Store not open during business hours.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I work nearby this location and I have tried MANY times to go purchase ice cream for my co workers and I and every time I go its closed. Ive called the number listed on google which is a personal phone not a business phone and the guy that always answers is really rude and seems to be bothered when we ask if theyre open. He tells us it will be open on a certain time and never is, keep in mind its not winter anymore. The only time that I was able to go in the store, the owner was rude and was yelling at her other employees which are minors. That is very unprofessional. Her kids are always running around the whole store and parking lot which is unsafe. The ice cream is melted most of the time and a little over priced for melted ice cream. My list doesnt end here. NEVER going back to this place!!!!

This place says its open but its close. Called the company said it has different hours for winter.Please be aware if you come during January, February or March.

Love this place! The most exciting ice cream shop Ive ever been to. The flavors are out of this world.

Don’t get me wrong their ice cream are good! But what’s up with the store schedule? I called and they said they don’t know if they are open.. um that’s stupid!

I used to love this place but now with the new cashier I have gotten my worst nightmare while trying to purchase icecream. Here is my story I went to buy a cup of ice cream for 15 dollars like I always used to a lady serve me right got my order and when I was getting ready to pay the cashier started yelling at the lady that serve me that they dont sell them cups anymore and kept on going and she said do you want the icecream I said yes and she cut the cup in half and opted to serve me 2 smalls cup for 8 dollars each and talk about Im still losing money for. The other ladys had told her to respect the price and sell for she decided not to. I opted for leaving the place that way I wouldnt disrespect her.The icecream is awesome my kids love it Ill give it a five stars but the customer service wish I could give her a negative hope some body sees my feedback and this get fix because if it happen to me who knows who else it happen to.

People were sleeping on the couch when I walked inn. The place was hot and the ice cream was partially melted this place is a real dump!

Very good ice cream, the mango with Chile paletas are amazing.

They were doing a clean up while we were trying to enjoy our ice cream so was really an unpleasant experience...

How sad. I went yesterday but it was very dirty. The refrigerators were noted that they were not at the recommended temperature to have ice cream. Avia garbage and food thrown everywhere and the workers (I think they were not even I know) were just talking instead of keeping the store clean. Avia pallets in trays without plastic and scrambled and everywhere. It was all mess. Asta I think I saw a palette that had a bite and with others. I do not know if they are done every day but ufff what a pity. I left, I do not recommend eating here. The flavors looked rich and I do not know and I think that you will never know because until they are clean I do not think I will come back.

I love this place, its comfortable prices and it is so delicious

It is super rich here, I went for my wife and I especially loved the raspberries and chamoy ice cream with corners, and not to mention everything else to us, I recommend them, they are very friendly there and with good prices, not like the michoacana that everything is expensive!
