Called these guys to install 4 atmos speakers in my theater room. He told me a price and set a time the following week to install. He showed up early for the job which u don’t see much more these days. So he gets credit for that. Showed him everything I wanted and where to put them. Seems like a nice guy and I made sure he had plenty of cold water on hand. I specifically asked to make sure installation was pulled back in attic so insulation would not get into the speaker until backboxes were installed. I also specifically asked to make sure the angled speakers were angled to the main listening position. Once I returned home to look at work he was finished and had the grills on. Everything looked ok. Paid him with a tip. Then I went upstairs and pulled the grills off and the speakers were positioned the opposite direction that they should have been. I knew something did not sound right. Any professional installer should know how a angled Dolby atmos speaker should be firing towards the main listening position. So I had to unscrew each speaker and put them back up the correct way. Once I pulled the first speaker out it was packed full of insulation. This will damage a speaker and affect performance. He did not take 5 extra minutes to pull back the insulation like I asked. So I had to go in the attic and pull back insulation on each speaker. I basically had to correct all of his work. I should have just done this myself. Once I let him know the issue and sent pics to him he acted like it was a normal install. Unbelievable. A professional installer should know all this basic audio knowledge. Do yourself a favor and hire a more knowledgeable installer if you want it done the correct way. I will not be using this company for anymore future installs and will not recommend them to anyone. Photos attached and very sad I paid 400 dollars for this quality of work.

Great work, great pricing, quick response and was able to come out for a free estimate the day we spoke, came back to do the wiring one day later. Will definitely use them again!

Im not a review type of person but this guy really got all my expectations, wiring, screen installation and sound.
