Ask for Tony Alfano @ foreign cars Charlotte ! Alfa Romeo Charlotte. He was fantastic! My wife got exactly what she wanted ! Beautiful vehicle see the photos! This sweeter and cheaper than her Overpriced BMW X3. Service was so much better ! No waiting no haggling!Great service you guys can set an example on how dealerships and other service industries should treat people !Tony explained the features and even did research on her previous car to highlight differences. I didn’t have to do any of that ! I’’m shocked we don’t see more of these out there. Tony please offer lessons about sales and customer service !!! You’re a champ !

What a disappointing dealership who lack customer service on all levels. Giving 3 stars because their cars hold all the personality.We came here several months ago to have the software on our 2017 Giulia updated. In doing so, they hit us with a handful of charges for this update and add-ons that they included on their own will. We didn’t question it since we trusted they’d treat customers with transparency and our car safety is key.We had a similar issue arise yesterday where our software was giving us warnings, we went to Eurofed who tried to resolve the issue but pointed us back to AR of Charlotte. We were left to sit in the waiting room for 40+mins (near a member of staff coughing and sneezing everywhere endlessly) and then we had to find the service admin for an update. They tried to hit us with $800+ of charges/work. We called our mechanic at Eurofed and asked if they’d could handle the work (they could), however AR of Charlotte refused to sell them the part.After telling the service admin that we will hold off for today as it was my birthday and we had plans that afternoon, he hit us with a $127 charge for running the diagnostics, which I questioned and he walked away from me. He later stated they’d refund it if we come back to handle the $800 of work. I don’t know if he thought I was a clueless woman but walking away from paying customers asking questions is not the answer. It’s not the price that’s the problem, it’s the lack of any customer service.It’s such a shame that they refused to sell our mechanic the parts that will keep us safe on the road. Our mechanic endlessly recommends AR of Charlotte to customers yet they aren’t respectful. AR of Charlotte clearly threw our safety out the window and made it all about them and their money. Why would anyone trust or want to back toThat is not all. I held off writing a review in Jan 2021 but since we are here I will share another poor experience at this dealership... we began looking at upgrading our Giulia to a quadrifoglio or a Stelvio quad.We arrived at the location (in our current giulia) and began looking at the quadrifoglio when we were greeted by a salesman who asked if we were ok, we stated we wanted to test drive the car and his response was “it’s the same as what you have but faster” which came across very rude and not very salesman like, it was clear he doubted us. We had to keeping saying that we would like to see and test drive the car as he didn’t move. After getting the keys and he unlocking the car he still kept telling us it’s “only faster.”Due to his lack of enthusiasm to show interest that we were potential buyers I had to inform him that we just test drove a stelvio quadrifoglio at another dealership (Stateline Maserati and Alfa Romeo) and now want to test drive this. He eventually proceeded, sat in the car and took us on a busy route with traffic.I have never come across a salesman that is so disinterested and doubtful towards potential buying customers, more so tells customers looking to upgrade that “it’s the same just faster.” Seems a sale was the last thing on his mind. Maybe he wanted to enjoy his Sunday, who knows.

Car buying can often be difficult or intimidating, but this dealership is proof that it doesnt have to be. I worked with Sal as my sales agent and he did a great job helping me figure out which car fit me best and was able to get me a great deal on a lease. His manner was calm, kind, and never pushy. Finally, someone I want to go back and deal with again, instead of someone Im glad to finished with.
