I would give zero stars if this would allow. Customer service is horrible here. There were 2 checkout lines. I was in checkout lane 2 and waited patiently. The line moved at a decent rate until the cashier decided that she was going to go to the customer service counter to help another customer. I don’t know how long that customer had been waiting but she then proceeded to help other customers who had just walked up to the customer service counter. The rest of us were left standing in line. Until another cashier decided to come and open lane 1. Well instead of saying “I’ll take the next customer in line” he says “register one is open” so all the people behind me flock over to register one. There was another lady in front of me and I were left standing there after waiting for our turn to have everyone else be checked out. Not once did the cashier who was suppose to be working register 2 acknowledge us, apologize to us, or explain to us what she was or wasn’t going to do. Of course I was highly upset. I of course had to go stand in line again at register one to be checked out. I asked to speak to the manager, and the cashier at register one said “she is the manager” and pointed to the cashier at the customer service counter. So you have a poor customer service employee as the manager?!!!!!! After she was made aware that I would like to speak to a manager, she finally said “I am the manager would you like to speak to me about something” all the while walking away from me. I said “no, I’d like to speak to someone about you and the poor customer service you have going on here”. She still has not at this point, apologized or acknowledged that I was standing in her line and she did not check me out in the order that she was suppose to. A young man was then called and he introduced himself as the “current manager of the store” and I explained the situation and he apologized. But an apology is not sufficient. Please get some action in place. This store could be 100 times better than what it is but you choose to not hire the correct people and put the correct and proper training in place to attract the customers you all need to do better. Y’all need to do better first!

This Store has changed to Compare Foods which I love. Take your time to find what you wont find at regular grocery stores. Excellent International Food section with good prices.👏👍🙌

I have to be honest and say I hate the neighborhood and feel it is distasteful but the store selection is very nice. I actually got vegan chicken from here after being a vegetarian for about a decade. Very good food products and produce as well.

Been in Charlotte for 4 years and I must admit Just Save has some great fresh fried chicken. Another thing I like is that they have products from my hometown of Detroit. It’s feels good walking into a store here and seeing Detroit FAYGO pop. I just ask that you add FAYGO Arctic Sun to your lineup. It’ll bring more customers. I promise you!

As I was being served another customer walked up and told the person that was serving me that she gave her the wrong pieces of chicken so the customer told her what she wanted. The server took the bag with the chicken in it, took out the two wrong pieces and put it back in the pan with all the other chicken! Be mindful that I saw the customer walking towards the exit door! She had to open it up to see what was wrong! When the server did that, I told her she should not do that because its a health issue! She pulled them to the side and told me that they can do that as long as they dont leave the store!!! I wont be buying from them anymore! Thats just not safe! I was thinking about how many pieces of chicken she returned in one day!

Ordered hot food. Not very good. Tasted as if it was cooked the day before. Wont return for hot food if we have any gatherings.

They allow someone to come inside the store without a mask. The mask are mandatory now! I made the security guy aware of the situation and he did NOTHING! People are dying by the thousands from covid and you have a idiot inside the store walking around with the mask in his hand. People please wear your mask. My life matters and so does yours.

I arrived at Just Save to purchase Campbell cream of celery soup. I arrived at check-out, only to see that there is no self checkout. Disturbed I ask, the clerk, “you don’t have self checkout”? She couldn’t hear me, so I pulled my mask down and asked again. At that time the security gaurd came in my space. I said to the clerk I come to this store mask n gloves and U have to handle my groceries without them. I was about to leave without getting my groceries but I had been to, two stores already, that didn’t have this soup, so I decided to go ahead and purchase my groceries.then as I was about to pay for my groceries, the security guard was closer. I said why are you in my space? Aren’t you suppose to be six feet away? He said he wasn’t, which clearly he was. I had to move closers to the card reader so he couldn’t see my pin as I put it in. I had already been to, two stores, looking for the soup. It was raining hard and I didn’t want to go to another store, which would’ve been 6or 8 miles away. I am over 65, and I think the security guard was very rude. The clerk was very nice. The security guard to me was looking for someone to make his day. Not one time did I raise my voice. Not looking for anyone to get fired, but I think a apology is in order. (Training) I don’t think they should be that close to the registers.

This place is good it has good prices overall little run-down but you can go there and get some good stuff for a cheap price meats are pretty good price to I would recommend.

Its in a nice location. Meaning its not hard to get out off the parking lot when its time to leave. The store was clean and organized.. Which made everything I was looking for easy to find. Service was fast as well.. No complaints

It was a very neat, well stocked, competitively priced store. The cashiers were very pleasant and quick. Professional also. Wery well lite, it wasnt a dark gloomy store with things thrown on the floors.

Hands down if you need a some good fried chicken come see these people in the deli at this grocery store. They can fry the best chicken and its not salty its very tasty and they can do large orders when you call it in and when you get there is ready to be picked up. I will recommend this door to anyone who has an event going on and you need a large order of fried chicken because they will satisfy your needs for chicken!

There has been quite a few changes made to this location for the better. The store is cleaner, the aisles are neat and free of clutter. The shelves were fully stocked on my visit. The nicer staff have moved on to Harris Teeter or Public, but Im willing to give them a try occasionally!

From my experience, the Deli staff always makes fresh chicken on request. Pleasant employees. However, their meats are a bit high priced. Great place to shop for a few small items from deli. Great selection of minute maid juices.

Just recently moved to this area last week and was pleasantly suprised to find this discount grocery store right up the street from my house. Plenty of security and staff on hand to help you with any inquiries that you might have. The store was exceptionally neat and clean. Getting a discount card took all of 15 seconds and i was able to use it immediately. The store was loaded with both name and discount brands. People were literally lined up in front of the deli, for the in house fried chicken which was cooked to order if you were willing to wait. And most people were. Even the other customers were extremely friendly. The prices on the meat, chicken and seafood were a little high. But that was offset some by the discounted items and your rewards card. All in all, it was a decent trip. My particular cashiers name was Steph and she was an extremely pleasant young lady. Its a good store, but need to train deli people to be more friendly. If they are having a bad day or dont like working there dont take it out on the customers.

Produce is fresh, meat is fresh. Fried chicken from deli is delicious. Rotisserie chickens are delicious. Overall selection isnt great. Dollar aisle has some useful things (get disposable aluminum pans from here). Prices are decent.

This store took the place of a Winn-Dixie that closed down long ago. There are some savings here, but the real treat is the made to order fried chicken they sell at a cheap price, its great tasting for sure. Give it a shot, order ahead a couple of minutes so its ready to go when u arrive.

While the overall appearance of the store is clean, there is an odor when you first walk in, of meat or chicken. The cashiers for the most part are sometimes pleasant and tolerant to be at work. I go here, as a last minute thing.

I dont think I actually saved a lot here, the prices were about the same as any other grocery store. However it was a really friendly & clean place. They dont have any greeters, like some stores now do. They also need to focus on bathrooms just a little more!

The hot bar here is well appointed and the food restaurant quality. Unfortunately the queue is rather long. The products are moderately pricef in this grocery store but on average only 2 or 3 lanes are open at a time regardless of the amount of customers. The store as safe as I often see the ever present security guard restocking the shelves with returns.

Great place for cooked chicken and sides. Home cooked fried chicken. Good sweet tea too.

Clean store and they have security officer so dont have to worry about panhandlers asking for change prices on certain things are great and the always running sales. Meat is fresh and at good prices.

I used to walk about a mile to the closest grocery store and ever since just save opened its been much more convenient to shop. The employees are kind and helpful.

Every time i visit, some of the produce is molded, i have picked up outdated food before and i went to get a sweet potato pie around the hoilday to find one of them molded, so i ended up not getting any. Prices are reasonable but i would check my expiration dates on everything i touch if i go, it sucks cus its my neighborhood store an i really like the prices, i just go when i have no choice and I always check my dates from now on

I went into Just Save tonight it was not crowded at all. I went and did all of my shopping and there were stockers in the aisles putting up food and asking how my day was and I got to the cashier and she was very pleasant and I rang the bell because I always get great service at Just Save.

Spanish guy who run the register decided to take 15 minutes hateing a conversation with 2 people from his culture.When I asked him to speed it up please. Even they want to leave he decide to curse me out and call me out my name.I will no longer be going to any just Saves.I will also let people know abort. They dont respect all. Just there own people.

Stephanie the cashier was absolutely flawless, from start to finish she was pure perfection. On July the fifth 2018 at around 10.15am I received the best customer service experience ever!!!!. Stephanie or Steph as her badge identified her to be was terrific. She greeted me with a warm smile and a pleasant hello and welcomed me to her place of employment. She was promt professional and extremely kind. She had a smile that solidified her words and her actions, she was awesome. Her customer service skills made me want to reward her with a small monetary gift, and so I did. With employees like this I will definitely be doing more of my shopping here.
