I rarely write reviews but was highly motivated to take the time for this one. Rob Erickson was unusually outstanding in handling my need to find a used car. In this very challenging market he went out of his way searching all over for something to fit our very narrow criteria and with limited time availability worked quickly. THE BEST. I am a recent graduate and was in the market for a vehicle, my first ever vehicle on my own so I was extremely nervous. I had been searching for a car for close to two months and was either being price gauged or lied to at multiple dealerships across the Chattanooga area but thankfully, I stepped into Infiniti of Chatt to meet the wonderful salesman, STEVE SHARP! Could not speak any more highly of him. He was honest and truthful in every aspect and guided me throughout the entire process. Had me in and out in my dream Lexus in just a couple hours all while staying under my budget. A lovely team with a respectful communication. Would buy another car from them if I could!!!

So about a year ago now I kept coming In spending money on trying to have them fix a leak and they never did. I spent almost 4K trying to get them to fix this leak and a couple minor other things which they did fix but never fixed the leak and said they could replace my sunroof and then when I said go ahead and replace they said they then couldn’t. Now I can’t even drive my car in the rain because it leaks soo bad that it will puddle. They said they fixed it but we’ll that didn’t happen. I was so mad I decided to just be done with them beens I was never gonna get the money back nor have them fix the issue. They’re fix was saying it was fine and that they couldn’t get another sunroof. It was a fight to have them loan me a car while they “fixed it”. I’ve literally been so mad about this for so long I think it’s time to start posting all the pictures of the leaks that it constantly has.

I bought a car there almost 3 months ago and have yet received paperwork to get my actual plate. First they tell me the bank has it and they’re getting it from them, my boyfriend calls the next day and they tell him they don’t have the title at all. My dealer plates have expired twice waiting on them to send me a new one. I call multiple times and they seem irritated that I keep calling. My plates are currently expired but of course no one answers the phone.

Drove from Marietta Ga to come look/test drive a car, Mark Tanner made all the difference. I had the same car ready to go 20 mins from my house but Mark made the 90 minute drive worth it. Great dealership and no crazy sales shenanigans....really appreciated the quickness of the deal. Good to know that we have hardworking HONEST salesman out here, would make the ride again to get another deal done.

Infiniti of Chattanooga has the worst service department. I had another terrible experience with the service department today. I brought my car for an airbag recall, and after waiting 3 months for the part to arrive, I dropped it off at 9:30 am. I was informed the job would be only 1 - 1 1/2 hrs and I should wait. After many years of dealing with this dealership they have never been correct with times. I also, felt uncomfortable waiting there since none of the workers were wearing face masks as per Hamilton County regulations. I asked for a rental car and I was informed they wont do it on a short job. They did offer to take me home. I went home and waited for the call which came 5hrs later that the car was ready and they would send someone to pick me up. An hour later the car came. When I arrived at the dealership I was informed they didnt have time to wash the car, and I should wait. I declined and asked why it was not done in the 6 hrs they had the car and was told it was my fault because the car washer had to come pick me up.

I have been a Infiniti owner for years. I have always dealt with the Atlanta Infiniti dealership, which has always turns out a bad experience. I had a great experience buying a used QX56 from Charleston (salesperson) at Infiniti of Chattanooga. Charleston took the time to help me understand everything about the vehicle, so I was comfortable with the purchase. They gave me fair price for such a nice vehicle and Virgil (General Manager) helped me with a slight issue I had with the vehicle a few days after the purchase. Today was my first experience with the service department at Infinite of Chattanooga and they were outstanding. Jennifer guided me through the process very smoothly and was very friendly and professional. The waiting area is very comfortable and I was able to do some work while I waited. They were on time and the cost quoted was exactly the charge when it was finished. They even washed my car! You don’t have to go to Atlanta to get a good price on a used car.I came to Infinity of Chattanooga to look at their inventory of used cars. I test drove a 2013 G37 and loved it! The salesman, Roger Ruffin, was so helpful and didn’t pressure us at all. In fact, he let us know that the price on the vehicle was less online. Which we had no clue. Then he was able to get even more off the price because it was the end of the month. Score!The whole process was easy and took less than an hour and a half to complete the deal.Thanks for all your help Roger! I love my “new to me” car ☺️

I sent a 04 g35 up to them to run diagnostic on it an they just read the codes an told me it was the crank an cams sensors an it would b 750$ not what could cause it nothing . An after wasting 2 tows an 95$ with them . I figure out its out of time glad to see yall have good techs working there that can only scan a car not again Ill take it to mountain few downtown before I come an deal with that rude lady in service that thinks she knows everything . I would definitely recommend this dealership! I love the friendly no pressure environment. My wife and I were looking for a Certified low milage QX 80 that the dealership did not have at the time. Mitch was very attentive and took our request very seriously. He very respectfully communicated with us when the dealership got in exactly what we were looking for, The general manager was also very helpful and eager to answer all the questions we had as well. WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!! After test driving a 2016 Dodge Dart at Infiniti of Chattanooga, I was HARASSED multiple times a day by phone, texts, voicemails, and emails for a week! I only came in to TEST DRIVE the Dodge Dart because I was shopping around for a new car, I DID NOT come in to BUY the Dart that day! However, Nick Pistone and Mitch Thane could not understand that we were ONLY wanting to TEST DRIVE it! They kept us in their office for over 2 hours trying to pressure my boyfriend and me into buying the Dart that day! They also lied to us, saying I was required to buy GAP insurance which wasnt true! Several days later, my boyfriend emailed Mitch and told him we were not interested in buying the Dart. Still, the next day, he called my boyfriend and later called me at work! After finally blocking Mitchs number, I then began receiving calls from Jennifer, begging me to come in and buy the Dart! She said it had been shipped off to auction, but it wasnt too late for them to call and have it brought back for me to buy it! Also, another LIE! The Dart was still sitting in the dealership lot the next day! This dealership does NOT care about its customers, only about making a profit!!!

Amazing service! so helpful in getting us in the car of our dreams. Loved working with Brent. Will be going back for our next car. Service center is clean and quick. If you cant wait they have loaners.EDIT: After what should have been a routine service they fail;ed to put my tire back on my car correctly about 1000 miles later it came flying off while I was driving down the highway. They claim it was not their fault, but another Infiniti dealership the body shop the insurance company the tow driver all say otherwise. Infiniti of Chattanooga refuses to repay my insurance company or take responsibility. I do not recommend them at all.

I thought taking my car to a dealership would be the best option for service. I was sadly mistaken. I was charged outrageous prices for a very simple problem.. almost $200 for a $50 job. They were never very clear with me on what they were doing to my car to begin with and charged me without even asking me first. I am very disappointed. They beat the no haggle Carmax price on an identical vehicle (2018 fleet turn-in Chrysler Pacifica) by $1000, and the Carmax vehicle had 10K more miles. They even calculated the out-of-state taxes and applied for the Alabama tag. Super easy to work with and were loving the new van.

I will update this review as time goes forward. We Purchased a new QX60. So far the car is proving to be as one would hope for after spending over and above for a top tier branded vehicle. Our salesman Tim, was very kind and helped us through a very untypical buying process. I had to hurry my test driving of different vehicles because of a holiday and an unplaned road trip. Infiniti was my last brand I was going to test before buying. I had saved it for last because its location sets it apart from many of Chattanoogas other dealerships. The QX 60 only had one serious competitor, the Buick Enclave .We drove the Toyota Sequoia( wind noise), the Audi Q7( weird cabin noise) Volkswagen Atlas (to many bad reviews) Volvo 70 (cabin room size), Kia Sedona (road noise), Hyundai Santa Fe( cabin size) the Honda Pilo( unimpressive styling). Skipped BMW and Mercedes because of high maintenance cost and bad dealer reviews. Acura and Lexus had styling thats is about to update. That huge Lexus grill is going to be one bold choice that is so disproportionate that history will wonder why people liked it.Buick didnt have the styling and its a Buick. I will say it beat Infinitis navigation. The navigation on Infiniti will not compete with android auto(Google maps) at all. We had to use our phones to drive around the holiday mess and to avoid closed down highways for crashes. Nick recently called me from the dealership, after he became aware of a problem during the financing of the vehicle. We are going to see how that plays out. Next is Ive found a large scratch on the front bumper. These two Items are why I scored them at 4 stars. Im hoping we get to 5 stars after my visit to see they how they handle these thing.Sincerely Adam Carmack

Not a good experience overall - I will do my business elsewhere. I had been to the service on 2 different occasions for 3 different problems.1.I had issues with bluetooth connectivity on my iphone X and had the reverse camera on while driving forward. The answer I got was Inifinitis systems were developed during the iphone 5 or 6 days and are not compatible with iphone X Called the infiniti consumer care and reported the issue and I was told that the service centers response is absolutely incorrect and they recommended that this should have been fixed by doing a software upgrade. they asked me to tell the service center to check the bulletins since the release of the vehicle. I chose not to advise them, which they should be doing it themselves. a little googling and social media digging revealed this to be common with Q50 and software upgrades have always fixed this.2. Foglights - My passenger side fog light was off and took it for warranty repair, service center said that my fog light is damaged by a stone of something, which is not, and the bottom of the bumper has parking scratches, honestly i want to see a vehicle that has rolled off the dealership and not have scratches on the bottom of the bumper. it is from the parking lot bars you would see in most places. Does scratching the bumper, ruin a $50K cars lights. They wanted to charge me $500 for it. Good thing is Atlanta dealership is fixing this in warranty.Overall I had always returned disappointed.

We narrowed it down to three and ultimately had to stay with Infiniti for their dependablity and service history. Our car buying experience could not have been better. Dropped off vehicle for a recall. Get the vehicle back and the radio doesnt work. Im told that it wasnt their fault and they cant do anything about it. I was told to call tomorrow because the boss was sick....I wasnt even expecting a repair, just an explanation. Instead I get resentment and disbelief.

Absolute joke. Tried selling back a vehicle they had sold me. They low-balled me to death. Dont bother bringing in the KBB value. It doesnt mean anything to them. It was in the SAME pristine condition as when purchased (one of their certified pre-owned vehicles). Sold it privately for $3k+ more within 3 weeks. Just shows how LOW their offer was.Also, I showed interest in a vehicle they had available at the time (Jeep) and tried to work out a trade-in deal. Salesman acted like my best friend at first. When I decided against getting it, he gave me the cold shoulder. Wouldnt respond to messages and gave me an attitude when I spoke with him. His name was Daniel Hill.Service department is SUPERB. Everything else.. not so much. Id rather get a root canal before having to deal with the sales staff again.Oh, and avoid Richard (manager). Dont let his artificial personality fool you. If hes not making a buck off of you, he genuinely could care less about your existence.

Terrible service after the buy. Bought used Acadia Denali (pre-certified) after trip to Orlando noticed noices and other things,so was under warranty,called the warranty people took it to certified dealer and after they looked at it was told how much was gonna cost to fix was over a grand! Supposed to be hundred dollar deductible,the problem seems that the Dealer Infiniti of Chattanooga did not send in the paper work for our limited warranty they have had the vehicle for three days so far and were supposed to have a vehicle to drive while in shop,of course cant because of this dealerships mistake which was a big one .Thank goodness the vehicle did not break down on our trip because no one would have came and got us, the vehicle,give us a rental while being fixed Infiniti did not finish there job after they got there money from the bank! To me shows there more committed to to that than the customers! Also was told people from Michigan came down to do a hundred and something point inspection in order to pre certify it,funny how they missed the PCV hose hanging off side of air intake,when supposed to be in the engine! Not to mention after a week of having noticed a rattling sounded like a belt through the grill,nope after popping hood to check oil notice the noise was alot louder that why i checked the oil, the noise actually was coming from top of the motor,thats not to mention the other 3-4 things i found, my wife turns off the vehicle the radio stays on until u open the door she did it stayed on, she got the kids out of the back and radio still running, 5 min later asked me about it and Sayed no, better go check she goes back out was still on, she opened the door and it turned off,glad she was paying attention.rear tail light has water in it,but guess what not covered although gaskets are and thats the problem its actually hooked to the light so not covered,the gasket on the door thats sticking out is? Hmm? Brake pedal squeaking the guy that rode with us on test drivethat normal annoying i say..come to find out its the brake booster 340.00 tail light not covered 580.00 its just the rubber around the light some big inspection done by people from Michigan, not sure i beleive they didnt notice pcv hose hanging out side istead of being in the motor ...not impressed with this dealership would not recommend to a friend! I sent my wifes car there for brakes and oil change, we are going on a 8 hour road trip. My wife hands me the service slip after she paid, infiniti charged us 200$ to resurface her front rotors only !!! They didnt change the pads front or rear like we asked when we sent the car ! Parts counter priced me front rotors for the car 100$ each ? They did fix the viberation but didnt actually make the car better than it was when it pulled on the lot. She left paying almost 450 $ for an oil change an re surfacing the front rotors an upper radiator hose (170$ including labor) . They sure know how to make sure they squeeze every doller out of you .

I drop off my car to get a BCM replaced, and when I come ot pick it up after they finished it on Friday, I notice a 1/4 paint chip next to the driver side door handle which wasnt there when I dropped the car off. You could tell it was fresh and bright white. I immediately talked to the service manager before i drove off, and he (Terry) was nice and said his paint guy will handle it Monday morning. About an hour later, the service manager called me and said that Chris? who initially drove the car took pictures and said the paint chip was already there and there was nothing he would do about it. I assured him that the chip was not there before I dropped it off. I bought some touchup paint later after that call and fixed myself. Well, at the same time I noticed my low tire pressure light had been on since I left infiniti. I checked all tires and they were all 35# and good. I went to the dealer Monday morning to get the tire light fixed and the service guy said the tire light was on when I dropped it off. All lights were actualy on when I dropped it off because oif the bad BCM so that was BS. Ive had the car for over 3 months now and I have never had any dash lights on prior to this. I almost lost it at that point and decide to talk to the service manager who immediately got a tech to reset the tire sensor lights. Im not sure why I had to go through all this trouble for some petty issues that they should have handled without the fuss. I suggest that their staff go through some customer service training. I give the service department a D+.
