSource of Charlotte. We could not recommend him and ProSource enough. Not only were the prices good, the selection incredible, but I felt like AJ was an attentive, responsive, and invaluable resource during the whole process. Specifically his knowledge of their inventory and the way he could help us find what we wanted even with only the vaguest of instructions was a marvel to behold. We will be using them for future project and recommend you consider doing so as well.

I have to say that my service has gone down over the last month! My account manager is Aj and he is a Liar. I don’t think he can tell the truth. He doesn’t even order products that you ask him for. He is always running to Lowe’s or Home Depot to get moldings because he can’t manage anything. You can’t reach him. He even orders things before he has approval! Don’t work with AJ. And if you have to dont.

He is very knowledgeable and the best part is if he doesnt know the answer he doesnt just try to move you to something else,he actually takes the time and effort to find out the correct answer for your needs.

Excellent experience. Carpet was ready as promised and Customer Service very efficient.PS. carpet fitter was not happy as he had to wait for an hour at Pro Source when picking up carpet. I had been promised that the carpet would be ready.

Remodeling our kitchen and we sourced our “island cabinets” through ProSource. Excellent build quality of cabinet box (plywood construction and not partical board) and they have an extremely nice cabinet finish. Highly competitive against the “big box stores” too. Our flooring is beautiful. AJ recommended and provided excellent choices that met our need. The flooring has change our home into a comfortable clean luxurious place. The colors compliment our furnishings and decor. The flooring is durable and pet resident. The installation team from Timmy Gunt Contractors were professional and courteous. They arrived on time and completed the job sooner than expected. They were extremely helpful and respectful while moving our furnishings. My contractor sent us here for really good priced flooring but they have the worst staff. my wife and I waited around for a good 20 min before someone acknowledged us and there was a whole row of girls up front just chatting with each other the whole time. I asked one if we could go look in the showroom and she gave me an attitude and told me I should wait for my account guy and its not her job. what? dont you work here? lol crazy

We bought our home in 2015 and it was built in 1971. The kitchen floor needs to be replaced and we have looked and looked and havent found anything. Luckily we were told about ProSource, we received EXCELLENT help in finding the right flooring and finally were able to get it settled.

Long time customer but a recent experience has me pulling my companys business. Switched account managers too much and ended up with this lady Heather that had the nerve to call and literally scream at my employees over a miscommunication. Threw a temper tantrum. Never have I had to deal with such unprofessionalism. Called the manager to ask to get a new rep and he denied my request. Fine. Well Im pulling all my accounts. Good riddance Prosource.

I went to prosource on a referral from another renovation company we work with. product is good. didnt want to take this public but after IGNORED emails and calls to management multiple times, i have to. unfortunately i had a HORRIBLE experience with their salesperson. a woman in the front, heather i think her name is, basically offered to have drinks and dinner with me in order to get my business. as a married and christian man, which i had just made apparent to her, i thought this behavior was disgusting. even though great product and price, WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. what a joke.

New to the Charlotte NC area, I was seeking a business who could assist me in making major changes to the townhouse I recently purchased.Upon meeting Heather F. at Prosource, I knew I was at the business I was looking for.Heather listened to to my likes and dislikes, showed me numerous products, prior to my decision. She is professional, yet has the most personal personality. What a fine jewel she is. Prosource is extremely fortunate to have Heather as an employee.Prosource has the largest square footage, selling carpet, tile, etc., just to name a few.
