I was told by the manager that there could be legal ramifications for posting this review. But, facts are facts. First of all, the people helping you pick stuff out are fantastic! We made a couple of purchases and were looking forward to completing our landscape project. Unfortunately, there was an unavoidable delay in their delivering part of our order. After over 3 weeks, we had to move on to another supplier. I asked for a refund, which they gave, but charged me a 3% fee for doing so. That is the part where they dropped a star and lost my recommendations. The claim was that they would deliver the next day, but their truck still wasnt actually fixed and back on site. We just couldnt take the chance on more delays after waiting for weeks already. Hopefully they do get their equipment back in order. So, fair warning to check that status before purchasing.

Phenomenal - Im here almost every weekend. They are always very quick at filling up my truck bed. Their mulch is very high quality, actually everything they have is very high quality. Ive also had both stone and fill dirt delivered. Their drivers are excellent and great and placing the material in tight spots.

Great experience! It was a small (non-commercial) order. Delivery was quick and on time. There was a slight problem with the original product, but they fixed it right away. Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding experience. During a busy time of year, Mark helped squeeze me in for a garden soil delivery so that I could get my plant starts in the ground ASAP. He was awesome, the driver was super friendly, the soil/compost mix is quality.. looks and feels like what people call black gold. Anyways, just really pleased with the product, the people, and the process.

These guys were AWESOME!! They were really helpful on the phone and told us exactly how much stone we needed. They didn’t try to take advantage of us (like some other landscape suppliers do, by overcharging for basic materials.) Fair prices & great customer service. Easy & quick delivery/scheduling. Good experience with website and phone order. Pictures on site are labeled and accurate to what I received. I’m not a pro landscaper, so I appreciate the ease of how they set everything up. Used their calculator and google to figure out order amounts. Staff were all helpful, direct, and transparent. I got a reasonable quote inclusive of delivery. 1st part of my order came the same day. 2nd part came the next day. No BS and no runaround. Would definitely recommend and will be doing business with them again.

Great experience overall. Easy to call and set up delivery quickly. Also the delivery person (I didnt get his name) was friendly and went out of his way to put the gravel we ordered where it would be most convenient for us.

Been using Atlantic for my home landscaping for over 20 years and have always been amazed at the quality of the products and level of service. Why just today, Britt went above and beyond by having a delivery placed when all he really had to do is dump it. I will never go anywhere else.

I called to ask about what soil to use for my garden this year, the knowledgeable staff answered all my questions. I gave them my measurements and they delivered the perfect amount of dirt, the garden blend with mushroom compost . This soil is amazing! I called on a Saturday, totally expecting to place a mulch order that wouldnt be delivered until the following week. When they told me they could deliver it the same day, I was floored. The price that I got, delivered to my home was more than fair. The people that that I dealt with were absolutely wonderful. The delivery driver was kind and courteous as well as skilled. He put my load of mulch exactly where I wanted it which made my job much easier. The quality of the mulch was excellent and it sure made my property look terrific. I will definitely be getting all of my landscape materials from them from now on and I recommend that you do the same.

The products used like stone, soil, is of the highest quality and there prices are extremely reasonable for the consumer. They do deliver. One of my friends is a master Gardner and this is where she buys her soil. We bought soil for a perrenial garden elsewhere and then another load from Atlantic and there was no comparison Atlantics is far superior. We also bought stone for a stacked stone wall across the front and each side. Great lookingstone and much more reasonable than other places we checked out. Have confidence buying from these folks.

A very good very convenient place to get your landscaping supplies. They have a very large selection of paving stones, mulch, dirt, topsoil and much more. Allen is wonderful with his knowledge and customer service. It also helps that theyre open on Saturday when no one else is. I have never had problems finding anyone to help. Their service is quick and very customer-oriented. I would recommend this establishment over any other I have dealt with.

I paid $30.00 for 0.5 cubic yards of 3/8 inch gravel. I am not very familiar with gravel prices, but that seemed pretty good to me, and it beat Lowes by about $70.00.I showed up at 2:30 PM on a Friday. I walked in the office and paid with credit card. They were very friendly and sent me around back to get the gravel loaded.The bulldozer driver was waiting for me when I pulled around back. He very carefully loaded the gravel in the back of my truck.I was out of there from start to finish in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend using them.

These guys are great. Best customer service Ive seen in Charlotte. My wife and I got gravel, flagstone, river rocks and mulch for a backyard landscaping project we did this weekend. Pricing was very reasonable and they took good care in walking us through all of our options. Rocks are rocks, but the service here is top notch. The cypress mulch we got is great, and way better than the city mulch we got for the front yard, that smelled like compost and had plastic bits mixed in. We will use ALS as long as we are living in Charlotte.

I needed River Rocks....they carry that and more. Im sure they cater to a lot of big companies....but little old me felt right at home. Picking out my own rocks was actually fun and fulfilling. I used them to create a border around the mulch I laid.I had no problem returning twice b/c I didnt get enough the first time! I ordered 5 yards of hardwood mulch. They were transparent about delivery times, the quality of the mulch was excellent, and everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. I’ll purchase from them again!

Came and dropped gravel on two hours notice which was great. The price was pretty good from what I can tell. The gravel had more dirt in it than I expected but what do I know.

I bought a new house and have been doing some landscaping in the back yard. Everybody I have spoken with has been a huge help with advice. Always polite in the phone and in person.

Poor customer service, not willing to make things right!! Purchased 7/8-1 1/2 inch landscape rock and when it was time to deliver Allan called me and told me they didnt have enough product to deliver (why didnt they check prior to selling to me). He asked if I wanted a smaller size 3/8 inch mixed in with the product I purchased and I stated no. The only other option he offered was to refund but I had already hired landscapers and needed the product. I asked if I could wait for the next shipment of the landscape rock I purchased and he said yes. A few weeks later Allan called me and told me the product was in and when they delivered approximately 40-50% of the rock was the 3/8 inch smaller rock I did not want. The owner stated he didnt add the smaller product and this was a quarry issue and he would check with the quarry. He asked what I wanted to resolve the issue. Owner was not willing to refund so I asked for compensation to make up for the incorrect product. He offered 10% refund but I received up to 50% incorrect product. I asked him for additional compensation and he stated no and thats all he would do (take it or leave it). This process took well over a month and I had to reach out numerous times to resolve, at the end I am not happy with the product that I received. Atlantic not willing to work with its customers even when they make a numerous mistakes. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Im not from Charlotte but was doing work there and I ordered gravel from these folks. To start with they were 3 hours late showing up which really sucks when you are paying $500 for a bobcat rental. But once they brought my first load I was their priority until they finished bringing me what I needed. Then I needed more gravel so I called a different company because I just couldnt wait for them to get around to coming back and when that company came I found out that I was paying $200 more than I should have been so if you need gravel go elsewhere.

My little memorial garden turned out great, thanks to these folks. They helped me create just what I wanted. I had bought some soil and mulch from them before and you cant help but to see thier displays of stone and waterfalls, so it was natural to me to see about making my stone lined garden. Being the frugal person I am, I had to check out some other places and could not find a better deal. Best of all you cant beat the genuine service of a small business.

I ordered driveway gravel and when the driver got to my house he asked if I wanted it spread. I was amazed after watching him chain off the tailgate and it came out like a blade of water. No raking or shoveling needed!
