Loved it. Theyve got an excellent selection of everything? Its well organized. The employees are really friendly and if you need anything they are right on point as to where exactly what you want is. They do ID everyone no exclusions. I shop here often. You are required to wear a mask no exceptions. From my experience I will rate this ABC 5 star.

Everything is very convenient when Im shopping in the shopping center and the ABC store is great my product was on sale so I got several bottles to last me till next year

This store is always well stocked with a great selection and its super clean. All employees wear mask and are constantly cleaning counters and high touch areas. The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable about the products offered.

I literally drive past the one near my house to come to this location. They have the best customer service and lines are always shorter than most stores in the surrounding area.

Sales associate was very helpful after giving me ample opportunity to locate merchandise.

Very extensive collection of liquor (almost intimidatingly so) but very clean and meticulously organized. I only needed a tiny bottle of whiskey for a recipe and there were at least five different pint-sized bottles to choose from.

Very nice selection of products. Also, the layout of the store, in my opinion, is very inviting. The kind staff helped me pick out a few things for a new years eve party too. Prices are about what you would expect from a state run ABC; nevertheless, they sometimes still have some good deals on various items.

I was greeted when I entered and I was asked if I needed help. I go to this ABC store often, They are always awesome!

Always have a good selection with good prices. They do a good job of promoting NC brands that you probably havent heard of. The staff is always happy and accommodating. The store is very clean, and its hard not to find what youre looking for.

Really enjoyed shopping here. The staff were VERY knowledgeable and very friendly. They discussed different choices with me and explained the differences between a few items and got me rung up and out in no time. I wish they were closer to me because they really gave me that good friendly satisfied feeling when I left and I wish so many other stores were like that. Totally earned 5 stars!

The staff are always in incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They know whats in stock and pricing. They even took the time to call other stores for me to see if a product was available.

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude staff. Tonight on Tuesday 1/29 around 7:20pm woman at the cash register asked for BOTH of our IDs. Im 31 yo and I showed my US drivers license and a friend of mine who is 34yo showed her foreign drivers license where everything was in both languages including English. The cashier said that it’s not enough and she needs to see my friend’s PASSPORT. Of course a friend of mine didn’t have her passport on her. Then the cashier asked her to LEAVE the store and said that we can purchase anything only if I pay for it. That was the worst customer service experience we ever encountered in the US. Unacceptable and so rude. People like that have no business to work with people and face customers. That employee was beyond insulting. If she worked in my business she would have been fired immediately. Doubt that I’d hire her in the first place.

Amazing customer service and love the organization of this store.

Located in the cotswold shopping center this is the most convenient location for me. With a large selection of spirits (ive seen larger but this selection leaves nothing to be desired) most everything within reason is available. A fairly large local section is available as well, which is always fun to look through. Ive never had a regrettable interaction with any of the employees - they are always nice and quick to help a confused customer.

Everyone was nice and helpful. They are a bit small, and dont have as many options for small size bottles and imported products.

Employees here are mostly pleasant, they greet me anytime I have been in. This store can get busy the same days and times as most other ABC stores and the have had what I have came for all except two separate occasions: once they were out of the Peach Seagrams Gin and the other time it was Hennessy.. obviously I left with my 2nd choice both times.

All liquor stores seem to be the same in this city. Which can kind of be a little bit of a buzz kill. They even have numbers associated with their name. I have been to this store a time or two and there really has not been anything that stood out as being wrong.
