I recently ordered a floral arrangement, but it was nothing like it was pictured on the website. I called the store to discuss the situation & provided pics to clearly show the difference, but the lady said she has 25 years of experience & there wasn’t a difference. They charged me $92.00 for some weeds & roses. As you can clearly see the two pics on the right look nothing like the pic on the left. Since, Im all the way in Washington DC, I cant catch a plane to Charlotte and go into the store to handle the situation like I would like. Save your money & just order from 1800 FLOWERS.

On two separate occasions a friend sent me flowers from them and they were honestly the best quality bouquets I ever received. In this latest bouquet of orange lilies and dark orange roses, every single lily opened (there had to have been 20, it was an explosion of color) and each rose was in perfect condition and opened perfectly too. I had received the flowers because of a sad occasion and they brightened my day for two weeks. I don’t know what they spent, but the quality was unparalleled. I will now use them for all my local floral needs.

Been a little shy of a week since I looked up this place and I was super pleased with the experience when I went to get flowers there for my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. The flowers were amazing and vibrant and the little stuffed pig that they sold me as well and tied to the vase made it that much better. My girlfriend was super happy and loved them so much. She has them on the top of her bookshelf in her room where she can see them every day and constantly tells me how much she loves them. Excellent customer service and absolutely amazing flowers.

I ordered a plant arrangement for my aunts memorial service via email and asked them to call if needed, at their convenience. I received a call from Starclaire within the hour! They were so professional and helpful and answered all my questions. I had asked for pink roses to be added as my aunt liked pink and roses. I ordered flowers for my Daughters Birthday delivered to her office. I. did not know she was going to beaway for a week. This florist waited and sent fresh flowers 5 days later. I did not have to manage the delivery. They knew what to do. Got an email from my Daughter today. “Dad flowers are beautiful. The arrangement is so big I needed help getting it to my car. Beautiful!!! I order a lot of flowers and this is the first time I saw how great this florists is. I have always said use local people to get things done. No 800 numbers, no Teleflora. My husband ordered a bouquet of red and pink roses for me for Valentines Day this year, and I couldnt be happier! Not only were these flowers of great quality, but they also were personally delivered in a lovely silver vase with a balloon. There was no browning or wilting, each of the larger roses were wrapped in a temporary netting to keep the petals pristine through delivery, and they smell amazing. Id highly recommend this florist!

Im not from the Charlotte area  so I Googled florists in Charlotte and I decided to go with this one  and It was one of the best experiences Ive had dealing with the with a florists. I spoke with a sales person named Wendy and she was able to help me with all my needs. There was so much to choose from but I decided to go with the Be Happy Bouquet and it was gorgeous just like the pictures. Again thanks a lot for your help.

I have ordered flowers in the past from their website, and was always happy. Last week, my father in law died, and we decided that this is where we would get flowers from, based on my past experience with them. That was a mistake!First, I e-mailed. They were very quick to respond by e-mail, and I thought that was a sign in the right direction. Then when we got there, everything went down hill. The person helping us was not friendly at all. I was there with my wife, her siblings, and her mother. This family had just lost their father, and husband. A little sympathy would have been appreciated, and we got none.We asked to see flowers, and were told that wasnt possible. We were then directed to look through books, and tell them if we found something that we liked. Literally everything that we liked in the books, we were told they couldnt do. I am unsure what the point was of going through the books, if they could literally do nothing in them. I finally asked what exactly they could do, and she made some calls to see - however - acted as if it was an inconvenience that we were there.I understand that we were there the day after Valentines Day, and flowers were low. However, if you knew you couldnt do anything out of the books, why would you have us waste time looking?When spending over $600 at a florist, immediately after losing a loved one, I would simply have hoped for better customer service, yet that isnt what we got. Frankly, I think we would have probably been better off ordering from an online florist. At least we wouldnt have dealt with actual people in front of us that really didnt care.I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 because the flowers we did get were nice, but that was the only good thing about the entire experience.

After several decades of NOT sending flowers, I decided to give it a try...the folks at Starclaire have been incredible at delivering beautiful flowers at just the right time--every time!Wendy and the whole crew there go the extra mile to simplify the process and deliver incredible flowers!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!! Do not buy from here!!! The flowers died within less than 24 hours and when we tried to get new ones we received an arrangement that looked like a 3rd grader could have done better!!! After discussing with the owner we were told that because we threw the disgusting flowers away he couldn’t even help us anymore and blamed us for them dying!!!! I will do everything i can to make sure everyone knows how disgusting they are at customer service!To comment on the review from the store you can tell the attitude and aggressive tone they have. And there was water to the top (see what I mean about them trying to make stuff up and blame us) we also had to go out of our way for them to replace them after they originally said it would take 3 days... don’t listen to what they have to say about fixing the problem. There was still half of the arrangement not thrown away and saved for showing them and they refused to pick that up. Nothing was fixed and they have been given a picture of the awful arrangement they sent.

I ordered a floral arrangement online for my Mom, last minute on Valentines Day and even though it was too late to choose the delivery option, I was able to pick up the arrangement within two hours of ordering it. The arrangement was beautiful and my Mom loved it! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. I will most definitely return to Starclaire in the future.

Not a very easy to use company, ordered flowers from Teleflora a tight short compact arrangement all fall tones and i received this empty and spring tone arrangement. Called the shop they close at 4 and the Voice mail is full, called back now after talking to Teleflora and have to send pics to the owner. After going back and forth for a bit he just stops communication. All he had to do is what most shops would do is a pick up and redelivery and i would have been happy. So i went to Charlotte Flower Market and they fixed it for me.

I just picked up a Corsage that my son picked out for his girlfriend for Prom. When i showed it to him he was disappointed that he didnt get what he ordered. They did tell us they would have to substitute the flowers, but on the website it had little sparkly branches in it and it said twice that it comes on a Pearl Cuff. It was on a Velcro strap with no sparkles! He would have been okay with no sparkle had it been on the Pearl Cuff as described. Even though the flowers were very pretty, this should not have been a $36.00 Corsage.

Hands Down the Best and Friendliest florist in Charlotte. They are efficient, fast, courteous and accurate with the deliveries. Their prices are better than most. But you pay for what you get. I have used them for years and would recommend them to everyone.

Flowers were very pretty, the only thing I was disappointed in was it looked like a lot more flowers in the picture and they substitutes the purple daisies for a redish color and I specifically picked out for the purple. Shocked at how Rude and Condescendingly the customer service is at this establishment. They informed me that there are other florist in the area. Being in customer service, I suggest finding another place! There is no reason that someone think it is okay to talk to their customers as if they are stupid children, when you call more than once, with concerns about your order.
