Cute little pop culture store (the giant Pikachu in the display window caught my eye). Only annoyance I had was that none of the employees had masks on even with a sign on the door saying masks required, plus there was an uncomfortable amount of PDA happening.

Friendly staff and cool merch, they had loungefly ears for steamboat willie!

Over priced second hand figures. Usually prize figures are no more than 30.00$ look somewhere else If you want decently priced anime merch

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I grabbed 2 drinks and some snacks. She seemed hesitant while inputting the items on the computer. It was clear a mistake was made. She told me my total was 23.53. It seemed kind of high, but I’m no Karen. I wanted to give her a chance to fix a simple mistake. I kindly asked for an itemized receipt seeing the fear in her eyes. At this point I knew that she knew that I was overcharged. As I was walking away with my receipt I noticed I was charged 9.98 for candy when it was supposed to be .98 cents. No big deal, just ask them for a refund right ? They were clearly in the wrong. So another lady comes by and tells me that I will not be getting a refund as it is store policy and I will have to pick something else out to make up the difference. Um. What? I totally get store policies, but I was not the one at fault. So they ended up texting their manager to get it “approved” and after standing around for 10 min wasting my time I finally got my refund. That lady knew I was overcharged but went through with it anyways How dishonest. I will never return to this store. Everything is overpriced anyways.

This place fulfills my shopping cravings when I want anime themed product. The merchandise is a little pricey though but that is to be expected when a lot of the product is imported from Asia.

Will not be back to this store seen it in the mall today decide to stop in with a friend of mine . Hes disabled so we go in didnt have our mask on cause the store we had just left no one was whereing mask. So we go in this store the guy behind the register yelling at us to get out cause we dont have are mask on . I want that guy fired.

Loved this place! They have sooooo much cute stuff. I felt like I had found a rare haven ☺️☺️☺️ definitely check it out if you love anime, marvel, BTS, video games, cute stuff, etc. Lady working there was really cool and attentive. I hope to visit again soon! 👍🏼😊
