Brookstone charges $20.00 to ship a duffle bag when you purchase it but it costs over $150.00 to return via the least expensive carrier. Called customer service and the representative could have cared less. They are completely unwilling to share their shipping discount with their customers. I will never buy anything again from them or with their name on it.

The Manager Vanessa provided me with top notch customer service. Something thats unheard of now a day. If your flying stop by the Kiosk and talk to her......shell leave a huge impact. Thanks for the experience Vanessa.

Sweet lady at the register was so much fun to talk to. I like the range of travel gadgets from here. Not too overpriced, especially for an airport.

Does it matter since they are closing? Once the best place to see new tech but that was before the internet. Now a fine place to physically interact with something but not able to compete with online retailers in options based on square footage limitations.

Good travel gadgets but on the pricey side. If you forgot something you desperately need this store may have you covered but try and plan ahead next time.

While flying through the airport I had a luggage malfunction and Brookstone had exactly what I needed as a traveler, a fancy piece of carry-one with all the whistles and bells.

I didnt buy anything because the prices were crazy high but they did have some beautiful things
