I’ve taken 2 cars to this shop the first time in took them a 2017 mustang gt for a muffler delete and left my left side of exhaust crooked and the 2nd car I took was a 2015 Camaro v6 and the manager told me it would sound like a Honda which was disrespectful to me. I don’t not recommend this shop!

Top notch customer service and great work, highly recommend! Searched for a local place on Google to put a muffler on my car and found Multi Muffler. Called ahead to see how busy they were and they said they could do it for me pretty quick. Quoted me a fair price that was lower than Muffler Masters. I headed that way and pulled right in the bay. Renny lifted the car and dived in. They did a awesome job. Very satisfied with the work and their customer service was top notch! Will definitely return with my wifes SUV to have a chrome exhaust tip added.

After having driven to and calling numerous muffler shops i was losing hope. No one was able to help me with my issue(my flange from my headers to downpipe broke off and i needed it fixed)...i called multi muffler and was told they would be able to work on my car, but they need to see it first! I drove my 97 suburban down from concord and they put it on the lift not even five minutes after i arrived. Gave me a reasonable price and said they could work on it as soon as i gave the ok....i consulted with my husband and told them to work on my car. They fixed my car!!! It wasnt loud anymore!!! Plus a 3 month warranty!!! Im very happy with their service and will definitely be a returning customer!

Great experience. Walked in to get my exhaust fixed. They found a few rusted pipes with holes and recommended to change them.Very decent price and fast turn-around.Staff was very friendly and easy going.Highly recommended!

Brought my 2017 Mustang Gt in to get a mid section cut and welded. The tech that worked on my car could not align the muffler tips or have the clamps properly seal the mid pipe. I had to come back again because I had a terrible exhaust leak. They told me there was nothing they could do about it. You are a muffler shop!!! You are supposed to fix issues like this! Pricing was outrageous for the improper work performed. I do not recommend this place to anyone

I took my car out to get some exhaust modification on Benz ML350z They did a awesome job for a reasonable price. I did not have to wait for long time. Professional finishing and installation. I recommend them for exhaust and car repair.

Brought in my truck to have a flomaster exhaust put in. Not knowing what to expect the base model exhaust was very loud inside the cab when I was assured it wouldn’t be. They also installed an exhaust tip which after I showed them how I wanted it placed it still came out crooked & not centered. While my original muffler was being put back on I was told by the mgr that he didn’t recommend this muffler for my truck. I feel that if I was informed prior I would have respected their opinion & not gone ahead with the installation. They in-turn would have made & kept a customer. I was taken for $320 for labor, 3’ of pipe & an exhaust tip. While the staff did appear friendly I feel this practice was unscrupulous to say the least. Had the exhaust tip adjusted by another shop. The Mgr @ this shop said he would not have recommended this muffler for my truck. I appreciate this honest business model & now he has my future business. Make sure what you want is appropriate for your application/vehicle prior to having work done @ Multi muffler. Lesson learned.

Did a good job getting the lift set on a slammed car. The guy is a great welder. Weld beads were all on point. Also did a really good job of tucking the exhaust so it wouldn’t scrape a hole in it. 10/10.

I dont recommend this place for nobody.I changed katylac converter with them .I paid almost $1000 for one katylac and less than six months I had to take somewhere else to fix the same problem.

Did not like the fact that the spark plug wire was disconnected and I was not informed furthermore suggested a tune up when clearly all they had to do was connect the spark plug wire which would have been obvious especially since the car was hoisted onto a lift I would stay away from this shop because they would have rathered charged me for a tune up than to simply inform me of the disconnected spark plug wire. NOT HONEST!!!!! RUN AWAY!!!!!

These people are crooks! After hearing how good this shop is I took my car there and i caught them trying to put used parts on my car at new parts price then after i busted them and asked why they did this they lied saying theyd use new parts when i showed up the following day my car sounded worse than it did when i brought it to them and told me i need to drive the car as if it would fix itself!...i shouldve been more aware as a salvage car scrapyard is right across the street...beware and stay away from this shop!!!

I have really gone through with this car for my son. It was a bad deal from the start from a bad dealer. After countless of repair trips for different problems, Multi Muffler was by far the best repair shop that I have been to with this vehicle. Pedro, P was a really nice guy and did not seem to be there to rip me off. He was very reasonable. He was very honest an upfront. I also got a warranty on the work done, which quite frankly is not a norm for some repair shops. He was truly a gem and I dont usually post right after work has been done, because you never know. But I am confident that if I had a problem with any work he did he would tend to it.

Couldnt tell you how there work is because I left 2 mins after arriving for an appointment for a job that was quoted $80 over the phone. After I got there without even looking at my car he said it would be $160. I immediately left and went to my regular shop muffler masters and they did it for $80 as it should have been done. I can understand a over the phone quote not being 100% but this was just simply shady. Stay away.

Had an issue with my muffler. He could hear it right away when i pulled up. Found the hole and re welded it. Took 30 minutes from start to finish. Prices were fair.

If i could give zero stars i would. I called and got pricing on a muffler installation, i already had the parts. They told me $60. When i got there the price changed to $150, then they told me i wouldnt like my results and said it would be $350 to do something else. Just a bunch of bull****. I ended up getting my mufflers put on at Buddys in Gastonia for $100, and the results are exactly what i wanted! Dont allow these people to waste your time.

They really screwed me up on my muffler job. I told the mechanic I wanted ALL NEW stuff, and I WATCHED HIM INTENTIONALLY LEAVE A PART OUT, AND AT THE END HE CAME UP TO ME AND SAID ITS GOING TO COST $50.00 more than I originally said, and if you want it done CORRECTLY, its going to cost another $140. I asked him, seriously? And he was like, bring it back and Ill do better. So it cost me $300 and its still not correct. I will NEVER go back.

This place I liked at first but the manager of this shop is dumb. I go just to check a noise coming from my muffler that’s all having to spend money because the when he drive it up the lift he puts a big while I’m my muffler and says 140 to fix it like I didn’t do it you did and Tries to bring it down to 90 like still no I still didn’t do this. This is all on the manager of this place.

I had 4 catalytic converters replaced on my vehicle in order to pass inspection and the labor took no less than 3 1/2 hours. The mechanics here are very urgent and experienced, I was extremely satisfied.

Had the catyliptic convertor replaced on my Ford F150. Cost was over 100.00 less than I was quoted elsewhere. Was told job would take 2-3 hours. Was completed on 1 hour and 10 minutes. Only negative was was told to arrive at opening at 9 to get an early start, and someone over slept and did not get in till 9:15. No problems, would go back.

My son purchased a car and the previous owner had done some shoddy work when installing the aftermarket exhaust system. I basically needed the two mid-pipes removed/replaced, a cross bracket welded in behind the rear diff to tie the two pipes together and have the tips centered in the bumper cutouts. I’m inpatient and was trying to find a place that could get me in same day (Saturday), so my first call was to Multi Muffler in Concord (never been here before). The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and offered for me to stop by same day, early afternoon and he’d take care of me.Now the building doesn’t look like much when you pull in, but please don’t judge a book by its cover. The two guys working in the shop and the nice lady working the counter were extremely helpful and friendly. They took care of my exhaust needs and charged a reasonable price for their work. Thank you again!!

The mechanic technician calls another mechanic shop in Charlotte to know what to do on your car.They did a wrong diagnostic on my car for a check engine changing my converter instead of fixing the part of my car that supposed to be fixed. They were trying to scam me and get more money out of me they said I needed a censor when I already had my car put on the same computer that they were using so I took it to a different location and had the car repaired if you are a female be careful males will try to scam you

Went their to get some exhaust work done first he told me it was the flex pipe which it want end up spending 130 for a pipe then told me it was converter so they ended up replacing the converter with a pipe and removing the sensor so now I getting a check engine light and in North Carolina you cant pass inspection. With check engine light on so now I have to spend more money and is in a process of filing. Paper on the business!!! ANd when I took it back to them the owner said he would have to charge me to fix the problem they created see me in small claims court soon !!!!!!!!
