The problem in have with everyone of your stores Is the fact none of you can open at the indicated time of 9:00 am. Im sitting at this location as I type this and its 9:01. Guess what? Still closed. One is day it was 9:45am No one in site and store still closed. Between my wife and I we spend at least $100 a week. I have no problem with taking my money somewhere else if this doesnt change. Everything else has been ok. Good service, good products. But now its 9:05 and Im done with your stores. If youre not going to open at 9:00 like you advertise then you need to change your times. As Ive sit here waiting Ive watched six people walk to the door and then walk away . Just throwing away business Its not a good look. Edit: 9:15. Still closed

Twice right after shopping here there has been fraudulent activity on my credit card usually at gyms in California. Im wondering if this tobacco shop sells card numbers. Becareful using cards with them.

Lack of customer service. There’s usually one guy who has good customer service. The others ignore you completely until you interrupt their phone conversation to buy something. I went yesterday and had to deal with some guy who would rather be condescending towards me than actually help me. Most of the time they are maskless and that’s annoying af. Like we are in the midst of a pandemic, please wear a mask. I used to go here and just ignore the lack of customer care but after my last experience I’ll just go to High Life. There prices are more expensive but I’ll pay a little more to get better customer service.

The service here is wonderful

When you purchase what you think is 120ml for 16.00 and open the box there is only 1 60ml bottle. I called and they said that’s the way they sell it.

Really cool guy, Faris helped me out and gave me some pretty good recommendations on some juices that were well worth the buy. Knows what he’s talking about and is pretty honest about what’s good and what isn’t, especially at a good price. This is the only place I go to now for anything I need. They deserve the business rather than some rip off franchise !

This store has everything you need! Once you walk in the man knows how to find what you are looking for and takes great care of you. My husband goes in all the time for Cigs and has switched completely from our previous location. Great Prices, Great Service and great vibes!

My son and I walked into this store when it first opened. I bought a cigarette case for an amazing price. It has the bling I always look for and was just me. My choice of cigarette brand is not easy to find, to my surprise they carried them. So I walked out of there with a cigarette case and a VERY reasonable price on a carton of cigarette brand that is hard to find. I went back the next week bought ANOTHER cigarette case for my spouse and TWO carton of cigarettes. If you are looking for a place to find items that are hard to find or just regular items. Give them a try. You wont be disappointed. You can trust and believe that!
