Super nice customer service! Showroom had samples of Quartz and slabs of natural stone. They also shared with us other suppliers showrooms where we could browse granite and marbles.

Not only does MSI have a fantastic selection but the people who work there are super helpful and friendly. My builder sent me down to choose my specific slab for my kitchen countertops. The slab they had pulled didn’t look like the sample I had chosen. They offered to pull another slab to see if it was more what I wanted. The 2nd one was just what I hoped for. Had they not offered to pull another one for me to see I would’ve ended up with one I wasn’t completely happy with. Thank you MSI for helping make my dream home perfect.

Absolutely great customer service just left with my mom who is renovating a home she purchased and the young lady up front was amazing she called stonework and got the measurements they forgot to send over and help my mom get situated with everything. The SHOWROOM IS stunning and very easily accessible thanks for helping my mom you guys are awesome.

Maria and Chris were super knowledgeable and helpful. Watching Chris move huge slabs of marble with their new overhead crane was fun and allowed us to pick our perfect countertop.

The staff are so helpful and organized. There is a very good selection of granite and they have large samples of quartz, which makes it easier to visualize. The website is fantastic too.

We had a great experience choosing slabs at MSI yesterday! Carrie was great to work with, and the process was super easy and quick. We were so impressed by the professionalism and organization of the staff here.

Lots to choose from and we found some we liked. Problem is they wont tell you the price. Your contractor needs to contact them and they will get the price and can relay to you. Told her we were the contractor and her response you have a saw?. I said yes we do. She again pointed at the paper and said call and update us with your contractor information. Would not recommend if I cannot know how much the slab is per square foot. We are paying for this, not the contractor, except in this instance we were both and still did not get a price.

Fabulous service and experience working with MSI! We had to do two tours of the warehouse to finalize our slabs (and likely will go back once more with paint and backsplash samples!) and they have been nothing but amazing. They were happy to accommodate any request and were tremendously knowledgeable, no matter who we dealt with. They are also taking Covid seriously but have things simple and easy, which is appreciated.

MSI is the best place for quartz and tile!!! I went there after having gone to several other places and being disappointed, so I wasnt expecting much. I walked in, and was amazed. Their showroom is fabulous, and within 15 minutes I was finished picking the quartz and tiles I wanted...which I love and cant wait to have installed!!

Carrie was the absolute best! I have a terrible time making decisions. Carrie went out of her way to make sure we were able to see full slabs so we could see all of the details. She was eager to lend a hand when asked even though we were there a really long time. She even made suggestions on back splash tiles for the slabs we selected.The showroom is beautiful with options for anything and anyone.

We had been given several options for retailers for our marble and granite selections for our new home- but our experience at MSI was so awesome I would never consider anywhere else in the future! ! We were immediately (and warmly) greeted and taken back to their GIANT warehouse. Awesome selection and we were able to find and choose unique and beautiful stones for our home!!

I had a pleasant experience at the showroom with one of the managers whom name I cant remember. We reserved 3 slabs of a very active and intricate quartz. Fantasy Macaubas. fast forward 2 months, its time for my fabricator to place the order and apparently they sold off 2 of my 3 reserved slabs, and the one they retained and had marked for my island, isnt even the one we marked for my island. Stay away from this place if you actually want your home to be completed on schedule and to your specifications.Dumbfounded by this experience and the fact that they did not reach out to me at all in regards to this situation.After locating my hold documents I found the fine print where this is actually on my fabricator for not securing a deposit but the fact MSI did not reach out to be about my order before selling is appalling

We had so much fun touring the plant, wearing the hard hat was a bonus! We are so excited to see how our center island turns out. I love the black matrix in this gorgeous stone. The 2 hour drive was well worth my dream kitchen.

I was very impressed with MS International. When we arrived we were met and greeted as soon as we walked into the room. We were then asked to register on a computer and that someone would get with us, within a couple of minutes a very nice your lady got with us and showed us the slab that we were wanting to see. It was a very pleasant and rewarding experience.

Very Poor Customer Service, I couldnt give just 1 star because the showroom is beautiful and they were very helpful, but once we placed our order for Quartz, the ball was dropped, not once but 3 times. I waited for delivery on Friday only to find out that it didnt make it on the truck so they said Monday delivery and at the end of the day with a no show they said Tuesday morning by 8am and when I asked what happened to Monday all they said was Im sorry, I cant go back to Monday, it will be there Tuesday by Noon, so at 12:45 it finally showed up to the fabricator. Now our job is put off nearly a week. I had to call to ask for the Branch Manager and all he offered was an apology, which after hours of time and money being wasted, wasnt sufficient.

They seem to have tightened up there game. I just went in there for the first time in almost a year, and I was greeted right of the bat. Theres a few new faces working there now and both of the people I talked to were very experienced on the questions I asked.

MS International is very friendly and a fun environment to be in. I am currently working on a fireplace project and was in need some stones for the new design. I was recommended MSI and decided to pay them a visit. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and they were very professional in explaining all the options that I had. Their customer service and care is top notch. I recommend visiting them if you are currently looking for home improvement projects.

I went there today looking for blue pearl granite and Mckenzie helped me in the selection process. In addition to being very knowledgeable about granite she also is extremely good in picking out slight variances in colors . In my line of work which is the automotive collision and customizing industry, its very important to be able to see and understand those color variances it was very important to me that I got the right shade in this granite to match our appliances and paint. So its very important for me to have someone like Mackenzie help me in picking out the right piece of granite. For any of my Future Granite or hard surface materials I will surely come back to see her to help me.

Working with Crystal was an absolute dream! She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a solution when we ran into a bit of a dilemma. If you are considering a tile, quartz or other stone install, you need to make a trip to visit MS International in southwest Charlotte near Carowinds. This wonderful distribution center has an extensive inventory of full slabs and a showroom to provide ideas and a fuller understanding of what a product will look like in your home.or commercial space. We spent about an hour there on a guided tour with Reed, a very knowledgeable gentleman who was accommodating and answered our multitude of questions. Our time there was very well spent.

Warehouse in Edison deserves 4 stars, Warehouse in Charlotte 2 stars, dont bother since there are at least 6 other larger and more organized warehouses in the Charlotte area. However if you are in NY/NJ - the Edison warehouse is worth taking a look!

I didn’t have a scheduled appointment but Camille was very kind & accommodating by providing a guided tour of the inventory.

We loved working with Carrie. Unlike so many other places, our opinions mattered, our questions were answered, we werent talked down to, and the experience was fun. This is a process, dealing with employees that are knowledgeable and friendly goes a long way. MSI means very little to people not in the industry. The experience stopping by counts a lot. We really had a good time and Carrie deserves much of that credit (the large selection was good too... having a guide for all the options made life a lot easier).

Customer Service at MSI is the worst. No one knows anything. I have a sales rep that I havent met in over a year. They make mistakes and do not try their best to correct those mistakes. There are a lot better options with a lot better service available. If I could keep my customers from going to MSI I would!

Very nice stone but take it when you buy it as they say they will hold it until your house is ready but then when you go to get it you find it gone. They did this to us another family building a house that we know. They say they are sorry but you are the one with a problem.

Not once but twice MSI sold the granite I picked out to someone else. The second time the rep Mackenzie T. promised to insure my 3 slabs would not be sold. She promised to tag them. I had paid home Depot and lucky for me I took photos of the slabs with Mackenzie. When the fabricator called to say they had the slabs I went to see it before it was cut. Msi sent three totally different pieces of granite and lied about it. I called mackenMac who was very rude and I spoke to her manager who was even ruder. They didnt care they sold my slabs to someone else. Their attitude was appalling. I will never use them again. And I recommend them to no one.

Picked out a slab in Charlotte to be shipped to South Star Granite in Myrtle Beach for a beach renovation. Charlotte MSI warehouse sent the wrong slab (through their warehouse in Georgia) and did not notify me of the change or ask for approval. Whether it was intentional or by mistake, I wasnt notified but it was however documented on the shipping slip as a different slab and size than what I paid for. MSI head quarters manager Ed said it wasnt his problem and that it is mine to take up with South Star and then he hung up on me! Very rude and not willing to take responsibility for sending the wrong slab. Nor did they take any responsibility for not notifying me of the change or for not checking and catching the wrong slab number when they recd it in their Georgia warehouse. After talking to 3 supervisors and numerous receptionist (who displayed better customer service than their supervisors!) I will never go back to MSI nor will I ever pass on any referrals to this incompetent and irresponsible company!

My husband and I are finally putting some much needed love into our 25 year old home. MSI is the distributor for two of three contractors we were quoted by. That alone should be a sign theyre good. Carrie Donohoe was amazing! Not only was she completely charming, she was knowledgeable, courteous and so much fun! A large and often unnerving purchase like stone for your home can be stressful. She helped eleviate any stress or second guessing we were having. We cannot wait for our new countertops, and are proud to be working with MSI to make this happen!
