Also I have find a contractor to finish this job. Im still not sure why my granite is not touching the counter and why support brackets were not put down. I watched a video of granite being installed and the support beams should be here for safety reasons and the responsibility of the customer. A Contractor informed me that this was not done correctly!

Great company to work with for a kitchen remodel. Super helpful, great quality cabinets and quartz along with a positive attitude. I am so thankful for their quick delivery of the products which helped to make my remodel complete. GranCreations will always be my go to for any work I have done in the future. Their products are such good quality compared to some I’ve seen in the big box stores. Very impressive to say the least! Make sure you get them on your list for future remodeling. Their options are very rewarding as well.

My granite counter tops i give 5 stars. The 3 stars are for the backsplash installation. It was not professionally done. They did come back to correct some of the work as best they could but it was not done well. I went to my friends homes to compare their backsplash (done by another contractor) to mine and I could truly see the difference in the work done. I was charged $1200 for installation that was definitely over priced for what I got. I only recommend to use them for granite only. They say you get what you pay for....well i didnt get it.. I did wait until the next day to complain not sure why but i think i was just in shock that a company would leave your home saying they were done. I was just in shock. I should have went with another contractor for the backsplash. I took a gamble and lost.. they did fix it up to where i could live with it. I will definitely have it redone in a few years.. Overall real nice family.

Very detailed and professional down to the penny. Awesome workmanship. No rushing, took their time and explained rationale regarding changes or specific implications. My cabinets are gorgeous. The granite countertops and backsplash is awesome. I highly recommend only serious customers. These folks are professional and stand behind their work.

GranCreations did an Awesome Job! We went to see them about getting Granite, and Cristina had her Contractor Augusto out the very next day to get our measurements. We had our Granite installed less than a week. The Installer Alex and his partner were very Nice and Respectable. They did a really Great Job with the install. They knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up after they completed the job. They wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with the work, and we were. Our Kitchen looks Amazing and its all thanks to GranCreations! You Guys really out done yourselves. I will recommend this Company to anyone. We would definitely do more Business with them. I had a great experience using Gran Creations. Agusto was with us every step of the way to explain what they were doing and made sure we had all questions answered. They were able to install when we were not home and they did a great job at cleaning up and not damadging anything. The price for the quartz was a little high but they helped me to find a remnant piece for the bathroom to keep cost down as much as possible. I would reccomend them.

These nice men visited our home in the middle of the pandemic and upon entering told us that they can not work in masks. Living with a high-risk elderly individual it would have been nice to have some sort of compromise. Will definitely choose another company next time.

Stay far, far away from these crooks. We ordered 5 vanities based on a floor model in their showroom. The shipment was completely different than what we ordered. The order was prepaid...now they refuse to refund our payment for what is an obvious mistake on their end. Looks like we have to spend time and money suing these crooks to get our money back.

Terrible Experience with Customer Care and Product QualityI had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. The product I received did NOT meet my expectations and the customer service was even worse. I will NOT do business with this company again. I still have outstanding damage from when they moved my appliances and scratched my flooring. I suggest you do your research, THOROUGHLY. They showed me the granite I made a selection and once I did the office staff handled the work order and they visited me in my home to measure. Installation was very efficient and in a timely manner. This is my second time purchasing from GranCreations. They provided the Granite Counter tops in my kitchen back in 2010 and now they are doing the vanity tops in my master bathroom. Both times, they provided high quality granite and the professionalism from the admistrative staff and workmanship from the installers was outstanding. Worst customer service, rude and demanding. They will only pretend to be nice until you sign up for installation but later will deliver crappy service meaning expect damaged and chipped granite counter tops and they will lie to get away with the mistakes or wrong doing, do not do business with this company.

Nothing but a hassle to deal with these people. They are more than willing to come out to your home at any hour to sell you countertops, but when something goes wrong they are more interested in trying to quote their contract than actually coming out to fix their screw up. We had countertops installed and they were measured incorrectly. We should have known when the owner showed up with a tape measure and eyeballed everything. We had a wall that was not square and pointed it out while he was measuring because he didnt seem to notice. He assured us it was no problem. After install they told us not to move anything back so we wouldnt bump the countertop before the adhesive settled. The next day we noticed our stove didnt fit. We called and got the run around that they could only come during certain hours for problems and those are different hours than for sales or installs and arent posted on their website (the sales guy/installer/repairman is the owner). They also stated it would take at least 2 different appointments before anything could be done. When we felt like we were getting nowhere, on the phone since all they wanted to do was argue that it was not their fault and that they had completed their contract we stopped payment on the check until the job was corrected/completed. We also opened a Better Business Bureau case to attempt resolution. However, this company took the liberty of using a debit card number from a previous transaction to re-charge us without getting authorization. We are currently in the fraudulent claims process with the bank to recoup the extra fees they tacked onto the unauthorized debit transaction. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

My husband and I recently had our kitchen countertops changed to granite. It was a very difficult task attempting to located a company with a great price but yet a great product. We visited Augustos company, Grancreations and I was very impressed with his detailed presentation and description of the different granite choices. They had the kitchen completed in one day and it looks wonderful! Thanks Augusto, you and your employee were so professional and friendly. We love it!

GranCreations installed our counter tops and we are well pleased with the timeliness, workmanship and customer service. We did however experience some damage to our kitchen floor and Augusto assured me that it would be taken care of. Although the repair process took longer than expected, our wood floor repair is satisfactory. The staff at GranCreations provided exceptional, courteous and professional service and I would recommend this company to others.

Grancreations installed granite counter tops for us in December which was a very busy month for them, but they still got us in for measurements and the installation so quickly we were surprised. The information they gave us on not only the granite but the backsplash were really appreciated. They were great from the office staff to the installers, all at the best price.

My experience with GranCreations was wonderful. We picked out our granite on Saturday and by Thursday it was installed and the backsplash was installed. Augusto was very professional and not pushy at all. He explained everything to us, showed us pictures of work that he has done, and answered all of our questions.
