Most of the time they are nice, but today I picked up a drink the price tag says 99cents I get to the register the lady tells me 1.99 I took a photo of the price tag because this is not the first time this has happened with the same drink, they told me I could either pay 1.99 or put it back, so I called the store because I didnt want to make a scene the cook gets on the phone aggressive not professional at all only because I questioned the price changes, this particular drink has been price changed quite a bit and I just go ahead and pay the price they ring it up as. This will be my last visit to this location. Below is the photo it says 99 cents today but a few days ago it was 2 for 3.33 then before that it was 99 cents but maybe put in the wrong place.

A hidden gem in this part of Charlotte, just minutes away from Belmont and Gaston County. The potato wedges are the best around. Service was been excellent, the snack food has always been well stocked. However, with Amazon opening up its doors next door, there was been an overabundance of those Amazon vans at the pump, sometimes, there are several in line right after each other.

Have eaten here often ... As good of chicken anywhere, plus other choices... Also have good sides ... I love the tater wedges!For your information, this place is not a truck stop ... You may be towed for big $$$ ... I would suggest the rest area on I-85 ...

Not friendly with truck, they have 2 business, first in store they sell food, other main business is tow trucks and Split big profit with towing company, this business so good, even drug dealers can not make this kind of money. If they tow 10 trucks, they can make daily $15000. in 1 Month Half Million $$$$$. This is only 1 Location. if they have 10 location, Calculate your self. Good Luck

Wonderful service, atmosphere, food and people

Not for trucks! I paid a $ 300 fine. I slept for 2 hours and the tow truck driver picked up my truck. I woke up from the fact that my truck went. without warning. A big guy with an insolent face said: Pay $ 300 now, in cash, or Ill tow it for $ 3000! these are real bandits, the business is on stream. Amazon on the next street forces you to park where there is no parking!

This location has twice overcharged me, the price for natural light 18 pack says 12.99 yet both times I was charged 13.49 and I mentioned it both times but they have made no effort to correct it. Its like they just dont care. I wont be returning.

I love, love, love to stop by and grab some wings and country style tater wedges!!!!! The best fried wings around! The guys in the kitchen are friendly and will cook you up fresh food anytime! They also make their very own homemade ranch!!!!

One guy likes to get smart every time I see him. They will not fix a hamburger the way you want it, and today was my last visit stood in line for 10 min to order my food when it was my turn to order lady stars taking orders from people behind me. If I could give a zero I would . I will never stop foot back in the store again. Reese is only friendly worker there.

The chicken tenders are huge & tasty. Definitely worth $1.49 each. Delicious & real chicken. Suggestion: you will need 2 dipping sauces instead of 1 w/4 chicken tenders.

Killer food, nice folks that work there. Ive been going there for lunch the past couple weeks. I can tell they use good ingredients for their food, and its always cooked the way I ordered it.

I moved away and havent had any Nichols wings in a almost a year. I use to go to the Belmont locations but they were closed so I called these guys and they held there last wings for me and took my name and also gave me a discounted price. I was so happy and the lady was joking with me the whole time. She knew I wanted those wings really bad and she acted like they didnt ha r them. It was funny because we drive 45 minutes to get them.

This place should have a zero The manager Ryan is really rude and has zero respect for people he really should be fired. He has a smart mouth and is short everytime i came there if there was a place i could complain to so that this place is no longer in business i would. Other workers are pretty friendly but Ryan is the worst of worst he should be fired due to the way he talks to people just insanely rude

Great store friendly staff,clean and affordable I worked for Nichols for two years great place. Miss them but had to move on. Still the best chicken and taters I ever ate.The food is always good.But Lord the chicken is off the hook.Once youve eaten it youll see.

Everyone was very helpful and very nice. Potato wedges were fresh out, chicken wings couldve been fresher but still were good and the house ranch was AMAZING!

Out of the year that I have been frequenting the store I have noticed numerous employees serving food after smoking without washing their hands handling food without washing their hands and all and all just a large lack of customer service on more than one occasion employees have been rude to my wife and myself when I confronted the manager her explanation was they only make minimum wage as if that gives them some type of an excuse if you didnt want to deal with customer service and the daily public you probably should stay in school and get a real education and a real job as for my family and I we will not spend another dime at this business and I cannot wait till the health department finds out about all the unsanitary conditions
