These guys do great work. We used American to pack our home out for some renovations and pack back in when done. They were polite, on time, and very careful with our things. Highly recommend. If you need help moving anything call American. They will not disappoint.

Ive worked with this company several times over the last year on a variety of different jobs that include moving, storage, and equipment setup. They are TRUE moving professionals. The crews that come work hard, safely, and respectfully. Here are two large refrigerators and lab hoods that they moved into place (and assembled the hoods). I highly recommend them for your commercial, industrial, or residential needs.
All American made our move across the United States very easy. Bruce and Mark from Mayflower handled our belongings with the utmost care. Our household items arrived a day early and Bruce communicated with us every step of the way. He is very professional and we could see from how he worked that he is passionate about what he does!! PLEASE BEWARE:I’ll share our experience and let you make a decision.1. Yes, the contract provided a 2 day window. However, we were called in the morning and told movers were on their way, we then made travel arrangements. The movers never showed up that day and feedback was; there is a 2 day window. Get the window, but kinda trusted you were coming.2. Sam who was the salesman built out our bid. Every item we were moving was listed; we were also 12 box’s under the quote. However: we were charged 550 dollars more as we were over allotted cubic square feet. Rationale - it was our king bed, however no box spring, Casper mattress that came in a box.3. We asked for and told deliver to our new address would take place within 1-2 days. However, when they showed up they tried to have my wife sign a form; in the fine print it said they had up to 14 business days to deliver our stuff.Costumer service was friendly, however useless. You can make up your own mind but we will never use All American again.

From the initial contact to pricing, coordination and details, the process was seamless. The head mover, Dee, was a great communicator and kept me up to date at all times. They arrived on time and loaded and unload quickly. All of our possessions arrived intact. I would definitely use them on future moves!

Ive moved well over a dozen times in my life and this was by far the worse. We had a interstate move and it just went poorly. The movers arrived late to move us out of our home. Because of this, they had to bring twice as many people to load the truck. Through all of this, we missed the first trailer going North and had to wait. This caused them to exceed the window and would not work with us to try and juggle other MayFlower deliveries in order to deliver on time. The day of the move-in arrived and at the agreed upon schedule time of 9 came and went. No movers. They were over 4 hours late to our new residence and consequently, they missed the elevator window we had reserved.Part of the problem and what you need to be aware of is when your move involves an interstate move, you get handed off to other affiliates. For us, that hand-off didnt work smoothlySecondly and inexcusable was the lack of communication from All American. Our service rep just didnt call and let us know what was going on. We eventually had to escalate to the GM in order to find out details.Unfortunately, I CAN NOT recommend All American. Others who have posted have. It just didnt work for us.

He followed up quickly with a quote and it was very reasonable. Highly recommend contacting this company for any residential or commercial moving needs.

Great experience -- this was my second move with Armstrong (to North Carolina last year, and from North Carolina last month). I havent worked with other movers before, but I had heard all the horror stories and was nervous. Both of my moves were long-distance, and the move coordinators, surveyors, drivers, and load/unload team last year and this year were efficient, kind, communicative, and careful with my belongings. Would happily recommend them.

All of the guys...Kendal, Kai, and Jose handled all of my belongings with care. Not a scratch to my walls or items!!! I would recommend All American to anyone!

Worse experience ever with a moving company. I worked for allied van lines and know alot about the moving business and this is the worst company ever to deal with. Cost more than 600 dollars higher than quoted.
Courteous and professional service. The surprising thing was that they delivered really fast. The driver Noe was exceptionally friendly and careful in handling our boxes.
Delivering on time, keeping us in the loop constantly, and were very professional when interacting with us.
I am not using them because they failed to contact us to confirm appointment. I did get a call 2 hrs before they were scheduled to come but they said they werent scheduled. They didnt know about our off site storage building filled with boxes and we were told to have it accessible so they could looked at it after they came to our house. We feel the lack of communication is a red flag and I cant trust such a company to move my life in boxes.
I happen to know many of their customers. I have yet to hear of any negative feedback. I trust Dave Rushing and his people with any move, storage, or logistical need.

I have moved several times and this was, by far, my easiest move. Armstrong was professional, on time and kept in communication throughout the move on both ends. I would highly recommend them.
If I could give 0 stars I would. AAR does not care about the customer, just getting your money and then brushing you off if there are any problems with services provided. I hired them to do a large move over 3 days. The movers banged up our belongings, including an expensive dining room set, they broke several landscape lights, and several items are still unaccounted for 2 months later. They showed up late, didn’t clean up and dumped belongings in a haphazard manner despite all boxes having been labeled as to where they should go. The final truck of the move was involved in a fatal accident. While the accident was deemed not the movers fault, it still resulted in a lot of our belongings, including some antiques lamps and chandeliers, being broken. Our toiletries and infant items on that truck were unable to be delivered until the next day due to the truck being towed from the accident. While not the movers’ fault, this was a major inconvenience and added to the overall frustration with the move. The damage to belongings exceeded $8,000. When I asked that they make things right by offering a good faith partial refund, they hid behind the insurance, which I had purchased. They said we had to go through the insurance claim and there was nothing more they would do. The ins claim then proceeded as poorly as the move. We were told that several items of furniture, including a new dining room table, would have to be taken to be repaired and the process would take 4-6 weeks for repairs. Since we were unable to be without a dining room set for that long, our only other option was to settle for the repair cost. We were nominally compensated for the damage to our $3k table and are stuck with damaged furniture that we cant fix without being inconvenienced for several weeks. When I expressed dissatisfaction to the ins co, they told me they compensate for damaged items and not for inconvenience and that I should call AA. When I again expressed displeasure to AA, David Rushing, a Vice President, said “we will not be refunding any money because we did provide the services that were agreed upon and executed during the move process. We understand you are not pleased, but we are not able to refund any money to you.”We finally settled the ins claim 2 months later, because the ins co wouldn’t get back to me for weeks at a time. The adjuster had told me that she wanted to send someone out to inspect the damage so I didn’t replace the lights nor clean up the debris in the yard because I feared if I did so, the inspector would say there was no evidence of the damage and my claim would be denied. After several weeks of not hearing back from them, I was forced to outlay my own money to replace the broken exterior light fixtures. There was broken glass and fixtures in the yard and we couldn’t allow our yard to look like that any longer with 2 small children who get into everything. I tried to light a fire under the insurance company by contacting AA to see if they could find out why the claim was dragging on, and the response I got from Rushing was “We are sorry for the delays you have experienced in getting your claims settled. Unfortunately, we are bound by the process and we will continue to follow that process as Vanliner leads us.” The ins co then only offered to replace half the fixtures so the movers’ carelessness ended up costing me money.AA was hired to take the stress of a move off our shoulders, not add to it. When dust settled, we were out numerous hours and money, dealing with the claim caused by their carelessness and still haven’t been made whole since we now have many damaged pieces of furniture for which we have not been adequately compensated. As a fellow business owner, I understand sometimes mistakes happen. But I expect them to make things right, even if it affects bottom line. I don’t expect them to give me the runaround and hide behind insurance they provided AT A COST. I had heard things about them but they were referred by someone we trusted so we decided to give them a shot. We wish we had listened. Buyer Beware!

Mover guys stole money from my wifes bag,it was $180, they left work in between and went back saying we will come back in 1 hour, later some other guys came to pickup the leftover stuffs.....very worst relocation organisation.....be careful before hiring
