Every visit have been great here (except Christmas month). All the sale person was Very helpful. when I had a gift idea and wasn’t sure what to get, Sales person laid out every option available. A couple of items that wasn’t available at the store they were able to get it shipped to my house super fast! Returning items bought online was a breeze and extremely helpful to pick another item.
I had a wonderful experience. Yes there might be a wait especially due to the covid situation. They will text you when they are ready so you don’t have to wait in line. I picked up an online purchase and my pochette I had repaired. She looks brand new. I had great service, everyone was very helpful and polite. No complaints here 😊

It seems in Charlotte that Louis Vuitton runs a museum rather than a retail space complete with personal tour guides. You cannot call ahead to make an appointment but rather must wait in line like a theme park, sans fast pass. Louie Vuitton Charlotte has no interest in peddling their bags anymore but wishes to encourage the luxury seeker to stand in awe of their poorly crafted displays and “made for mall” storefront. All the while pondering what terrible decisions or trauma brought them to this juncture. When speaking to the manager one is told to get in line for viewing their fine establishment. They do not distinguish between patron and browser. I rate this location 5 stars for those who have always wanted to see LV in person, ask questions, and learn about the brand. If you want to purchase or have the typical luxury experience that goes with dropping G’s? It ain’t happening here, you will be waiting outside like everyone else. 0 stars No G’s spent.

Went in there and ordered a pair of sneakers. I’m a size 37 and the sales associate ordered a size 42 for me. WHAT?’!!! I didn’t notice until I went home. I live 3 hours away. UGHHHHH
We stopped by to see about a defect on my neverfull bag. We could not have been more pleased with the level of customer service we received from Dee Hilton. She was by far the best associate I’ve dealt with in any LV store. She was kind, helpful, and patient as I decided whether to trade it out for the GM or wait till another MM came back in stock. I cant say enough great things about my experience today at this store. I had a really nice Sully that lost some of the Louis Vuitton monogramming on both sides. I walked into the store under the impression that they would repair the bag. Instead, the bag was replaced due to a defect. When the manager told me this I got so emotional because of the bad reviews read prior to arriving at the store, I was expecting a bad experience. However, I felt very optimistic about my 3-hour drive to this store. Im glad I took that leap of faith. Thanks Barbara and Dyan for your awesome customer service and a great experience at this store. I will be back.
I WAS PROFILED!!!!I took my grandmothers bag in to get serviced. The lady wouldn’t even touch the bag! She said that from looking at it, she could tell “ it wasn’t made in our factories.” Yet the white woman in front of me got the full service no questions asked.I called the contact number on the website to ask for the authentication process, one of which is to OPEN THE BAG and look for the Date Code. The worker didn’t even do it! I went back into the store and told the manager that I called. THEN she opened the bag and said the leather wasn’t real because it was tearing. Mind you THE BAG IS FROM THE 80s! She gave no further verification of the bag and refused to proceed with the authentication process. There is MINIMAL damage to the hardware, straps, etc. the only thing I needed was cleaning and a new draw string!!Super disappointed. Definitely will be contacting a lawyer.
My husband drove 3 hours to buy me my first LV bag for my birthday. I have been to the LV store in New Orleans where I should have purchased my first bag because this Southpark location is a hot mess. We had to wait 3 hrs just to get in the store just to be told that the bag my husband call 4 times about the day before and the morning of our visit had been sold. LV needs to create a better process for purchasing the bags. As bad as I wanted the bag the experience at this location was so underwhelming. Visit other LV stores just not this one!!
I was visiting from Ohio 7/13/21 excited about the high end stores at this mall and wanted to purchase a canvas LV. They have the worst way of dealing with customers. I was told there was an hour and a half wait time and when it was our turn they would text us. We went to Gucci, Burberry, Tiffany &co who had a wait but made more sense because you could not have many in the store at one time. Just wait your turn. So with LV when it was your turn they would text you which met people coming back had to stop what they were doing walk all the way to the store in the meantime I could have browsed and been done. Once we finally got in, I was VERY disappointed to find we waited all that time to find there was very little selection. I bought a Gucci instead. Horrible customer service.
Had to wait in line outside before we could enter inside. Line went fast though( about 15 minutes). My wife already had a bag in mind but they were sold out of that particular one. She opted to go with a larger one, the Neverfull ng instead at the salesman’s recommendation. Total time in store was about 45 minutes. Good, positive experience.
So I tried to call several times to make an appointment as I was coming from 3 hours away, but no one answered. The online consultant said I could just drop in. Wrong, the wait time was 1.5 hours. I wanted to buy myself something for my birthday yesterday, but I also wanted to do some other things besides hang around and wait around to get in. I have always bought expensive purses in Europe, and now I see why. I was served several glasses of champagne when I shopped at the Louis Vuitton in Venice and Barcelona. Also, I didnt have to make an appointment, they are cheaper in Europe, and you can get the VAT back. Honestly, you can save about $500.
My wife dropped her purse off for a repair in December and and after several delays we have been notified it has been repaired and in the Charlotte store for pick up. We live several hours away and have tried to contact the store to have them mail it to our home. We have called foe several weeks with no answer or response from this store. We have even tried the customer service line and they have had no response from the store either. I would not recommend doing business with this location if you have any expectation of service after buying the product.
Bc of the pandemic they are not taking any phone calls.... also there was at least 1.5hr wait to get into the store but then again today is Friday at 430.... there is a greeter at the front and will take your info down and text you when its your turn to go in.... they said you have 10 min to return to the store or your spot will be given to the next person in line.... the staff and Tanisha was very kind and courteous.... just fyi
Edit- Went back for another visit after few months. We met DIANNE and she was super nice, very helpful and sweet. She helped us through the beginning til the end. I have never been to an LV store that has treated well like this before. Definitely ask for Dianne!Been here multiple times but this is the first time I felt like the quality isnt the same anymore. I asked for a brand new wallet instead of the display or the ones been touching by, and the associate refused to do so or was faking her answers. However, she was okay and helpful most of the times.
Absolute worst Louis store there is. Nothing on the website says anything about a “waitlist” or that they stop allowing people in their store. Arrived at 6:30 to a store with 1 person in it and was told their waitlist was full. Sounds like these employees wanted to go home. Was told to text my Louis rep to not have to wait next time but wasn’t given an option to wait. The Gucci store had no problem taking our business.
Front door man need to have better attitude when dealing with customers
I had to do some last minute shopping for Christmas and normally when I visit these stores I know what I want, so Im not wasting my or the salesperson time. My sales assistant was somewhat rude and condescending at times and I should of just ask for someone else to assist me. When you work in high end store you need to carry yourself as such(appearance, attitude, and having great customer service skills) and none of this my sales assistant had. I will be contacting the manager so they can put together a meeting with their employees about this matter...
The line was under 15 minutes as I arrived 30 minutes after opening at 11am. The service was great, my CA took her time showing me many pieces and was patient with me looking over my pieces before deciding to purchase. I will shop this location again! Very friendly staff from the young lady greeting while waiting in line to the service in store. Customer service was the best and that is why I will return, no judgment based on the color of your skin.

Drove 1.5 hours to find out it was closed. Why was there a sign saying that it’s open? Take the freaking sign down if you not gonna open due to whatever reason(s)..Me and my wife along with some other people waited 15 minutes or more trying to figure out what’s going before a mall personel finally said that they are closed...The sign on the glass door says open august 16, 17, and 18.. what a waste of our time!!!😡😡😡👏🏻 Very disappointed..there’s so much lack of communication from the top to the bottom level..

As a woman of African descent I was hesitant about visiting this store after reading others reviews about their past experiences here. Im thankful because my experience was nothing less than amazing! Due to COVID the wait to get inside was long but once at the door I was greeted and accompanied by a sales associate who was there every step of the way. The staff is diverse, friendly and treats all customers with much respect. Wonderful visit will shop here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dropped off an item for repair/replacement in November and called several times. Do I have the repair or replacement item? No, I do not. Calls, emails, smoke signals to the Charlotte store, Orlando store and the 800 number and assurances that its being taken care of and I still do not have the item. This is a pouch that came with my Neverfull that was used once and the zipper broke. Absolutely the worst customer service.
I just purchased my first ever Louis bag there and everyone was so nice and really understanding of my indecisiveness. My sales rep explained in detail of how to care for the bag and honestly I will be back to purchase more. They made this experience unforgettable. The wait was a little long due to COVID but it was well worth it!

I am a frequent customer to LV making purchases for my wife. Always had the best experiences when in a LV boutique.That ended with a thud today changing my view and spending at Louis Vuitton.I live in Richmond which does not have a LV shop. As I was traveling to the Charlotte NC area, my wife asked me to drop two of her bags off for simple repairs to the straps. Since both bags are under two years old I figured some assistance would come my way. Not a chance. I was told that the issues with this $2,600 bag was normal wear. A leather strap separating is not normal wear! That is a defect. To get this detachable strap replaced would cost me $599.00. Again, just hand me a replacement and Ill be on my way.But they have to replace the complete strap set.To get the sealed liner fixed on the red bag would be $300.00. Because, again, they would have to replace the complete strap set.Yes lets call it $900.00 for minor repairs that Louis Vuitton does not cover. Unbelievable ... who does business like that?!?But wait it gets better ... I left quietly after I explained that I sold leather goods for 6 years and this was truly a defect. Walked around Southpark mall. Got a bite.I re-entered the store because my wife asked me to check on a specific product. On the way in she said forget it we wont be shopping there anymore if they cant back up this quality especially with such a high price. As I turned a saleswoman asked me if I needed help and I said Id like to buy something for my wife but she is severely disturbed because of the lack of quality and absence of of concern for a loyal customer ... so cant buy anything ... she said Aww and walked away! I am an executive in Retail ... so you have to understand my complete exacerbation. If I supervised this store I would terminate the saleswoman on the spot.This is a clear example of why even high profile brick and mortar retailers are failing.Even at Louis Vuitton customer service is dead.

Hemi Sorensen was my client advisor, at first she told me they were sold out but she kept looking and found a bag they had in stock that my wife is going to love. She saved Christmas.

Wanted to return new boots and a belt that was full of scratches never paid attention to it since it came in a new box but manager said since I wore it once I could not return it. I bought them a week ago and wore them both once, Not a very reasonable manager. I just wanted to exchange belt for one with no scratches now Im stuck with this belt and boots.
Terrible customer service from the sales employee and manager. Came in to see if I can have my belt replaced due to the buckle falling off every single time I put it on or remove it. I just bought the belt in July!!! The manager stated there was nothing she could since I added an extra hole in the belt which was due to me loosing weight. The belt is in perfect condition, no tear, scratch, nothing. LV is a great brand but the quality of their product have fell off tremendously over the year!! They need to fire and hire a new team at the South Park location!!!

Traveled From Raleigh NC to take my wife and buy her first LV and was surprised to find the poor quality in customer service. From the time we entered the store we were treated like we were a bother to the sales girl and the lack of attention was disappointing. It was my wife’s first time, so she didn’t know a lot of the purses weren’t on display. We could of shopped online but she wanted to compare sizes in person and every time she asked about a purse the sales assistant acted like it was such a bother to find it and pull it out of the wall not to mention she was constantly on her phone and not at all focused on us. She acted like we were suppose to know that “older style bags” were expected to be in stock (we found out some weren’t). We ended up buying a purse only to not waste our trip but next time I know where not to go ! All I can tell you is advisor KM07 should not be working in a retail store where people such as ourselves go to spend thousands of dollars for designer and have to deal with attitudes and lack of attention. Not the type of service I expected. Whatever happened to the LV shopping experience ?Sincerely,A very dissatisfied client.

Expect a wait to enter. As always if they dont have what you need they will go above and beyond to help you find it. I try to stop by once or twice a season to check out the new accessories and wears.

Just purchased my first Neverfull from this location, I also picked up a bandeau while I was there. Yes there is a wait due to covid, however a good store is ALWAYS worth the wait. So dont let the wait steer you away from shopping. Lillian was an AMAZING sales representative and I highly recommend that anyone looking to make a purchase ask for her to assist you. She is VERY knowledgeable, patient, and her sense of style is stunning. So if you need help picking out accessories for your bag, I highly recommend you listen to her fashion advice since it turns out BEAUTIFUL. I honestly preferred this shopping experience to others since customers are limited in the store at this time. It allows the sales associate to really focus on one individual customer at a time. This was definitely a luxurious experience.

This was my first Louis purchase, I enjoyed the product but not the sales team. I work in retail maybe not at the same level of luxurious products but I sell designer stuff. I always try and make my clientele feel welcome. I can say this is the most uncomfortable atmosphere to be in. I have never felt so judged and uncomfortable in my life in a store. I was quick to get the item I wanted and was glad to be walking out. Product is wonderful, sales team needs to work on a more welcoming atmosphere.

I went here with the wife to get her a present for our first anniversary. Ended up spending about 40% more than I expected *but* were completely satisfied with the product and the service.There was some disappointment as the bag she wanted was out of stock in the color she wanted; however, the sales team was more than happy to let her try a couple of bags and when she was sure about the style, they custom-ordered it for her in the color she wanted.Id also like to note that the shopping experience here is a little bit different, but not in a bad way.A word of advice to anyone reading this - make it clear if you have an intent to purchase when you go into the store. The staff are very friendly but the gorgeous luxury products on display undoubtedly cause a disproportionate ratio of browsers to shoppers. The shop is welcoming and certainly doesnt seem to mind those who just come to look, but if you want assistance from the staff, its best just to make your intentions clear from the start as, unless youre already wearing designer accessories, I feel like it must be difficult for them to determine who the customers are.Needless to say, unlike several other high-end shops in the mall, the staff did not run up to you with an imposing CAN I HELP YOU, and do seem happy just to let you browse. Its a more relaxed and less pressured luxury goods shopping experience. Maybe its not for everyone, but I appreciated it and we did receive only the best treatment once we engaged the staff, and Im happy that they are not overly in your face as they are in some other shops.While this isnt a place the average consumer necessarily would go often, I certainly do I hope to return in the future.
The manager, I cant remember if her name was Melissa or Michelle since its been a few weeks, but she was super helpful and patient with me. There was clearly something going on in/around the store and she was well composed and mannered the entire time. She helped me pick out the perfect bag and also helped me return the one I had ordered online that I didnt quite love. I LOVE the Neonoe that she helped me pick out and appreciate all the time and attention she gave me although she had a lot of other things going on as she was also managing her employees while she was helping me. I was VERY pleased with my experience and will definitely look to the Charlotte store for future purchases. Oh and also there was a young lady working the front door where the line was formed and OMG she was SOOOOO FUN! I really enjoyed chatting with her while I waited to be let into the store. I could complain about the wait but I wont because it was handled with style and grace. Terrible experience. I went in to purchase a bag for my wife’s birthday. (I live in TN mind you.) The sales person that helped me was nice, but when I get the bag home it turns out there were three sizes and she did not bother to tell me that. Don’t worry she did however try to sell me a wallet instead of actually worrying about what I bought and getting that right. So I think no big deal, I’ll call the 800 number and surely they will help me. (I was actually trying to call the store but the number on her business card routed you to the 800 number.). Good news they can help, but I have to pay to ship it back to the store, in which I let them know that wasn’t possible since the untrained store clerk didn’t do her job and present options. (Surely I can’t be the only man who doesn’t know the entire line.) I finally talked to a supervisor and they sent an email for the store manger to get in touch with me and assured me a call back in 48 hours, well that hasn’t happened and its been 4 days now. Long story short when you spend this kind of money, I think it’s fair to expect better service. And even better lesson if I would have ordered online, they could have sent me a label, so ship online!
Dont believe the negative reviews. My experience there was wonderful. First of all I was treated with great customer service from the very beginning. The sales staff acknowledged me and asked to help in any way. I explained that I was shopping for my wifes birthday. I spent about an hour working with Dyan (wonderful lady) but I couldnt come to a decision. I decided to bring my wife back the next day and let her decide. When I came back the Manager, Michael, brought us champagne and macaroons to snack on while my wife searched for the perfect bag. Ultimately we purchased a beautiful Louis Vuitton bag and wallet but the experience was what made it. They made me and my wife feel special, even while taking care of the other customers. This store is what high end customer service is all about!!

With how well I was treated, I was more than willing to spend my money here. I have been to several other Louis Stores ( in TX) and have never experienced the kindness and service that I did here. I went to this Louis Vuitton store today, 09/27/19 around 1:45pm. I wanted information on cleaning the golden piece that hangs from the zipper on the pouch that came with my Neverfull MM tote. It is starting to tarnish. My friend who has multiple bags from Louis Vuitton told me they offer these services. When I went in the store, a short, older woman told me that Louis Vuitton does NOT offer those services. I asked her if they sent the bag off to have them cleaned and she said no. I immediately called the Louis Vuitton Customer Service line and explained what happened. The rep I spoke with told me what the older woman stated was not true and that they do clean/repair the bags. He provided me with an email address and requested that I send him pictures of my issue. He provided excellent customer service. I went back into the Louis Vuitton store and told the older woman what she stated to me was incorrect and I verified it with Louis Vuitton Customer Service. Her facial expression changed quickly and then she started to ‘act’ as if she wanted to be helpful and told me she would go and get her Care Team!! She should have done that the FIRST time I asked my question instead of just lying to me and blowing me off!! I politely told her no thank you and that the rep from Louis Vuitton will be assisting me with my needs. I think since I spent over $3,000 the last time I was in a Louis Vuitton store I should be able to use the benefits when needed.The Charlotte, NC Store at South Park Mall needs extensive customer service training. I actually purchased my bags from the Louis Vuitton store in Maryland since every time I went to the Charlotte, NC location, their staff always had nasty attitudes and acted as if they didn’t want your business!

I used to do security here. The staff dont think highly of black people. The manager Stephanie is very prejudice against blacks, not to their face though. They will gladly take your money. And a staff member Jennifer use to always ask me stereotypical questions about black people. They will smile in your face and prejudice after you leave. A few of the staff was nice.

When I first got my key holder here, it wasn’t the best staff. Second time to come back to purchase a bag ( since it’s more money) you get a better welcome. We also got refreshments.
One star is not what they deserve. A zero would be better! From the moment I walked in I was not greeted but yet everyone that came in after me was. I still waited and waited. Then finally I approached an associate asking for help. She gave me a response like she didn’t want to help me. She said should would be right with me and never came back to help me. I am a returning customer to Louis Vuitton. I love their merchandise but this store made me not want to ever spend my money there again! It was very upsetting and the supervisors of this location should re-evaluate their employees and policies.
Very poor customer service. Purchased a pair of fine jewelery earrings & called the store to verify exchange policy and was told we could exchange within 30 days with receipt. Made the trip to South Park where we were told we would have to drive all the way to Atlanta to make the exchange. I even called back to the Louis corporate and they said the manager could make the ultimate decision but she wasnt willing to help at all and was very rude.

Hemi customer service was great!
Extremely unhelpful and acted like I was a bother. I haven’t had the bag for a year yet. However, the strap came undone and my hardware is tarnished really badly. I will be reaching out to LV corporate.
They have poor customer service and the sales reps have horrible attitudes. I would save my money and go to Atlanta or shopping online would be better than going to Louis Vuitton in Charlotte N.C.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. One thing about customer service is, customers come first. These people act like they have “Louis Vuitton’s” money just because they’re employees. Truth is, a lot of us customers make more money than these employees and they look down on us like we are poor, and should not be in the store at all (especially with kids). If you don’t look a certain way, they won’t even speak to you. It won’t stop me from going into the store though. I’ll just handle things as necessary.
