I too got great service at the ABC. Crashed my bicycle recently and wasnt the most graceful around. Appreciate the assistance brining my beverages to my truck.Nice selection too.

Not a very friendly atmosphere that you would expect for a place that sell spirits. There is always a full box of liquor close to the door for some reason. Very very low selection on mini bottles samplings.

Liquor stores are liquor stores. Large variety, good selection, clean store. However, one employee asked if I needed help and I did with suggestions on high-quality whiskeys to which she responded with: Oh, I dont know. I dont like it. Personally all customer service folks should have a go to for recommendations otherwise dont ask if I need help.

I will preface by saying I went memorial Day weekend during a shutdown, but both the person taking my order outside, and the attendant taking payment inside, were both extremely rude and acted mad to be there! It was not an experience that has me wanting to go back!

This A B C is as easy as 1 2 3, do re mi!It has a great selection, great staff and easy to navigate the store. I always enjoy the sales or the special miniatures they add to certain bottles of booze. It has a great location at the end of Arboretum so you don’t have to deal with all the mess associated with the Arboretum shopping center.

If I could give one less star, I would. My experience here has Left me to feel as a targeted individual due to my race. I am a 23 year old female who came to this store to purchase liquor and the first thing said to me by the assistant store manager, Ashley, was if my friends and i had proper identification. We thought this was strange because usually you are asked this at the cash register when it is time to make the actual purchase. We feel as if we immediately stepped into a hostile environment. We each had appropriate federal/state issued IDs and had no problem providing when asked. I am a US citizen with a Passport ID card which was issued by the US Government and I was denied the right to purchase. She began to raise her voice at me when I asked why was my ID not an appropriate form of ID and also denied my friends; who are also over the age of 21; to make any purchases. We will be filing a complaint to Ashleys higher ups. Also This same form of identification has been used by myself at this same exact location more than one time.

Wonderful selection of beverages. Even had a brand of whiskey that is hard to find. Music almost made me want to stay the day and the cashier was very friendly.

I was refused service by a woman because my friend (who was nowhere near the counter) left her ID in my car. There was no Im sorry but policy states it was exactly I need to see both your IDs and her tone was abraisive. When I explained to her the situation she started taking away the bottles and said abruptly I cant sell you this. Now I can deal with policy but I felt the hostility was uncalled for. Ive been to this location several times but I dont think Ill be giving them anymore of my money.

Decent selection, friendly staff. One of the employees assisted a handicap man pick out what he wanted and carried it to his car for him.
