Always a great experience at this location (South Park, Charlotte NC)! Victoria helped us find the perfect bracelet and ring for our anniversary. She was very helpful and polite.

The best customer service around! I have bought several pieces this year from this store and have had a great experience every time. Today, my expectations were exceeded by the store manager Eric. I had a issue with a previous piece and Eric treated me so kindly and quickly resolved the issue. This type of service keeps me coming back into South Park instead of ordering from another retailer or the David Yurman website. The store was very busy today due to the upcoming Holiday, and Eric’s kindness and patience towards me really touched my day. Thanks again!

I was very disappointed with the staff members in this store - frankly, I expected more professionalism from them as David Yurman jewelry is not inexpensive or cheap. Aside from all of the trouble I had getting my ring sized and the lack of accountability from the staff each time I called for an update, it was how I was treated after I got my jewelry that showed me this store (perhaps the company) is no different than a Kay Jewelers or a Jared. Ive been treated with more respect and care from Jared. When I called the store about a week after I got my ring back from being sized, I asked what my options were with regards to returning the ring. I barely got the words out before the associate said we will not take back jewelry that has been sized. I tried to help her understand why I was asking, but she interrupted me and said Sorry, you cant return it. When I asked if I can speak with the manger she said it was her day off and she would call me when she comes back in. I provided my name and number and needless to say I never heard from anyone at David Yurman. Such a disappointment -- I have admired David Yurman jewelry for so long and when I was finally able to invest in a piece, the entire experience was ruined by incompetent associates and a complete lack of regard for me -- the customer, the public representative of the product.

Have visited this store several times. A few times they treat me as if I couldnt afford their jewelry. Others they do not do as promised. Very disappointed due to their jewelry being so expensive.
