So IMPRESSED with this company!! I ordered a gift basket for my husband yesterday and he LOVED it. The manager and owner went out of their way to help me with specifics request for his basket. They went out an purchased some of the odd food items I desired to have included in my basket. Most of the places I called just told me they did not do that sort of thing and I could only choose from what they had to offer. I am thrilled with the customer service, friendly staff and all the products I received in his basket. I could not be happier and will use them in the future for all my personal and business gourmet basket needs.

We ordered a sympathy basket from Gift Basket Collections that was just perfect. We wanted something more substantial than what was offered on the website and so we called. They were able to customize a basket that perfectly suited our needs.

DO NOT use this company. They advertise they will deliver same day within Charlotte, however there are only certain zip codes in which they will deliver. It is very deceptive to state will deliver to ALL Charlotte then have a small link that references the specific zip codes that are actually included in the delivery area. ALL means ALL, not specific zips. The delivery location requested is 12 miles from the office address shown on the website...really disappointing!If a refund is requested their policy is to send a check as they use a third party to process credit card payment and will not issue a credit card refund. It is 2015 what company does not issue a credit card refund. Buyers BEWARE!!!
