My husband bought his 2005 Bentley in because it needed to be serviced with urgency. It was not running well. He was nervous because his vehicle was never serviced to that capacity. Scott MacDonald made him comfortable from the start, and the level of knowledge he had was on point. Because my husband is incredibly particular about his vehicles, he only takes them to someone who is doesn’t treat him like a number. Scott took his time to evaluate the problem and offer the right solution after his extensive research.My husband expressed the impeccable service he received was worth reviewing. He NEVER posts reviews, but this one was undoubtedly worth expressing to others. Our vehicle runs new like we just bought it. We will take it back to Scott for any major and minor maintenance needs. I own an older Flying Spur, but I only get it serviced at the dealership. I will tell you, Scott McDonald is hands down the best service manager I have ever dealt with. He is knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Sure I could get my oil changed somewhere else, but I won’t. I absolutely recommend Bentley Motors of Charlotte.

I appreciate the support from everyone!Original: I held my peace on this contribution...I REALLY thought long and hard about writing this; hoping the right would be done. But I see that I have say what needs to be said and probably have to take legal action. First, I am a United States Marine Corps veteran and business owner in Charlotte. I grew up in foster care, was homeless for a time, made it through school against all odds and graduated inspite of my environment. I went to the military served in Iraq and fought for my country. Saw combat, came home, and decided to open a business. My wife and I saved and struggled for years saving...going without...to grow our business...investing in our dream. To provide jobs for our community and for veterans. God blessed us and everyone who knows me knows my dream car is and has always been a Bentley. I had been saving since I was 18 years old so that when my time came, my dream would be achieved. I even created my brand, Mr. Bentley, around my love of Bentleys. That has afforded me to be able to meet celebrities...many whom Ive referred to this Bentley dealership, only for them to treat me like some second class citizen. I recently took my Bentley GT Continental to get some work done due to a left strut going out. My car sat there for weeks because they were waiting on a tool to fix it. Okay cool. Soon, my car was there so long I had begun asking and at one begging for an update because my dad had a major stroke. I made this known to the Bentley staff and they told me that they would see what they could do about getting a car so I could visit my dad. But a wait until thursday became a wait till Monday week after week until I had had enough. So I go to pick up my car, and the $1000 problem I had paid for...not only was it not fixed, but there additional damage to my car. The lights in my dashboard were going crazy. This was and had NEVER had before I took my car to Bentley. I brought it back back to the staff (by the way my car hadnt even left the dealership) I was told it could be a battery problem. Okay cool. I bought a new battery and new struts and drove 8 hours straight to fix any possible codes concerning tje battery. Still no changes. But Bentley was gonna charge me another $600 for all that. No. You didnt fix the initial problem, damaged my car even more, and then tried to charge me more money for damage that occurred in your care? So I did what any reasonable person wouldve did and went to the dealership to discuss what the problem was. The GM did everything he could to avoid me so I ended up speaking with the service manager. So after a lengthy conversation where I voiced concerns as a Bentley customer, he tells me that since I didnt buy my Bentley from them that I wasnt a priority customer...wow...and that my car was just pretty much out of their hands unless I pay them more money. Who says that to a customer? Another thing I pointed out was how some of the staff treated myself and my dad like we had a deadly diease or didnt belong there. I told them I wasnt going to play the race card but the way I saw other customers treated compared the way my dad and I were was very noticeable to other customers who came up to me and asked me questions concerning Bentley. The crazy thing is I STILL gave them a postive review even after what they did to me but no more. This dealership has hurt my trust and loyalty to the Bentley brand. So I will no longer be referring ANYONE to this location and if I give zero stars I would. But this is far from over

I am actually disappointed in the quality of my Bentley Continental. I have 3,000 miles on it and have already had two major repairs on it. This is my weekend car and never expected to be out of pocket for repairs with so few miles. I am no longer convinced Bentley is a quality product.
We bought our Bentley Truck there in June of 2020 and had the best customer experience. Hakeem was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We have had a few maintenance issues with the tires due to us having it wrapped and and have been back and forth since then but they have always gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They just replaced 2 tires for us for free which they didnt have too at all. We will shop with them again for sure.

After completion, his team then furnished an excellent wax and interior cleaning. I purchased my Bentley GT a few years ago, shortly after relocating to CLT for work. Finding a local mechanic is no easy task, after meeting with Scott the Bentley Service Mgr., my search was over! I haven’t met anyone more knowledgeable about these cars or more passionate to assist. After three years no one has ever touched my car except for Scott and his staff. Scott’s not the manipulative cash-grab type, he recognizes if your car hasn’t been driven much between services and will not put you through an expensive unnecessary overhaul. He provides an honest diagnoses, as if it was his own car,suggesting only the required updates. Im happy to say that my car preforms just like that day I bought it!

I am not one that usually writes reviews, but I had to share what a fantastic experience I’ve had with the service department at Bentley Motors Charlotte. Scott McDonald and his crew do an unbelievable job of maintaining my Bentley GTC convertible and my Maserati Lavante GTS. I wouldn’t trust my most prized vehicles with anyone else but Scott and his crew. Scott makes it so easy and painless to get whatever you need done to your car accomplished. While Im not in the market for a new Bentley I have been looking at used ones, and on a recent trip to Charlotte I decided to swing by Bentley of Charlotte to see what they had in stock.I was met by Tony Alfano who was extremely pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. Zero high pressure sales tactics and he answered all my questions and gave me a test drive. Would recommend.

We were in the process of asking Dakota to introduce us to the GM so that we could establish a partnership wjth Bentley. Spotted a fantastic Maserati online late Thursday night. Was able to verify availability via online chat that night. Had email from General Manager at 7:31am Friday morning and a call from a salesman shortly after. In and out of the dealership with my new car in two and a half hours including test drive, two walk throughs, and a trade in. The car was pretty clean when I arrived, but they washed it again before I headed out with it. I love this car, and I loved my experience! Chris Blount was my salesman, and he is kind, personable, knowledgeable, and responsive... kind of like an old friend. 😃 You can tell he is committed and loves what he does. Everyone was great! Couldn’t recommend them more.

Very disappointed with this dealership. Went to purchase a vehicle today walked around the lot for 20minutes without anyone coming out to greet me. I was the only person walking the lot. I watched numerous people look out the window and said nothing. When I seen there wasnt anyone interested in assisting me I left. Maybe they thought my money wasnt good enough or it could of been something else. I will drive to another state and purchase my car before I would come back to Bentley of Charlotte.
We had a very solid experience here - the right car, legitimate negotiation, and professional consideration. Sadly, these qualities are rare these days.

Extremely Disappointed, I cannot believe this place is an actual Bentley dealer. I purchased a CPO Bentley GTC only to find out the warranty was never put in place properly so now I cannot have any warranty claims on my CPO vehicle because they entered incorrectly in the Bentley system. My whole Out of State purchase was a complete mess and disaster from the begging, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
