Most under-rated and under-appreciated spot in Charlotte. Should have a line out the door daily. The pasta is of course spectacular with tons of variety. But some of the best sandwiches and salads come from here, too.Whether you want to eat in, take out, cook from prepared or scratch, you should have this in your regular rotation. I keep some of their gnocchi, ravioli, and lasagna on standby in my freezer. Get some olive oil, spreads, sliced meats and bread for hors doeuvres. Oh, the patio here is sweet, too!

Overall a great place to get great quality and fairly priced food. Both the store and the restaurant have great things to eat there or take home and make later. Prices are extremely reasonable for the great quality. The only suggestion would be a better customer experience. Some of the workers seemed annoyed by the presence of customers and were not particularly friendly.

I stop here every few weeks to grab some fresh made pasta. The noddles are always great, and they have a wide variety of flavors, and different types, plus they have great options for homemade sauces! The staff has always always been friendly and helpful.

Love this place! Food is always fresh and the noodles are just right. Not overcooked or undercook. If your interested in wine, they have a great wine selection. There is freezer/refrigerated section where you can purchase pasta sauce, pizza, lasagna and a few desserts that’s in-house made.

Very cool pizza, pasta and subs place! I came here for lunch and the staff is very friendly and the food is delicious! It’s a small grocery area off to the side of the kitchen and food ordering space with Italian foods and freezer section with frozen pastas, pizzas soups and sauces that you can take home with you! Love this concept this place is great!There not much seating inside but the outside patio area is very cozy and cute!

I work nearby and my friend loves your sandwiches. He thinks they are the best ever and he orders quite frequently. However, I am posting on his behalf as he is now swearing you guys off because of the horrible customer service.As good as the sandwiches are, the customer service will deter him from ordering from you guys again. This is sad as felt like this was a cool spot that I sent him to originally based off of your social media feed. I thought I was sending him to some happy go lucky Deadhead/Phishhead folks that would treat him well.

We stopped and had a Cobb and a Cesar salads. Both salads were great. The salads were tasty and of ample size. We ate at their outdoor patio and it was delightful. Bought some pasta and bread to take home also!

Absolutely love this place. Ive ordered their fresh pasta on several occasions to cook for my friends or family for dinner and theyve loved it every time. Cant go wrong with the pesto or meat sauce!

Picked up a pizza kit from here and some fresh pasta with vodka sauce. Very easy to make and sauce was really flavorful.

Stopped by after seeing the news regarding the back-to-back break-ins. Delicious sandwich. Looked like really fresh handmade pasta is being sold as well as soups (frozen or fresh) and various grocery items. Will be back for sure.

This is the best pasta Ive had outside of Italy. They are incredibly helpful in assisting you in picking out your pasta and are very friendly.We got the pesto sauce with lemon pepper noodles and the pomodoro sauce with garlic rosemary noodles. We also got the french dip sandwich. Everything was incredibly delicious. We got the stuffed cookies for dessert and I also tried the Updog apple pie kambucha which were all great.You get your food fast and can either way there at the bar or on the heated patio outside it get it to go.We will definitely be coming back again!

I cannot give this place enough stars! Everything you get from here is delicious, even their frozen items. We order from here at least once a month. I like the basil pesto chicken pasta, the cheesesteak sandwich, the cobb salad, and the fresh prosciutto at their deli counter. YUM!

One of my favorite places to eat in Charlotte. The quality is very consistent and the portion sizes are well worth their price. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I cant speak highly enough of this restaurant.

Coming from NJ/NYC, I really enjoyed the food that was brought here. My cousins catered my mothers repass with some of her favorite antipasto. They also brought some spaghetti and meatballs for my father and I and it was pretty delicious. It wasnt exactly like home, but it was still damn good. I really loved the figs and olives on the platter.

Absolutely love Pasta & Provisions. Ive lived here in Charlotte for a year and literally drove by the place everyday on my way to work. I always thought that it was a Car Repair Shop for some reason. Lol. I guess I didnt get a good look. But a few weeks ago I searched Pasta places near me. So glad that I did. Its so convenient and the food is absolutely delicious. Pasta combinations are endless. And so fresh! The staff are great! And very helpful. Great customer service! It will definitely be added on my favorites list. So, if youre looking for a quick and easy meal for dinner or even wanting to grab something quick and delicious for date night this should be one of your go to places. But only if you love Pasta and deliciousness!! And they also have wine and desserts and other yummy goodies!

Great place for fresh pasta and really affordable prices! You can also pick a decent sized lasagna for about 10 bucks and the pasta for it is made just a few miles away at their other location. Much better than the stouffer’s pasta at the grocery store! I also recommend checking out their other location on Providence Road. That location doesn’t cook the pasta for you, but it’s a pretty big place that has a large variety of pasta and fresh sauces. And you can see them in the back making the pasta!

Pasta & Provisions has terrible food and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. SAVE YOUR MONEY. ITS A DISASTER.In response to the proprietor, whose feelings were hurt but who prides himself on his customer service, why dont you stand behind your product and support your consumers?

Lovely Italian market with excellent fresh and frozen pasta and a good selection of wines.

Great sandwiches, pizza, and salad at the counter. Wine and good beers on tap. Very cozy patio. Is split between serving food/drinks and a terrific shop. Wine, pasta, meat counter, desserts. All home-made or from local producers. They even have had eggs from a local farm recently. Great place to go if youre on your way to a party and want to pick up wine and an appetizer.

Thats the best lunch Ive had all day.

Some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I went in not sure what I was looking for and the staff took the time to share some amazing ideas with lots of detail and recommendations. I left with some great selections to share with friends and family.

You would think that during a pandemic they would be nicer to customers who are trying to patron their store. Instead, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed that people were asking questions and trying to figure out how to order. There are other places that deserve your business more than this one.

An amazing pasta, salad and sandwich shop in Charlotte. Have a quick relaxing meal there or grab some frozen homemade pasta and some sides to go. I highly recommend their pasta!!

This was a pleasant surprise. Went with co-workers for lunch. The gentleman was so nice. I told him to just pick something for me because the options are MANY. He selected a very good shrimp pasta dish. I think it was tomato basil pasta, pesto sauce and spicy shrimp. I wouldnt have picked it myself so Im glad I asked him to do it for me. The cheesy bread is very good!! Worth the double side of carbs. Lol! Very cozy seating options. Will definitely return. Dont go for a quick lunch. Take your time and enjoy.

Just went there today, I didnt even know they served food. The Italian cold cut with extra banana peppers was SUPERB!! All of the pasta is homemade and they have salad and pizza. Everyone was really friendly.I will definitely be back with my whole staff!!

Setting the wrong expectations. Waited over 30 minutes past the time they stated it would be ready for pickup. This has been a pattern and I’m giving up on coming back.

Cant say enough good about this place... the food is consistently fantastic and the service is always the best. We love grabbing fresh pasta to go and also enjoy staying there and eating in the backyard.

Everything is 10/10. On Fridays, you can take your own container, theyll fill it up with one of their red sauces of your choice. They charge you for the sauce by weight and take 20% off then they give you 3/4# of pasta for free! Your choice of cut and flavor! Best way to end a long week... not cooking :)

There is just something about fresh pasta. I commonly make my own pasta and sauces but then question if its worth it when a place like this exists. Everything I have ever gotten has been excellent.

Better than Noodles&Co. You should make this place part of your Costco run because we will! Amazing food and they have stuff to take home and bake! Just a great place to grab a meal.

Incredible fresh pasta! Great selection of hard to find specialty items as well. The bread is fresh baked and delicious and crunchy. We told the employee at the register it was our first time visiting and she was super helpful in explaining the menu options. We also sat on the patio and enjoyed what felt like an instant community even though we didnt know anyone out there. I was hesitant to write this review because after going there once, I now want it all for myself and dont want the word to get out how excellent it is!

The food here is quite excuisit. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and get your food promptly. The pasta is so fresh and what a great selection. The specials they have are wonderful and the takeaway options......Oh man, theyre great. They have desserts and they are the bomb. We got tiramisu and paid the same as we did in Uptown, only this was better and also about three times the size. #Winner

Was definitely expecting alot more from their sandwiches for the price. It taste good but was small. 2 sandwiches were like $25-$30...The menu was also limited. Italian place with no italian sausages...or parmiagna heros.

My boyfriend & I used to get the Italian Romaine salad with added chicken...until I found a HAIR in mine. Unfortunately I will not be going back, nor will he. The owner of this location should consider upping their standards of their staff members cleanliness, or at least to the point that there is not hair in the food. This location could possibly benefit from being managed by a female, or at least hiring one (from what I can tell, it is an all male-staff of ~3-4).

Our experience here yesterday for dinner was just ok. Maybe we came on an off-pasta day, but when we came here last night for dinner around 6:30, my spaghetti tasted somewhat over-cooked? Or maybe like it had been pre-cooked earlier and somehow re-heated when I ordered. I created a bowl with spaghetti, sauce, and mushrooms. My husband had the mushroom ravioli, which was kind of floppy, some were pretty flat/without much flavoring inside. He got chicken on top, which was chunked in all different sizes and just wasnt a nice plating/presentation. Bread on the side, as someone else said in an earlier review, was cold. They could stand to heat it up for a sec or ask if you want it toasted. I would have liked some parmesan cheese or something on top of my dish, but it wasnt offered. It was not busy at all, so there could have been more effort placed on plating/presentation/cooking of food. The servers and people at check-out were all very nice, but were very engaged in talking to one another and patrons. This is good if you can keep up quality of food at the same time. Maybe we came on an off night or something like that.

Love the patio and the pizzas are legit. As a self-proclaimed pizza guru, I put this way, way up there. Staff is helpful and super nice.
