They had a good amount of ice cream for the banana split and the natural flavors felt very fresh and refreshing. It is a lot of quantity for two people.

Mangonadas are always a must when visiting la Michoacana. The lime one is awesome too. If you want to try the natural ice cream i would recommend the mango flavor. The neopolitan ice cream is the best i have had.

Im giving this location 3 stars and I would give it a 5 stars but they lack personal to meet the customer needs. The icecream here are delicious and definitely will recommend if you are willing to wait. Area of improvement need yo hire more personnel to handle the demand.

Ive been coming here for years, and honestly would not come at all if it wasnt because of that one employee that does his job the right way with no attitude. Ive ordered extractly whats on the picture & they gave me another thing close to that, and then had the nerve to say I shouldve been specific. Like why would you have TWO identical items with a slight difference if youre not going to respect it. Anyway that is one of many bad things with this place. They stay having new employees that have no idea of anything, and dont even bother to communicate with you. They will stand there and stare at you if you dont say hi to them. Not worth the overpriced items.

Been driving pass this place for a month now and been wanting to try it. Finally got to try there yummy I cream . I got the Mexican candy flavor and caramel it was so good . Cant wait to try there ice cream bar and there juice.

This is the worst ice cream place I been too. The employee on 8-27-20 near closing time gave me a bad attitude I mean if you dont want to work or handle customers than dont even bother working PERIOD! This place deserves better employees! Went in for a couple favorites with my loved one but the lady was iffy with us . Kept looking at my dad in a funny way because he was black and missing a leg with to hispanic women we ordered 5 items and after. they got done congregating in the back lady asked me if we were waiting on something and we were and she said oh they are making in the back 10 minutes later she shows ur receipt that she didn’t ring it up after 25 min and repeated our selves 2 times. Lady was to worried about who we are and what was going on. Please fix the service. Food is always good but does not mean being rude is okay.

If I could I would give 0 stars, they are so rude, yesterday I went with my cousin it was 9:15 pm, the lady locked the door and we didn’t think it was close because it said they closed at 10 so we were waiting and she didn’t even say nothing she had us outside accumulating a line for like 10 minutes, everyone inside looked at us and didn’t even say they were close, and when we did say something she had a whole attitude like they are so rude here, if you don’t want to work then don’t work simple .

This place has yummy treats, however their customer service sucks. If you value customer service this is not a place to go. If you value taste and product it is a good pick. I had an experience where the cashier did not want to take my credit card because it was not above $10. I was spending $9, I asked her if she could try to swipe the card and she faked that my card did not go through. Customer service SUCKS!

Was looking for a spot for homemade ice cream and this spot came up on the list. It was only 7 minutes away from where we were at the moment which was OCharleys in University Area, and decided to try it out. I got the butter pecan on a small cone and my 4 year old had the bubble gum ice cream on a small cone as well. It rang up to a little over $11 bucks. The same price as if I would have went to the creamery in Mint Hill which we didnt feel like driving to. The ice cream was really fresh and you can tell its homemade. We didnt experience bad customer service as some of the other reviewers. The guy at the counter was nice and pleasant. They have a great variety of flavors. Some I didnt quite know what they were as the names were in Spanish but they sure looked good. I will definitely go back again. It was in a shopping plaza that was mostly populated by Hispanic retailers. We even went into one of the carnicerias and will be going back to purchase meat for our taco night.

I wish the descriptions were also in English. Everything looks so amazing but I have no clue what it is to order it. Language barrier but we love to try new places and the kids loved the pre made popsicles but I either need to learn Spanish to eat all the ice cream or bring a translator.

Ice cream is overpriced!! Some of the ice cream is better at the gas station. Great ideas but some stuff doesnt taste good.

I mostly go to buy thier Flavor Water(Horchata), which is the best if you have a sweet tooth. You can also make more by buying one of thier large cups and just adding water and milk.(make sure you add according to your taste). As for ice cream they got a cool variety but is a bit expensive. Their fruit snacks are great too.

I went to the store while I was looking for another Chinese store in the area and they werent there anymore theyre under construction and I stopped in here and I got the best ice cream that I could ever taste in my life I like the store going to bring my grandchildren here in let them try out some of that good ice cream

The prices are insane!!! Its not worth the price. Your better off going to a Mexican restaurant with some free chips and salsa. 30$ for 2 people.... NO thank you. I rather make a drive to Texas and feed more then 2 ppl with 30 bucks 🤷‍♀️

They have a good sized menu of different ice cream and fruit cuts. Its pretty pricey if youre getting an ice cream cup with real fruit but they also have ice cream bars for less than 2 dollars.

Wayyy over priced, we moved from cali so weve tried them over there and prices are good. We usually get a Sandia loca for $15 I saw it here for $25 -$27. Scoops are also over priced, small 1 scoop I think its like almost $4 I pay the same over there for a 4 scoop. Ice creams are really good but no variety. I did not try the pops

Very overpriced for something so small. I asked them to not add something, but they still did. I paid $11.50 for a Super Fresas which is only 16 ounces and $12.50 for an Escamocha which is also 16 ounces. In the pictures of the items they look really big, but they arent. Very disappointed. 😡😡😡

So I walked in, and the place was extremely busy which says a lot about a business however when I started to look around to see whats on their menu, since it was my first time here, I decided to take a few pictures for the review and try something. This gentleman behind the counter approached me and begins to call me out oud about why Am I taking pictures and what do I want. So I politely explained to him why. However he remained sort of rude. The service is terrible, you are not greeted when you come in, the employees are always joking, speaking in spanish while customers are waiting for service. They never asked any customer what they like to order, customers literally had to beg to be served. The tables are dirty and the menu is overwhelming, they are just printed pages on a wall of dishes that are traditional from Mexico. I am from Colombia and I speak spanish but I feel is disrespectful to have such bad service and such bad representation of latinos.The owners need more interest in the product they have.

When the owner is there, they try to run as smood as they can... but once they leave... the ladys ( or better say girls ) start the gossip and worry more about letting the new ones fail at their job instead of helping them to better the service... i used to be there 3 or 4 times a week (& they high) but they f@%$ up one too many times my order and have not step there in a year.... they care more about hiring little girls thinking people comes more to see them... but the truth is they come for the ice cream and the treats.To summarise, the key word is Customer Service... just ask your self why this dont happend at the South Blvd store.
