The staff is always so friendly, especially Ms. Pat. They remember you and make a big chain store feel like a small town store. The pharmacy and pharmacy staff are so helpful and always take the time to answer any questions I may have. The Walgreens app is great and their prices are also.
They carry the small Blue Bell Banana Pudding ice cream I like thats hard to find in other stores.
In line to check in for 2nd dose of COVID SHOT I was waiting 45 minutes which I was okay with but the lack of hand sanitizer and wipes to clean chairs after patients left is not good. When asked to refill I was told they were out of refills. They had it on the shelf to sell but I guess they could not use.
Worst experience ever, I went to pick up my photo orders, cashier was super rude. There was no customer on the line I told her I came to pick up my photo order she said that I have to talk to the register, I was just 3 steps away from register she wanted me go to the register and ask her to help, there was no customers it was just her and me, I was just 3 steps away from her and she wanted me go close to her, she had a face and super rude. I picked my photos then she checked my orders and she asked me how come I used promo codes are you serious? its an online order and I have coupons, she checked the name of orders one of mine account the other one was my wife account, I asked her if one household member can obtain just only one account? She couldnt answer me. I ordered online so theres no reason to question how I got my pick up for free if this wasnt possible I wouldnt be able to make my online orders. ( cashier name is yannis)
This walgreens is horrible the staff members are even worse they did nothing to help me they completely messed my Picture orderI am very upset I will never ever use this wall greens ever again

(Ive submitted a request)The store is open Monday - Sunday 7 a.m. until 12 a.m.The pharmacy is open Monday - Friday 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.; Sunday 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.Hopefully this will save our awesome customers some time!

Went to develop pics frm my phone and pick up a western union transaction several of my pics of my grandchildren were cut off at the top of their heads no text or call that my pics were ready now on to the Western union part tell me how is an id issued by the DMV and is used all over Charlotte conducting business with government officials and used to identify myself to supermarkets and pharmacy not good enough to be used for identification? And only by them at the Cotswold location
Better off being Rite Aid! It was completely dead & few customers came to shop. The store looks nice & kept the aisles the same but did made few changes. The employee care less about the transition although she seem new, a few old faces from rite aid with wg uniform
Had a great experience tonight. The staff was great and was very knowledgeable of all the products. Ms. Tishara was very professional and made everything easy during my visit. Thank you and will recommend more people to this location.
This used to be a fairly decent looking Rite-Aid but is now a dreary and dreadfully upfitted Walgreens Pharmacy. The few windows have been plastered over with banners, the shelving is 3rd world, and the floors are plain and stark. It’s a shame what Walgreens has done with this space.
This is my favorite pharmacy! Several years ago I lived in the Cotswold area, I moved to Myers park and there is another Walgreens .3 miles fm me and they are great but this one feels like old friends. They go that extra mile, even if I’m traveling and call fmanother city. They are always pleasant and calm even when very very busy! I think they’re awesome .👍
Started chemo today. My Walgreens didnt have my nausea and vomiting meds, so I started calling around. Sat on hold 28 min 51 sec with Tryon (McCullough), they picked up, and then hung up. Called Cotswold at 9:48p. Answered on first ring, got it together, and were standing at the front door when my husband pulled up to the door at 10:00p sharp! This very sick woman says THANK YOU!!!

Staff at this location are helpful most of the time. On 12-13-18 this location was Change to a Walgreens store. This is sad since I’m a gold member with rite aid and I get 20 percent off everything in the store since I spend a lot in the pharmacy.
WORST pharmacy transition EVER! I went to fill my script the day it ran out when I was informed that all previous electronic prescriptions that were sent over were now all invalid. So I had to get it reapproved and sent back over. It took 8 days calling back and forth to the pharmacy and doctor. 8 DAYs to get a script that had already been sent over in the first place from my doctor!!!! Thank god it wasn’t something like heart medication. Talked to so many unhappy customers in the line so this will probably be one of many bad reviews to come!
Beware!! I spent over 87 dollars in walgreens and redeemed TWO dollars in rewards money. Seemed logical... i ended up TRYING to return an item that was 24 dollars and they refused to refund my credit card BECAUSE i used 2 dollars in rewards. The Manager said they could ONLY give a store credit for ANY item on the 87.00 receipt i had because of the TWO dollar reward and she had no desire to try to help in any way. The walgreens 800 number customer service has been of ZERO help except to try to placate me with ‘gosh - so sorry’. Bottom line - the program is a scam and the customer service is TERRIBLE! I won’t be visiting walgreens again. Thank goodness I have options near me.
The manager, African-American female, here is extremely rude and unpleasant on several occasions. On one occurrence the cashier had went to help a customer find a product leaving no one to check out customers standing in line, about three customers. This particular manager, whom I didnt know was a manager during the time of this occurrence, stood near the checkout area continuing her tasks purposefully looking away from the line and ignoring the fact we were waiting to be checked out until we asked her too. Upon asking her she responded with a rude look and a quick one second remark, which was followed by her walking so slowly to the register. So slow that the employee helping a customer find something was able to come back and begin checking us out before she ever made it over. The second time, I entered the store around 11pm and was immediately greeted by this particular employee with not words but instead an unpleasant facial expression that I could tell meant my goodness another customer. After her saying nothing to me, yet seeming friendly to her coworkers. I continued outside at which point I discovered one of my purchases was missing a component. Of course I go back in asking to exchange it very calmly understand that it wasnt her fault and mistakes happen. Upon asking to exchange this product she immediately said no at which point I was dismayed and honestly offended at her response. I had had a similar situation occur before with a different employee at this exact store in which they reponsed to the same exact request by exchanging the product for me without any hesitation. I explained the past occurrence to this employee and she still said no and followed by saying she was manager and that was policy. Unsatisfied I continued to ask for my simple request of the exchanging of an unopened damaged product. At which point a cacausian female coworker of hers came up and told me to quit being rude even though I was being far from that. After being attacked by these two employees they finally responded to my request and exchanged the unopened product. I love rite aid and everything they stay for but allowing employees who attack customers and refuse exchanges to run their store is something I would highly advise against.

Very good customer service just one gripe their system wont give you a price over the phone which can be a huge problem if you pay out of pocket and need to compare price shop.
Dont like the new change. The pharmacy wait line is unacceptable. They have several people working but are extremely slow.
Too busy or too understaffed or maybe just apathetic.. you CANNOT get a person to SPEAK WITH!!
