Pretty good. I got a club sandwich. It had some serious meat.

The cashier, Leah, made a sandwich, rang up the customer, pushed her hair behind her ear multiple times, touched several surfaces and doors, put a tray on top of the scale and then picked up my ham with the same gloved hands she had been touching everything else with. I told her that I changed my mind and explained why. She was so unfazed that I asked if she understood what the problem was and she said yes, but it was obvious that she didnt care. If she did this in front of a customer I can only imagine what she does when no one is looking.

Went there for lunch was a little disappointed the. Bread was stale. Nice customer service but didnt like the sandwich.

One of the employees Tommie was very very rude. Ill definitely go to another location next time shes not worth the hassle. The manager at that store was really nice and made up for her but its still no way to treat customers. Giving 2 stars

The Sliced Smoked Turkey is the best anywhere. I try to stop here every time I am on this side of town.

I ordered on-site, cleaned interior, customers practicing social distancing, and I only waited 10 minutes for the my (4) ham classic sandwich....it was delicious, proper amount of condiments. Customer service was exceptional.

I visited this location about two weekends ago. First of all, when I came inside the lady working the counter acted like she was working inside a department store. She took my order and another young lady fixed my sandwich. I ordered the turkey sandwich combo. She put the items in the bag without a straw or napkins. I asked her for a straw and napkin, and she looked at me like why do you need a napkin? I took my items got home opened my sandwich which was horrible! It was dried out turkey on a stale croissant bun; with no lettuce and a dried out tomatoe. I would have driven back to this location, but I was more than 15 miles from that area. The worst service for a first time experience.

Went for lunch with my dad on 9-16-2020! The 2 ladys were very nice ! Great customer service! We will be back ! Keep up the great work ! & most of all the store was nice & clean & the grade was an a ! Very impressive!

This place is always amazing! The food is always fresh! Really great place to grab a sandwich. The ham or turkey salad is great on a croissant with lettuce and tomato and either broccoli salad or potato salad as a side. They have other options too as well as dinner entrees and desserts. This place has always been my go to place for the Thanksgiving and Xmas ham you really cant find anything else like it. I hear the Turkey is really good too but havent had a chance to try it. This place is never extremely busy so its usually pretty fast to just drop in and grab a sandwich on your lunch break. There isnt a place to sit and eat but the car usually works for me! More people should make this their lunch spot because the food is so worth it.

Placed our Easter meal a week in advance prepaid, go to pick it up and they sold our items and are sold out of them. It’s 4 pm the day before Easter! Very disappointed in the experience!

First time I visited HoneyBaked Ham and bought a sandwich, made on a croissant ....... I cant wait to go get another one it was great. If you have never had one you need to go and check it out great sandwich. Honey baked ham has been around a long time and they make excellent him.

I totally disagree with the top statement. I think the people are very professional and extremely nice. Not to mention, where else can you do a buy 5 sandwiches, get one free?? great deal. There has been only one occasion where I had to wait a little longer than I expected, but it was still worth it!

Was waiting for the manager to get back with me. I will share more details later. But as far as the food goes, it was delicious it wasnt what we ordered but it was good as always.😁

Inexcusable behavior today! I tried to engage the server in conversation; he chose to ignore me. He made my sandwiches, put them out of my reach while he started making someone’s sandwich.This particular person was either having a bad day or hasn’t received proper training on how to act properly to customers. We will not be returning to this store.

I have purchased meals to go from this location a few times but no more. The sandwiches are too expensive for what you get. The side with mayo literally made me sick, twice. The hams for purchase are very expensive. The employee turnaround is very high/frequent; always new faces.

Moving to a new town we expected Honeybaked to be a bit of an ordeal like in Austin, TX. We havent had one in a couple of years due to the Its Not worth the trouble factor.We were Thrilled with our visit! About 15 plus people in line, plus a police officer. I jokingly told my family to pray for me they refused to go in.They had at least 6 people working there! Pleasant people! Fast, knowledgeable people.Asked what we needed, retreived, viewed ham. Decided bigger. No Grumbles! 2nd was a winner. Paid, left. In about 10 minutes, probably less.They were Really well stocked Tuesday night before Thanksgiving! And I really appreciated how they opened the foil Just enough to see well, but away from the sneeze/cough zone etc. Purposefully. Yay!Our ham was exceptionally great too.Win win win! Well be eating a lot more delicious Honeybaked products.
